Sky Ridge Mobile Park Introduce
For local users in the Cathedral City, California area who are searching for "RV parks near me" and might also be considering the option of mobile home living or long-term RV parking, this introduction provides an overview of Sky Ridge Mobile Park, located at 68916 H St SPC 28, Cathedral City, CA 92234. While the platform category focuses on RV parks, mobile home parks often offer a stable residential environment that can sometimes accommodate RVs for extended stays, depending on park regulations and available space. Sky Ridge Mobile Park can be contacted at (760) 328-4268 or +1 760-328-4268 for inquiries about residency, space availability, and specific park policies.
Sky Ridge Mobile Park is situated in Cathedral City, a city in Riverside County located in the Coachella Valley, known for its proximity to Palm Springs and its diverse community. The address on H Street suggests a location within a residential area of Cathedral City. However, specific details about the immediate environment of the park, such as landscaping, noise levels, or proximity to commercial areas, would require further investigation by prospective residents.
Based on the limited customer reviews available online, Sky Ridge Mobile Park appears to be facing significant challenges, particularly concerning its management and overall condition. One lengthy review is highly critical, stating that the "place needs to be rebuilt" and alleging a lack of "intelligible management" by individuals named Michael Barge, Pita, and Patrick Valencia. The reviewer also claims that the owner, Peter Wang, allows them to "rip apart your personal space." This vague but serious accusation suggests potential issues with the respect for residents' privacy or property by either management or the owner. The reviewer further indicates that there is "more information, photos and videos available that haven't been posted" and that "many people who can attest to this post," implying a broader pattern of dissatisfaction among residents. The statement that they have "been told to stay quiet and let this continue" suggests a potentially negative or suppressive management environment. The reviewer concludes by describing the park as a "low budget neighborhood that NEEDS a voice," indicating a sense of neglect and a desire for improvement in the community.
The second review echoes the negative sentiment towards the owner and management. This reviewer describes the owner as "a very rude man" who allegedly "yells at adults," and further claims that Michael (presumably one of the managers mentioned in the first review) "yells at kids too." These are serious allegations regarding the behavior of those in charge. The reviewer also states that the owner "kicks people out because he feels like it and doesn’t wanna fix problems in the trailers," suggesting arbitrary evictions and a lack of attention to maintenance issues within the park. The reviewer concludes by labeling the management as "extremely unprofessional" and emphatically stating that "overall this trailer park is a no for me I do not recommend."
Given these overwhelmingly negative reviews focusing on management conduct and park conditions, prospective residents should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering Sky Ridge Mobile Park. The strong and specific nature of the complaints raises significant concerns about the living environment and the way the park is managed.
Information regarding the specific services and features offered at Sky Ridge Mobile Park is not detailed in the provided reviews. Typically, mobile home parks offer essential utilities such as water, electricity, and sewage hookups for each space. Additional amenities can vary but might include laundry facilities, community centers, recreational areas (like swimming pools or clubhouses), and pet areas. Given the serious concerns raised about management and maintenance, the quality and upkeep of any such amenities might also be questionable. Prospective residents should directly contact the park management to obtain a list of the services and features claimed to be available, but should also be prepared to independently verify their condition and accessibility.
Similarly, specific promotional information for Sky Ridge Mobile Park is not included in the provided reviews. To learn about current space availability, rental rates for lots, lease terms, and any special offers for new residents, it is essential to contact the park management directly using the provided phone numbers. However, given the strongly negative feedback regarding management practices, any information obtained directly from them should be carefully considered in light of the residents' experiences.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," it is crucial to determine if Sky Ridge Mobile Park accommodates RVs for long-term stays and under what conditions. Mobile home parks primarily cater to manufactured homes, and while some may have designated areas or allow RVs under specific conditions, this is not a universal practice. Inquiries to the park management should specifically address their policies on RVs, including any restrictions on size, age, or type, as well as the availability of appropriate hookups and space. Given the issues raised about management and maintenance, the suitability of Sky Ridge Mobile Park for RV living might also be a concern.
In conclusion, the available online reviews for Sky Ridge Mobile Park in Cathedral City, CA, paint a concerning picture, primarily due to serious allegations regarding the unprofessional and potentially abusive behavior of the management and owner, as well as potential neglect of park maintenance and residents' rights. Prospective residents, including those who might be exploring options beyond typical "RV parks near me," are strongly advised to proceed with extreme caution. Thorough independent investigation, including attempting to speak with current residents directly (if possible), and carefully considering the negative feedback is essential before making any decisions about residing at Sky Ridge Mobile Park. The significant concerns raised suggest that this park may not provide a positive or stable living environment.

Sky Ridge Mobile Park Reviews
This place needs to be rebuilt. They lack intelligible management (Michael Barge, Pita & Patrick Valencia) and the owner (Peter Wang) lets them rip apart your personal space. There's a lot to be said here... There's more information, photos and videos available that haven't been posted and many people who can attest to this post. We've been told to stay quiet and let this continue. It's a low budget neighborhood that NEEDS a voice.
Feb 10, 2024 · Shawday OrtegaThe owner is a very rude man. Not only does he yell at adults but Michael yells at kids too. Sep 10, 2023 · Angelina ArchuletaShady business, do not rent from Sky Ridge Mobile Park. Talked to Michael from ad to inquire about rental on Aug 3, 2020 Monday. Michael called back to confirm on Aug 3, 2020 Monday and set up viewing appointment at 11am next day Tuesday 8-4-20. Explained my fiance and I were driving from Las Vegas and will pay to stay at a hotel in order to visit the property rental. Next day, contacted Michael 45 min in advance on the phone before our appointment; he acted like he forgot about us then said "An application came in late last night." I told him, "You made an appointment with us and you know that we drove from Vegas to schedule this viewing in order to rent." We explained our situation to this man in great detail about our interest in the camper. We were shocked. I've lived in the Palm Springs area before and never had a problem with rentals. However, this man was rude and very unprofessional. If he knew he rented out the property, he should have called me (like he did to schedule the appointment originally for us). My fiance and I confirmed our appointment on the phone verbally with Michael and after that we booked a hotel at Roadway Inn in order to meet up with this person the next day. For future reference, get your business straight, learn to communicate with the people you spoke to because it's your business. Treat people with respect and update them, do not be a lame business flaker. This property rental does not deserve 5 stars or any stars. We can understand it's COVD-19, however, we are honest people just looking to rent. Do not trust this ad if you see it again online in the future. Bad business practice.
Aug 06, 2020 · Milana MayIdeal location between Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage makes easy access to major Hubs such as Palm Springs Airport and Casinos etc. Skyridge Residents are family oriented and very neighborly. While making cornbread the other day I was 1/2 cup short of corn meal and guests were visiting. A simple knock on my neighbor's door with cup in hand and a few words I remembered from my High School Spanish class, saved the day! I've watched the Middle-Schoolers grow up and now attend College. Come join our diverse group of residents. You'll soon feel..."At Home" too!
