Apr 16, 2025 · Jill SalazarSo before hand they use to have this real negative manager named I believe Jen. It's been a 1 year sinces they remored that manager and some of her huntsman. Now thing have completely turned around . We have a park for this kids to play on, a swimming pool, and new roads with no potholes. We also have a very clean park and very very respectful staff that want to try to better thing. Also the new manager Becky is so kind and I have no complaints at all. This place is extremely kid friend and great community to live in . There's a newly done. Fire pit and so on . Kids are extremely happy, you have kids laughing and on occasion you'll here a parent yell at kids , but hey that's kids and part of it being a kid friendly park . I would highly recommend this place if you have kids or even single look for a safe place to live . 😁☺️😁😁☺️😁.
May 21, 2024 · Angelique GoreEveryone I've met the past 5 years here is either friendly or stand-offish, which is fine. We all help each other out. The park was just repaved and some new building is going up next to the office. 5 stars, because I can't hear the train and I'm literally 3 minutes from the radio tower trail. I only smell the dump a few days a month? 2 months? and it's just diapers. Folks scream down Chuichu from AZ city though. Big fire pit. Pool is all fixed up and clean. Brand new playground just went up. Rent went up too, a little. We'll see how that goes.
Jun 12, 2024 · Adam BlakeLOVE the new paved roadways. The new playground and patio furniture for the pool is awesome! A lot easier for dog/power walking. Budget friendly, credit check friendly and staff friendly!Definitely exceeded my expectations of a mobile home park!
May 29, 2024 · William Dancy JrI wrote a review about 5 years ago and it wasn't good. I only gave one star cuz of the management that was here. I came close to moving a couple of times because of management but didn't cuz I wasn't going to give her the satisfaction of outlasting me. I hated her that much.Well I outlasted her and glad I did. I love new management and there have been so many improvements in the little time new management has come in. I am happy at my home now. We are a real family park now and the kids actually go outside to play. They weren't allowed with old manager. She was a real piece of work. We are all so much happier without her.So if you are looking for a happy home with great neighbors, come give us a try. I think you will like what you see and there are more improvements to come.
