Silver Leaf Manufactured Home Community Introduce
Silver Leaf Manufactured Home Community is located at 1515 E Saint Patrick St in Rapid City, South Dakota, with contact phone numbers (605) 608-3800 and +1 605-608-3800. Primarily a manufactured home community catering to long-term residents who own their homes but rent the lot, Silver Leaf's suitability for those searching within the 'RV parks near me' category is not explicitly stated. However, the community environment and management style, as reflected in resident reviews, may be relevant for individuals considering extended stays in the area or seeking a community-oriented setting.
For individuals and families considering long-term residency, Silver Leaf Manufactured Home Community appears to have undergone positive changes since 2022, according to one long-term resident. Initially skeptical, this resident reports that the community has become a "much better place" over time. While acknowledging the presence of a "handful if troubled pendents, handful troubles children n handful rude pendents," the reviewer strongly praises the office staff, Heather and Mike, as well as the maintenance team. They are described as "very helpful, understanding, and not Rude or disrespectful by far," leading the resident to consider Silver Leaf one of the best companies they have ever rented from. This positive feedback regarding the management's helpfulness, understanding, and respectful demeanor is a significant factor for prospective long-term residents.
The same resident highlights specific positive actions by Heather and Mike, noting that they actively patrol the property, "drive or walk around on site and keep great eyes out," and are "on there point when it comes to resolve situations on site" in a timely and respectful manner. This proactive approach to property oversight and issue resolution suggests a management team that is engaged and responsive to the needs of the community. The resident expresses appreciation for the opportunity to reside in this "small community," indicating a potentially close-knit and personal atmosphere despite the acknowledged presence of some disruptive individuals.
In contrast, another review, which mentions a location on "E. New York St." (potentially a previous or different location, or a misunderstanding of the current address on E. Saint Patrick St.), expresses frustration with "endless issues." While this reviewer feels heard when voicing complaints, they report a lack of resolution. This conflicting feedback suggests that experiences within the Silver Leaf community may vary, or that the issues faced at a different location might not be representative of the current community at E. Saint Patrick St. However, it is important to acknowledge this differing perspective when considering residency.
Regarding the 'RV parks near me' category, there is no direct information in the provided reviews or address to confirm whether Silver Leaf Manufactured Home Community offers dedicated RV sites or accommodations for recreational vehicles. Typically, manufactured home communities primarily cater to long-term residents. However, the positive aspects highlighted in the first review, such as helpful and responsive management and a sense of community, could be appealing to RVers seeking an extended stay in a more community-oriented environment compared to a traditional RV park. If Silver Leaf does offer RV accommodations, potential guests would need to inquire about the availability of sites, the types of hookups provided (electricity, water, sewer), site sizes, and any amenities such as restrooms, showers, or laundry facilities. Given the mixed feedback, it would be particularly important for RV travelers to ascertain the current conditions and management approach at the E. Saint Patrick St. location.
Based on the first review, the environment at Silver Leaf Manufactured Home Community is described as improving over time, with a generally positive atmosphere fostered by the management. The mention of some "troubled" individuals suggests that, like any community, it may have its challenges, but the proactive involvement of the office staff in addressing issues appears to mitigate these concerns for at least one resident. The fact that the management actively patrols the property indicates an effort to maintain order and security within the community. The "small community" feel suggests a potentially more personal and less transient environment than some larger RV parks.
The services at Silver Leaf for manufactured home residents likely include basic utilities connections (water, sewer, electricity) to the lots and waste management. The positive review highlights the helpfulness and responsiveness of the maintenance team, indicating that service requests are handled in a timely and respectful manner. If RV sites are offered, services would typically include hookups for recreational vehicles and access to any communal facilities. However, specific amenities for RV guests are not mentioned in the provided information and would need to be confirmed directly with the management.
Currently, there is no specific promotional information available online for Silver Leaf Manufactured Home Community beyond the resident reviews. The positive testimonial from a long-term resident who rents a lot serves as a strong endorsement of the management and the community's improvement over time. Local users interested in long-term residency or potential RV accommodations are encouraged to contact Silver Leaf directly at (605) 608-3800 or +1 605-608-3800 to inquire about current availability, pricing (for lot rentals or RV sites), and specific amenities. Visiting the property could also provide a firsthand impression of the community and the facilities.
For those searching within the 'RV parks near me' category in Rapid City, Silver Leaf Manufactured Home Community presents a somewhat ambiguous option. While primarily a manufactured home community, the positive feedback regarding the management's attentiveness and the sense of community could be attractive to RVers seeking a more settled environment for an extended stay. However, the lack of specific information about RV facilities and the contrasting negative review (possibly related to a different location) necessitate direct inquiry with the management to determine suitability for RV travelers.
In conclusion, Silver Leaf Manufactured Home Community at 1515 E Saint Patrick St in Rapid City, SD, appears to be a manufactured home community with a management team that is highly regarded by at least one long-term resident for their helpfulness, proactivity, and respectful approach. While there are mentions of some community challenges, the positive aspects of management and a developing sense of community are noteworthy for potential long-term residents. For those searching within the 'RV parks near me' category, direct contact with Silver Leaf's management at (605) 608-3800 or +1 605-608-3800 is essential to ascertain if RV accommodations are available and to gain a clear understanding of the current environment and services offered at the E. Saint Patrick St. location.

Silver Leaf Manufactured Home Community Reviews
I have been in this silver lead community since 2022 and from when I first moved in I was skeptical about being. Here but with in time things took big turns and became amuch better place. The area does have handful if troubled pendents, handful troubles children n handful rude pendents. But the office staff Heather, & Mike & all maintenance all are and have been very helpful, understanding and not Rude or disrespectful by far . This is one the best company's I've ever rented from I own my own place but rent lot .. the stay on top of things and address matters in timely manner and very respectful way...Things I've notice Heather & Mike's done personally they drive or walk around on site and keep great eyes out on property as much as possible. And there on point when it comes to resolve situations on site.... appreciate the opportunity to be a tending in this small community
Jun 25, 2024 · Natasha' WhealyAs to the location on E. New York St. There has been endless issues. I feel like I am heard when I voice my complaints however, there are never any resolutions.
Dec 23, 2024 · Katie RoselandInitially, when I wrote a review, I was hopeful about the community's progress. I genuinely believed that things would improve, and they did for a while. However, it appears that the individuals responsible for these improvements are no longer involved. I am expressing my disappointment and concern about the future of the already dilapidated properties. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend renting or purchasing anything from this "company." Please stay away.
Mar 07, 2024 · RebeccaI had to change my review from five stars to one star. If I could give them no stars I would. Terrible customer service. I would definitely think twice before giving them any money. I have dealt with Julie several times before and she was very helpful and polite. The other women who were there before were also great but they are not there anymore and have been replaced by rudeness. I’m not sure what’s going on there but I want no part in it. So. Rude.
Mar 08, 2024 · Connie CuppSilver Leaf is steadily improving since new ownership. They are making positive changes to the trailer court. Weeding out who don't respect the park and where they are living. The office staff and maintaince staff is amazing and friendly. Daryl the maintaince man is very helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to help. The office staff are understanding of situations and do their best to resolve issues in a timely manner.
