Copa Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to Copa Mobile Home Park, a small and established community located in Mesa, Arizona. Situated at 9404 E Main St #20, Mesa, AZ 85207, USA, Copa Mobile Home Park offers a different kind of living experience for those seeking a more down-to-earth environment. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," it's important to understand that Copa Mobile Home Park primarily serves as a mobile home park, catering to longer-term residents rather than short-term RV stays. Individuals interested in learning more about this community can contact them at (480) 984-0089 or +1 480-984-0089.
Based on the available customer reviews, Copa Mobile Home Park is characterized by its focus on community and its residents, who are described as "real life people" and "good hardworking people." This suggests a neighborly and supportive environment where residents connect with each other. However, it's also explicitly stated that Copa is "not a resort" and "doesn't have a lot of amenities," indicating a more basic and value-oriented living situation.
One reviewer who moved out of Copa Mobile Home Park shared several concerns regarding the cost and features of their living situation. They mentioned that the rent was perceived as "too high" and that residents were required to pay for gas utilities separately. Additionally, the unit they occupied was equipped with a window air conditioning unit, which they found to be undersized for a two-bedroom home and a small bathroom. The flooring was described as weak wood. This reviewer was ultimately glad to have moved out and did not intend to return. This feedback highlights potential drawbacks related to the cost versus the amenities and the condition of some of the units within the park.
In contrast, another reviewer offers a more positive perspective, emphasizing the strong sense of community as the park's primary asset. They describe Copa as a "small trailer community" for "real life people" who are "good hardworking people." This reviewer acknowledges the lack of extensive amenities typically found in resorts but asserts that "the best amenities are the friendly folks that call it home." This suggests that Copa Mobile Home Park fosters a strong social fabric and that the residents themselves contribute significantly to the positive living experience for those who value community over extensive facilities.
Considering these contrasting viewpoints, Copa Mobile Home Park appears to be a community that prioritizes its residents and their interactions over elaborate amenities. For individuals seeking a simple and perhaps more affordable living situation where neighborly connections are valued, Copa might be a suitable option. However, potential residents should be aware of the feedback regarding potentially high rent relative to the provided features, the need to pay for gas utilities, and the possibility of older units with limitations such as window air conditioning and potentially weak flooring.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," Copa Mobile Home Park, being primarily a mobile home park, may not directly meet their needs if they are looking for short-term RV sites with resort-style amenities. However, if the search is more broadly aimed at finding a community in the Mesa area for longer-term living, perhaps in a smaller and more community-focused setting, then Copa Mobile Home Park could be a consideration, especially for those who prioritize friendly neighbors over extensive facilities.
The lack of resort-style amenities implies that residents should not expect features such as swimming pools, clubhouses with organized activities, fitness centers, or extensive on-site services. The focus seems to be on providing basic infrastructure for mobile homes and fostering a sense of community among the residents.
Potential residents should weigh the importance of community and a potentially lower-frills lifestyle against the concerns raised about the cost relative to the features and the condition of some units. Visiting the park and, if possible, speaking with current residents might provide a more comprehensive understanding of the living experience at Copa Mobile Home Park.
The information available does not offer any specific promotional information or details about recent upgrades or changes within the park. Therefore, any introduction must be based solely on the provided reviews, which offer a mixed perspective. The positive aspect is the strong sense of community and the friendly nature of the residents. The potential drawbacks include the perceived high cost for the amenities offered and possible limitations with the individual mobile home units.
For local users in Mesa, Arizona, who are seeking a mobile home park rather than a traditional RV park, Copa Mobile Home Park presents itself as a small community where the residents are a key feature. However, it is essential to consider the potential cost and the level of amenities provided before making a decision. A personal visit and thorough inquiry into the current rental rates, utility costs, and the condition of available units are highly recommended.
In conclusion, Copa Mobile Home Park in Mesa, Arizona, offers:
- A location at 9404 E Main St #20, Mesa, AZ.
- Contact information: (480) 984-0089 or +1 480-984-0089.
- A small trailer community with a focus on friendly and hardworking residents.
- Limited resort-style amenities.
- Potential concerns about high rent relative to features, the cost of gas utilities, and the condition of some units (e.g., window AC, weak flooring).
- A strong sense of community among its residents, considered the "best amenity" by one reviewer.
For local users seeking a community-oriented mobile home park in Mesa and are willing to forgo extensive amenities, Copa Mobile Home Park might be worth considering. However, it is crucial to be aware of the potential cost and unit limitations highlighted in the reviews and to conduct thorough personal research.

Rent was to high and you had to pay for the utility which was gas . The AC was a window unit . To small for a 2 bedroom and to small of a bathroom.. flooring was weak since it was wood . Glad we moved out and never looked back.

Feb 17, 2023 · Susan LipkeCopa mobile home park is safe feeling and well kept. Neighbors seem to respect and watch out for each other. The manger is warm and pleasant and inviting which is a blessing. The back drop can not be better. You truly are minute's from hiking, biking,,horse back riding, tubing, camping.Right on the foot hills of the Superstition Mountains you can not beat the views and the opportunity for endless out door exploring when starts to cool for the winter in Phoenix metro area.Copa mobile park is right on the Apache Junction and Mesa boarder.Which I absolutely adore. You have gas stations, all fast food, Walmart etc right here jn minutes with out the nightmare of traffic in the valley. So whether you need a place to park a trailer or a mobile home or to visit a loved one.I would give Copa mobile park a A.Truly a blessing for my family and our journey.Make today amazing people and never stop moving forward.
Aug 20, 2022 · Moving Forward CleanoutsWas once a nice quite park, now it is a tweeker paradise with foot traffic coming in all night to certain mobils to score drugs. The managers try to do what they can but the actual owner does not care at all. Slightly better than the mobil park in the movie 8 mile.
