Sierra Estates Mobile Home Community Introduce
While your search may be focused on "RV parks near me" in the Mesa, Arizona area, it's also prudent to consider other long-term housing options such as mobile home communities. Sierra Estates Mobile Home Community, located at 9431 E Coralbell Ave, Mesa, AZ 85208, USA, is one such community that may be of interest. They can be contacted at (480) 380-3904 or their mobile number, +1 480-380-3904, for inquiries about residency and available homes.
Based on recent online reviews, Sierra Estates Mobile Home Community presents a mixed picture, with positive feedback regarding its amenities and on-site management, but significant concerns raised about parking availability and restrictions. It's important to consider both aspects when evaluating this community as a potential residence.
One reviewer, seemingly a resident, expresses considerable frustration with the parking situation. They highlight a stark inadequacy in overflow parking, noting only 8 spots for over 100 mobile home sites, which are consistently full. This poses a significant challenge for residents with multiple vehicles. The reviewer, who owns a four-bedroom mobile home with three cars and a two-spot driveway, reports that their vehicles have been towed multiple times for what they perceive as "frivolous means." The most impactful consequence of the parking policy, according to this reviewer, is the strict "NO OVERNIGHT PARKING" rule, which severely restricts their ability to host out-of-town family guests, effectively preventing family gatherings for holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving. This resident's attempts to address these issues with the CEO and out-of-state corporate management have reportedly been ignored. Despite these serious parking grievances, the reviewer does commend the park management, specifically mentioning Jessica and Celeste as "great."
In contrast, a review from a Realtor assisting a client in selling their home within the community offers a more positive perspective, particularly regarding the park's amenities and the helpfulness of the on-site management. This reviewer states they were "amazed with all the amenities they have to offer" after visiting the office and being shown around by Jessica, whom they described as "super nice, resourceful, and very professional." The amenities highlighted include a "Brand New Exercise Room," a "Cool Club House" that is reportedly slated for renovation in the summer along with the playground. The reviewer also notes a "big, and very welcoming" pool, as well as the presence of a "computer lab and a party hall for the residents!" Based on this positive tour and the described amenities, the Realtor highly recommends exploring opportunities at Sierra Estates Mobile Home Community.
Considering these two contrasting reviews, Sierra Estates Mobile Home Community appears to offer a range of appealing amenities and potentially a positive experience with the on-site management team of Jessica and Celeste. The recent upgrades like the new exercise room and the planned renovations for the clubhouse and playground suggest an ongoing investment in the community's facilities. The presence of a large pool, computer lab, and party hall indicates opportunities for recreation, convenience, and social gatherings for residents.
However, the severe concerns raised by a resident regarding the inadequacy of parking and the strict no overnight parking policy cannot be overlooked. These parking limitations could significantly impact residents with multiple vehicles or those who frequently have overnight guests, potentially leading to considerable inconvenience and expense due to towing. The fact that attempts to address these issues with higher management have been unsuccessful is also a point of concern for potential residents.
Therefore, when considering Sierra Estates Mobile Home Community, it is crucial to weigh the attractive amenities and positive feedback about the on-site management against the potentially restrictive parking policies. For individuals or families with multiple vehicles or frequent overnight guests, the parking situation could be a significant drawback that outweighs the benefits of the community's amenities.
While the Realtor's review serves as a positive endorsement of the community's offerings and the helpfulness of the on-site staff, the resident's experience highlights a critical area where the park appears to fall short. Potential residents should inquire in detail about the parking regulations, the availability of guest parking, and the enforcement of these policies to determine if they align with their needs and lifestyle.
In terms of environment, the Realtor's description of the amenities suggests a community that is investing in creating a comfortable and enjoyable living space for its residents. The presence of a clubhouse, pool, exercise room, computer lab, and party hall indicates a focus on providing opportunities for recreation, fitness, and social interaction. However, the resident's comments about the parking situation do not shed light on the overall aesthetic or upkeep of the community grounds.
There is no specific promotional information available in the provided reviews, but the Realtor's enthusiastic recommendation and the mention of new and upcoming amenities could be seen as a form of positive promotion for the community. To learn about any current incentives for new residents or any specific details about the planned renovations, it would be best to contact Sierra Estates Mobile Home Community directly.
