Arizona Cowboy RV Park Introduce
Arizona Cowboy RV Park is located at 139 S Crismon Rd, Mesa, AZ 85208, USA. For those searching for "RV parks near me" or considering long-term living options in Mesa, Arizona, Arizona Cowboy RV Park can be contacted at (602) 233-2100 or +1 602-233-2100. It's important to note that while categorized as an RV park, some reviews mention the sale of units, suggesting a mix of RV sites and potentially mobile or park model homes within the community.
Given the limited information available beyond contact details and address, the primary source of insight into Arizona Cowboy RV Park comes from online reviews provided by individuals who have had direct experiences with the park and its management. It is crucial to approach these reviews with careful consideration, as they represent personal accounts and may not reflect the experiences of all residents or potential residents. However, they offer valuable perspectives that should be taken into account by anyone contemplating living in this community.
One particularly concerning review comes from an individual who states they sold their unit over a month prior to writing the review. This former resident alleges significant issues with the park's management, specifically naming "Carol" as the manager. The reviewer claims that Carol has not returned any of their calls, voicemails, emails, or a maintenance request regarding ongoing charges for lot rent and backpay owed to them since the new owners moved in. The reviewer further states that Carol has blocked their phone number, leaving them uncertain about how to resolve the financial discrepancies. They express concern about their credit being ruined if they do not pay the incorrect charges.
This review raises serious questions about the responsiveness and accountability of the management at Arizona Cowboy RV Park. The alleged failure to address financial matters promptly and the blocking of communication from a former resident are significant red flags for potential future residents. The reviewer also points out an inconsistency in how Carol handled the financial transfer of the unit, questioning why she isn't processing the billing changes for the new owner as she did for the previous one.
The reviewer also mentions difficulty in contacting support for rent payments, stating that nobody ever answers the phone, and voicemails are not returned. This further underscores potential issues with communication and management accessibility at Arizona Cowboy RV Park.
Another review offers a more mixed perspective but still includes concerning elements. This reviewer notes that the park has a "nice entrance" and some "very nice people." They specifically commend a manager named "Kari" for being helpful and kind while they were looking at homes to buy. However, their positive impression shifted during a subsequent visit.
On this second visit, the reviewer witnessed what they described as a troubling situation involving two elderly ladies who had already moved into the park and given money but were being asked to evacuate because their background checks were taking longer than expected. The reviewer noted the distress of these individuals, who felt they were being harassed. This incident raises concerns about the park's policies regarding move-in procedures and the treatment of new residents facing administrative delays.
The same reviewer also mentions that the manager they initially found helpful ("Kari") had quit by the time of their second visit. They express hope of finding her at another park, praising her knowledge and helpfulness during their initial inquiries. The departure of a seemingly competent manager could be indicative of internal issues within the park's administration.
The reviewer concludes with a strong cautionary statement, advising others to "be very weary in getting anything from this park" and to "be careful!" This suggests that their overall impression, despite the initial positive encounter, was negative due to the issues they witnessed and the departure of the helpful manager.
Based on these reviews, Arizona Cowboy RV Park presents a complex picture. While there may be some positive aspects, such as a nice entrance and friendly residents, significant concerns have been raised regarding the management's responsiveness to financial issues, the handling of new resident move-ins, and potential instability in the management team.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" or considering a longer-term stay in a mobile or park model home in Mesa, Arizona, Arizona Cowboy RV Park warrants careful scrutiny. The allegations of unresolved financial issues with a former resident and the unsettling situation involving the attempted eviction of new elderly residents due to background check delays are serious red flags.
Potential residents should be aware that there is no information provided that contradicts these negative accounts or offers a more positive perspective on the current management or park operations. Therefore, based solely on the available reviews, there are significant concerns about the management practices and the overall experience of living at Arizona Cowboy RV Park.
