Personally, I believe the management, for these properties are the most Understanding, personable people I’ve seen in a long time, especially for people that have a management position. Sleepy Hollow and Lakeside Landing have amazing, maintenance technicians and overall amazing staff. I am so happy that I chose to get my first place with them.
Jan 02, 2024 · raylee choateI scheduled a tour and on the day I get a text saying thank you for touring even though my tour didn’t start until 1:30pm I called the phone that was listed on Trulia and no one answered I called the sleepy hallow number and the lady said she couldn’t find me in the system and then told me to go ahead and go to the office I put the address in and it sent me to a home and I called back letting them know that I’m having a hard time finding the office and the lady said it’s fine that it’ll take her 5 mins to get to lot#59 I sat in my car for a little over 20 mins then called the sleepy hallow number twice both times saying that extension is on a call all I gotta say is if you aren’t going to show the houses then don’t list them that was a huge waste of my time

Jan 21, 2021 · Son NguyenCute place they're moving in brand new trailer homes. From what I've heard it's pretty affordable like $700 a month. Only 4 stars due to the small roads/yards and lack of perks. It does have a playground though

Please keep you and your family away from any place owned by vineyard management and the predatory practices they enact. I also see signs of an IRS seizure possibly?Fact Finder 12 did an investigation into this and has an investigation ongoing. Look it up!