In conclusion, Sierra Estates Mobile Home Community in Mesa, Arizona, offers a range of appealing amenities and benefits from a seemingly helpful on-site management team. However, potential residents must carefully consider the significant concerns raised by a current resident regarding the severely limited parking availability and the strict no overnight parking policy. Depending on individual parking needs and the frequency of having overnight guests, this could be a major drawback. It is highly recommended that prospective residents thoroughly inquire about the parking situation and weigh it against the community's amenities and the positive feedback about the on-site management before making a decision about Sierra Estates Mobile Home Community.

Sierra Estates Mobile Home Community Reviews
Parking is absolutely not adequate. For over 100 mobile sites, there are 8 overflow parking spots, which is always full. I own a 4 bedroom mobile with 3 cars and a 2 spot driveway. Our vehicles have been towed many times for frivolous means. We can not have out of town family guests due to NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. NO FAMILY CHRISTMAS, NO FAMILY THANKSGIVING. IT SUCKS!. I have contacted the CEO, and out of state corporate management, which they all have ignored. Other than that, our park management, Jessica is great, so is Celeste.
Apr 19, 2025 · Donna LawrenceI am a Realtor Helping a client sell their house in this community. I stopped by the office yesterday, and I was amazed with all the amenities they have to offer. First of all, Jessica was super nice, resourceful, and very professional in showing me around. They have a Brand New Exercise Room, a Cool Club House which I'm being told will also get re-done in the Summer, along with the Playground. The pool is big, and very welcoming. They even have a computer lab and a party hall for the residents!I highly recomend anyone to explore opportunities at this place. You will love it!
May 12, 2023 · Jaime MoralesWe moved in 4 years ago, very excited we got a home. We really love our home. Thats the only positive thing I say.The HUGE negative is that you own your home and pay a lease for the lot, you yourself have to maintain: trees, bushes, weeds, rocks. The lease has gone up 75.00 every year since we lived here. The rent now is close to 987.00/month. Many people have moved out for that reason and/or other reasons. We have a handful of empty homes. Which now makes it look like a ghoswt town.I will say the community DOES look a-lot better since we moved in. They did clean up the entrance leading to leasing office, and homes leading into the community. They did NOT clean up areas inside the community. The office got new paint, new rocks, new roof, new exercise equipment, new playground, and nothing has been done to our area.I ask, why pay a lease on a lot we have to take care of, where does our money go to?They re-paint the speed bumps every so often, but just repaint them. Now layers on layers are covering the speed bumps, which makes for large speed bumps. There are cameras at the front gate, the pool, and other areas around leasing office, but the cameras are very old, they need to be updated. Definitely NOT enough street lights through the community, many dark streets and areas. It says gated community, that is true but also not true. Many people dont have their keys for whatever reason, so when you come home there are 4-5 cars waiting for someone to use their card to get in. How do I know all of them live in the community. We have gone through multiple gates because some people just ram the gate to open it and break it. Which means now the gate is open 24 hrs a day. NOT very tight security. The main Green space is mowed so often the grass burns. They water it so much there are muddy "lakes" appearing. People don't clean up after their dogs, so when you take a your dog out at night you have a good chance either yourself or the dog will have poop on them. The manager has made it clear that after hours is her time and don't bother her on weekends. This includes fires, police, and any other emergency. If there is police or other emergency people here she is no where to be found. If I knew or was told these things when purchasing the home, I would of looked elsewhere. Thumbs down!
Mar 01, 2025 · JAY “STITCH81” PENTZIENJessica.Has been a fantastic Manager she gets things done when needed. I lived here for eighteen years and seen A Considerable change in the park cleaned up a lot. I am retired and it's very hard to keep up with the raising rates of the park. I wish and hope that that will change next year. The staff is very nice. And helpful.
Oct 14, 2024 · Joann CaseyGreat community, staff is fantastic. Very clean, almost already quiet, with not much excessive noise.I wish the side gates would open and close at the same time. Also, hope rates aren't raised again next year, getting too pricey to live here.......
