Silverado RV Resort Introduce
Are you searching for exceptional "RV parks near me" in the Eloy, Arizona area? Look no further than Silverado RV Resort, a destination that has provided comfortable stays for RV travelers for many years. Situated at 4555 W Tonto Rd, Eloy, AZ 85131, USA, Silverado RV Resort offers a unique experience, blending traditional RV amenities with a transition towards a park model home community. You can reach them at (480) 282-6014 or +1 480-282-6014 for inquiries and reservations.
Based on recent feedback from fellow RV enthusiasts, Silverado RV Resort presents a mixed landscape of familiar comforts and evolving features. For those who have visited in the past, like one reviewer who enjoyed multiple stays between 2007 and 2021, the resort was once known as an "easy and pleasant stop." Its convenient location, particularly for those with family nearby, continues to be a significant draw. One long-term visitor appreciated their specific lot and the availability of amenities such as a pool, dog park, and shuffleboard/corn hole area. The presence of these recreational options suggests a community-oriented atmosphere where guests can relax and socialize.
However, it's important to note some significant changes underway at Silverado RV Resort. Recent reviews indicate a shift towards becoming a park model home community. This transition has led to the conversion of traditional RV spaces into pads designed for future park model homes. Consequently, some amenities that RV travelers typically expect may no longer be available. Specifically, internet access, cable TV, and picnic tables are mentioned as features that are no longer offered. This is a crucial consideration for travelers who rely on these services during their stays.
Interestingly, one reviewer pointed out the presence of an "AireBeam Silverado Park RV" network when searching for available internet connections, despite being informed by the Park Manager that internet service was not available. This discrepancy suggests potential inconsistencies in the information provided regarding current amenities. It would be advisable for prospective guests to directly inquire about the availability and cost of internet services, if needed, prior to their arrival.
The physical layout for RV parking has also seen modifications. The converted gravel spaces now feature concrete pads, which, according to a recent visitor, appear to be primarily designed for park model homes rather than traditional RVs. RV owners should be prepared for this type of setup and consider if it meets their specific needs in terms of space and hookups. Despite these changes, the park's management and staff, particularly the manager Kathy, are consistently praised for their friendliness, responsiveness, and dedication to maintaining a clean and well-kept environment. This positive aspect of customer service can significantly enhance the overall experience, even amidst ongoing transitions.
Adding to the evolving nature of Silverado RV Resort, there have been observations of new, smaller single-wide units being introduced to the property. It remains unclear whether these are intended for sale or rental, but their presence indicates a further step towards establishing a more permanent residential community alongside or in place of traditional RV sites. This development could influence the overall ambiance and the types of services and amenities that will be prioritized in the future.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," Silverado RV Resort presents a unique option with a blend of past offerings and future direction. While the transition to a park model home community is underway, the resort still accommodates RVs on its converted spaces. The presence of a pool, dog park, and recreational areas like shuffleboard and corn hole suggests that opportunities for leisure and community engagement still exist. The positive remarks regarding the management and staff highlight a commitment to guest satisfaction.
However, potential guests should be aware of the reported absence of internet access, cable TV, and picnic tables. The RV parking spaces are now on concrete pads designed for park model homes, which might differ from traditional RV site layouts. It is recommended to contact Silverado RV Resort directly at (480) 282-6014 or +1 480-282-6014 to inquire about the current availability of amenities, the specifics of the RV parking sites, and any long-term plans for the resort. Speaking with the management will provide the most up-to-date information to help you determine if Silverado RV Resort aligns with your needs and expectations.
In conclusion, Silverado RV Resort in Eloy, Arizona, offers a stay with a friendly and well-maintained environment. While undergoing a transformation towards a park model home community, it still provides spaces for RVs. Local users seeking "RV parks near me" should consider the available amenities and the ongoing changes when making their decision. Direct communication with the resort is key to ensuring a satisfactory experience.

Silverado RV Resort Reviews
This is our second winter here. Our son lives close by so it been very convenient. We really like our lot. We especially enjoy the pool...it has had times when it has been closed for periods of time which has been a little discouraging. Close to dog park, shuffle board/corn hole area and pool. There have been several times that the water has been turned off. All and all it's been a pretty good experience for us. There have been 10 new very small single wides brought in. Not sure if their selling them or renting.Kathy is a gem! Great manager!! Very responsive.
Mar 08, 2025 · Calista AtwoodWe have stayed at this park multiple times (2007-2021) and it was an easy and pleasant stop. We were surprised that it is being turned into a Park Model home community and the traditional RV spaces have been converted into pads for future Park Model homes. It no longer offers internet access or cable TV, picnic tables, and other amenities usually found in real RV Parks. Interestingly, when you complete your setup and check for avaiiable Internect connections, AireBeam Silverado Park RV is listed. Like many other RV Parks it requires a login & password. The Park Manager was unaware of this and said there was no Internet service. RV parking is now on converted gravel spaces with concrete pads that are obviously designed for Park Model homes and not for RV's. The manager (Cathy) and staff were friendly and the park was well maintained and clean.
Apr 26, 2025 · James HarbisonLocation is close to hwy 10. Laundry room needs cleaned. Looks like it hasn’t been mopped in a while. The attendant was gone when I pulled in and I had a bit of a time registering. The bathroom/showers need attention. Hair in the showers and along the walls hair and dirt. Very quiet and nice. Just needs cleaning here and there.
Jan 09, 2025 · Janet BallWasn’t aware this park was designed for a park home community so the placement of the utilities and plants presented some challenges for our RV. We could not secure a firm sewer connection so it was useless to us. (Threading stripped?) There isn't a separate dump station. Park is located by interstate so expect noise. Kathy was friendly and helpful.
Jan 31, 2025 · Robin TippeyCathy is the best, so helpfully. We found everything awsome,Quiet, except for noise from the freeway, close to Phoenix and Tucson, very friendly staff and amenities are great. Check in is all on line and is kind of a pain for us old people. But like I said Cathy was a pleasure and helped my thru it. Wish there was wi-fi. Found our experience at this park wonderful and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you .
