Based on recent customer reviews, this brand-new RV park offers a combination of a quiet and secluded atmosphere with convenient access to local amenities and a remarkably friendly owner, making it an ideal choice for both short and long-term stays.
One of the standout features of SingleTree RV, consistently highlighted by its guests, is the exceptional hospitality of the owner. Reviewers describe the owner as "incredibly friendly and welcoming" and "super nice," indicating a personal touch that greatly enhances the overall experience. One guest, who arrived late, specifically mentioned the staff's helpfulness in locating their spot, underscoring a commitment to guest satisfaction even outside of regular hours. This level of care and attention can make a significant difference, especially for travelers arriving after a long journey.
The environment of SingleTree RV is also highly praised for its tranquility. Guests describe the location as "really quiet and secluded," making it a perfect retreat for those seeking peace and relaxation. This serene setting is particularly appealing for individuals needing a calm environment for work or those simply looking to escape the noise and bustle of more crowded areas. The secluded nature of the park allows for a more intimate connection with the surroundings and a greater sense of privacy.

The newness of the park suggests modern facilities and well-maintained infrastructure.
Adding to the convenience and comfort of guests, SingleTree RV offers on-site laundry facilities. This is a significant amenity, especially for those planning longer stays, as it eliminates the need to travel to off-site laundromats. The availability of laundry within the park adds to the self-sufficiency and ease of living for RVers.
For pet owners, SingleTree RV goes above and beyond by featuring a "huge doggy park." This dedicated space allows travelers with dogs to exercise and socialize their pets in a safe and enclosed area. The inclusion of such a substantial amenity demonstrates the owner's consideration for all types of travelers and their needs, making SingleTree RV a particularly welcoming place for those traveling with furry companions.
Furthermore, the owner has taken steps to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the park by planting "some fruit and flower trees." While these might still be young, the effort to add greenery and beauty to the landscape suggests a commitment to creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for the long term. This thoughtful landscaping can contribute to a more enjoyable and visually appealing stay.
The positive experiences of guests are further emphasized by their strong intentions to return. One guest who stayed for a whole month mentioned that they "will definitely be back if I ever find myself in the area again." SingleTree RV Reviews
I arrived a bit late, but the staff was super helpful in finding my spot. The place is really quiet and secluded, which was perfect for my work stay. I ended up staying there for a whole month! The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back if I ever find myself in the area again.
Feb 17, 2025 · clayLove it! FHU 30/50amp long gravel spaces. It’s brand new... Laundry on site. Dollar General next door, convenient to Gainesville and Whitesboro. The owner is super nice... He just built a huge doggy park and has some fruit and flower trees planted. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!
May 19, 2018 · Rachel GillenI have lived here over 6 months...I love the place and the people here are pleasant. The owner is doing a remarkable job making changes to the place..it's affordable and within walking distance to the dollar store. For those who are starting out on there own....I definitely recommend this place as a new start....
Oct 20, 2022 · Angie WombleThere's much to put into a post, I've been here for a little over a year and at first it was awesome there's plenty of space it was relatively quiet laundry facility on site. However since my first move in there has been many things that have gone wrong, Milan the owner is only here to collect rent, he does the bare minimum when it comes to fixing up RVs that are for rent. In my case doing a rent-to-own he put me in an RV that I would equate to as a lemon, the roof leaks the RV needs a new skin the soft spots on the floor and for the first year my water line was not completely hooked up. His" maintenance guy " does nothing around the park he spends more time sleeping during the day then he does actually doing things. To top it off I am paying over $550 a month for a small space and I mean small space, as of late he has been cramming more and more RV into this park going against County ordinances, these are bees are not at least 10 feet apart in any direction, the hookups are not at least 40 feet in between each other and as of late he is placed RVs behind mine which are only eight in from the laundry room. I understand that doing a rent-to-own means that I have to do all the repairs but at the same time he did not exercise his due diligence prior to me moving in I know that part of that blame is on me and I accept that however Milan is more about making money and doing shortcuts then he is providing a quality place to live. There are several residents here that have lived here since the park opened and Tommy was the original owner, since then this place has gone downhill Tweakers are moved in and out scenes are caused police are called and nothing is ever really done. I would not recommend this place to anybody you could go a quarter mile down the road pay half of what I'm paying now and actually have the space the lot space that would be mine. I am thankful that I plan on moving soon. And as a PostScript Milan is also one that maliciously charges people, for example I stated earlier I pay 550 a month why is it that my neighbor who's also doing a rent-to-own is having to pay close to 800 for a lot size the same as mine and all he does is give her grief. Rather than treat people like human beings he treats us as cash cows I would not be surprised at the county shut this place down for all of the illegal hookups, County ordinance violations, and at times bigoted remarks and attitudes towards women. To anyone reading this you are better off going up the road from what I have seen and heard they actually treat people like human beings rather than like caged in cattle hear it Single Tree RV, single tree gets a single star
Sep 04, 2020 · Brian LopezI had given this place 5 stars when the original owner owned it. Milan is the current owner and he is working hard weekly to make improvements. But management is another story. Most residents are nice a quite which is one of the things we loved about it. Also that they allow our 3 dogs. Almost everyone who lives here has a dog which is great. There's a dog park area that isn't real big and if you have a big dog that jumps up it would go down easily. But there is a fenced area for you to take them if need be. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend a this point. Maybe if Milan was here more he only comes on some weekends for a few hours. So we are currently looking for something closer to my fiancés work. I wish them the best of luck .