Given the serious nature of the issues raised, it is strongly recommended that anyone considering Arizona Cowboy RV Park conduct thorough due diligence. This should include attempting to speak with current residents to gain their perspectives, investigating any publicly available records or complaints related to the property management, and carefully scrutinizing all agreements and policies before making any commitments.
A personal visit to the property to assess its physical condition and atmosphere is also advisable. However, the primary focus should be on understanding the current management practices and their responsiveness to resident issues.
In the context of searching for "RV parks near me," Arizona Cowboy RV Park, with its mix of RV sites and potentially mobile or park model homes, might appeal to different types of individuals seeking accommodation in Mesa. However, the concerns raised in the reviews about management should be a primary consideration for anyone contemplating staying or living there.
In conclusion, based on the limited information and the concerning reviews available, potential residents of Arizona Cowboy RV Park should be aware of the following:
- The park is located at 139 S Crismon Rd, Mesa, AZ.
- Contact number is (602) 233-2100 or +1 602-233-2100.
- Public reviews contain serious allegations of unresponsive management, unresolved financial issues with former residents, and questionable treatment of new residents.
- There are concerns about communication with the management office.
- One helpful manager mentioned in a review appears to have left the park.
- Potential residents are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough investigation before considering this park.
Given these significant concerns, local users searching for "RV parks near me" or long-term living options in Mesa, Arizona, are strongly advised to proceed with extreme caution and conduct extensive research before considering Arizona Cowboy RV Park.

Arizona Cowboy RV Park Reviews
I sold my unit over a month ago. Carol (manager) has NOT returned ANY of my calls or voicemail, emails, maintenance request regarding me still being charge lot rent & i’m owed backpay. She blocked my number & idk what i’m supposed to do. If i don't pay my credit gets ruined. When i moved in carol charged all the info into my name why isn't she doing that for the NEW owner?!? I called the support for the rent, nobody ever picks up, left voicemail. No call back. Please STOP CHARGING ME LOT RENT AND SEND ME MY BACKPAY SINCE THE NEW OWNERS MOVED IN.
Jun 30, 2024 · Stephanie IPlace has a nice entrance and some very nice people the manager Kari was so helpful and kind while I was looking at homes to buy, while I visited again the managers were asking two little old ladies to evacuate because the background checks were needing more time to process and they had already moved in and were so upset when I met them. They had giving the park money and now they were being harassed. This could be a nice park if run right, the manager had quit when I was back to buy, I hope to find her at another park because she was so knowledgeable about the places, and had so much information on what to look for and answered all my questions.Plus she was funny.I would be very weary in getting anything from this park, be careful!
Dec 07, 2021 · UrmisnshneThings started well and the neighbors made it liveable. The owner and his crony lose rent checks, forget what conversations were had, gossip personal business with tenants about other tenants and simply lack basic business acumen. I can't say enough about the kind people who live there. We will miss them! (But they will probably move on to greener pastures as well.)
Mar 07, 2018 · Felicia RobinsonMy girlfriend and I met with the owner of this paradise most recently. We were truly amazed by the sure beauty of the place. The owner obviously has put a great deal of his own passion into the community. There are trees and plants all around. The clubhouse is also very impressive with amenities for comfort and a beautiful mural (hand painted) on the wall. The motif here is like the old west. You really must see it for yourself to appreciate. The Arizona Cowboy RV Park is a place where kindness, intelligence and beauty have all come together. There are residents who are gifted with the green thumb which adds to the magic.Long term tenancy is welcome and the only problem I see is that when people learn about this place it just won't be big enough to accommodate everyone who will want to live there.
Jan 24, 2016 · Rick BishopGreat view, peaceful. Word in the park is management needs a better maintance team. Residents say its hard to get sinks, toilets, or any Maintance request fixed around there. The elderly are left squating over buckets to use the bathroom, due to not having issues addressed!!! Seems, the elderly may be suffering to obtain a reasonable and appropriate solution with the quality of service from property management in this park.
