When searching for "RV parks near me" in the Mesa, Arizona area, Rancho Reata LLC, located at 9828 E Pueblo Ave #128, Mesa, AZ 85208, presents itself as a charming and active 55+ mobile home park. They can be contacted at (480) 986-8606 or +1 480-986-8606 for those interested in learning more about this community.
Based on the available customer reviews, Rancho Reata LLC offers a unique living experience characterized by a strong sense of community and well-maintained amenities. One reviewer enthusiastically describes Rancho Reata as "the best neighborhood," highlighting the "friendly people" and the "amazing 55+ community with tons of activities." This positive feedback underscores the social aspect of living in Rancho Reata, suggesting a vibrant and engaging environment for active adults.
Another reviewer mentions that it is a "small home park with a well-maintained pool." This indicates that while the community may be intimate in size, it boasts at least one key amenity that contributes to the residents' quality of life. A well-maintained pool is often a significant draw for those seeking to enjoy the Arizona climate, providing a space for relaxation, exercise, and social interaction within the community.
The combination of a friendly atmosphere, a strong sense of neighborhood, and organized activities, specifically within a 55+ setting, suggests that Rancho Reata LLC caters to individuals seeking an active and social retirement lifestyle. The "tons of activities" mentioned imply that there are ample opportunities for residents to engage with one another, pursue hobbies, and stay involved within the community. This could include social gatherings, recreational clubs, or other organized events tailored to the interests of the residents.
While the reviews provide valuable insights into the community and the pool, they offer limited details regarding the overall environment of the park. However, the mention of a "well-maintained pool" suggests a general level of care and upkeep within the community. Being located in Mesa, Arizona, the environment is likely to be typical of the Sonoran Desert, with warm, sunny days for much of the year, making outdoor amenities like a pool particularly appealing.
In terms of services and features, we can infer a few aspects from the reviews. The presence of a well-maintained pool is a significant feature. As a mobile home park, it likely offers essential utilities and infrastructure to support permanent or long-term residents. These typically include water, sewer, and electrical hookups for each mobile home site. While not explicitly mentioned, it is also common for such communities to have paved roads, common areas, and potentially laundry facilities or community centers to support resident activities.
Given that Rancho Reata LLC is described as a "55+ community," its services and features are likely tailored to the needs and interests of active adults. The "tons of activities" could encompass a wide range of options, such as fitness programs, arts and crafts groups, social clubs, organized outings, and community events. The focus is often on fostering an engaging and supportive environment for residents in their retirement years.
The size of the park being "small" could be viewed as a feature in itself, potentially fostering a closer-knit community where neighbors know each other. This intimate scale might appeal to those who prefer a quieter, more personal setting compared to larger, more sprawling communities.
The fact that one reviewer had visited Rancho Reata when they were younger and offered the comment "visit if you must!" is somewhat ambiguous. Without further context, it is difficult to fully interpret this statement. It could imply that the park has a long-standing presence in the area, or it might reflect a personal experience that is not necessarily representative of the current living conditions or community atmosphere, especially given the overwhelmingly positive review from another resident.
As the provided information does not include any specific promotional details, local users interested in Rancho Reata LLC should contact them directly at the provided phone numbers to inquire about current availability, lot fees, any special offers, or a schedule of community activities. In conclusion, Rancho Reata LLC in Mesa, Arizona, appears to be a well-regarded 55+ mobile home park that prides itself on its friendly community, numerous activities, and a well-maintained pool. Apr 10, 2025 · Tanya BurnsWe searched for a home in Rancho Reata twice and the management was very nice. Larry showed us the units that they had available and was friendly and informative. Even though we didn't buy anything "yet" I would definitely return because the management is so nice. "Good job Larry"!!
Aug 13, 2019 · Natasha CloutierI can be honest it is a nice and quiet place considering the surroundings, but the neighborhood right behind us has been a real blessing helping us out. I really love the friends I have been making in the area and hope to continue having a great time here.
Sep 12, 2023 · Bruiser BarnesThis is a quiet, neat/orderly neighborhood. The club house is huge with a rec room, stage, and well-appointed kitchen. And it is 21st century!
