Twin Oaks Manufactured Home Community Introduce
For local users seeking information about housing options, particularly within the category of "rv parks near me" (often encompassing mobile home parks as a related type of land-lease community), this introduction details Twin Oaks Manufactured Home Community, located at 1915 W MacArthur Rd, Wichita, KS 67217, USA. You can contact the community at (316) 524-7961 or +1 316-524-7961 for inquiries.
Based on the limited publicly available customer reviews, Twin Oaks Manufactured Home Community appears to be distinguished by its exceptional management. Two reviews specifically highlight the positive impact of the current management team, Trish and Sarah. One reviewer states that Trish and Sarah are "the best management this park has had in over a decade," emphasizing their effectiveness in addressing significant issues within the community. Their ability to "find and execute solutions to the huge magnitude of issues brought to their attention" is described as "astonishing and very much appreciated." This suggests a proactive and problem-solving approach to community management, which can greatly enhance the living experience for residents.
The same reviewer further characterizes Trish and Sarah as "very down to earth, respectful and genuine ladies," indicating a positive and approachable interpersonal style. This can contribute to a more harmonious and supportive community environment, fostering positive relationships between management and residents.
Another review provides a detailed and highly positive account of one resident's experience with Sarah C., presumably one of the managers. This reviewer recounts a situation where they were in a difficult housing situation, and Sarah played a crucial role in helping them move into a "nice home" within Twin Oaks. Notably, they were able to purchase the home for $11,000, and Sarah assisted them in getting approved despite not having the best credit. This suggests that Twin Oaks may offer opportunities for affordable homeownership, which could be particularly appealing to local users seeking budget-friendly housing solutions.
The reviewer further praises Sarah's responsiveness and dedication, noting that she "always promptly answered my and my husband Jeremy bates emails and calls even on the days we called multiple times." This level of communication and attentiveness is crucial for resident satisfaction and indicates a high level of professionalism. The fact that Sarah never became "aggravated" despite frequent contact highlights her patience and commitment to resident support.
The move-in process facilitated by Sarah is described as "the easiest move in process we have ever been through," a significant positive aspect for anyone relocating. The timeline from application to move-in (less than a month) is also noted as "pretty impressive," suggesting efficiency and a streamlined process. Sarah's thoroughness in answering questions and explaining how things work is also commended, indicating a commitment to ensuring residents are well-informed and comfortable.
The reviewer also highlights Sarah's personal touch, mentioning that she came over to their new home after they moved in to ensure everything was okay and followed up afterward to check on them. This level of care and attention goes above and beyond basic management duties and suggests a genuine concern for the well-being of residents. The heartfelt gratitude expressed by the reviewer, particularly regarding their daughter having a Christmas tree and presents in their new home, underscores the significant positive impact of Sarah's assistance.
Based on these reviews, the environment of Twin Oaks Manufactured Home Community appears to be one fostered by a highly effective and caring management team. Trish and Sarah are credited with resolving significant community issues and providing exceptional support to residents, including facilitating affordable homeownership for those in need. The community seems to prioritize resident well-being, communication, and a smooth transition process for new residents.
While the reviews strongly emphasize the positive aspects of the management, they provide limited information about the specific services and amenities offered within Twin Oaks Manufactured Home Community. It is common for manufactured home communities to provide essential infrastructure such as roads, utilities hookups (water, electricity, sewer), and trash disposal. Some communities may also offer additional amenities like laundry facilities, community centers, or recreational areas. However, the available reviews do not specify these details for Twin Oaks. Local users would need to inquire directly with the management to obtain a comprehensive list of services and amenities included with lot rental or homeownership.
Similarly, the reviews do not contain any explicit promotional information about Twin Oaks Manufactured Home Community. However, the account of Sarah helping a resident purchase a home for $11,000 with approval despite credit challenges suggests that affordable homeownership opportunities may exist within the community. Interested local users should contact the management to inquire about any available homes for sale or rent, as well as the current lot rental rates and any associated fees. The positive testimonials regarding the management could be considered an implicit form of positive promotion for the community.
For local users exploring "rv parks near me," Twin Oaks Manufactured Home Community may not directly fit the traditional model of a short-term RV park. However, for those seeking longer-term, affordable housing options within a well-managed community, particularly the possibility of purchasing a manufactured home, Twin Oaks presents a compelling case. The exceptional reviews of the management team, Trish and Sarah, highlight their dedication to resident support and community well-being, which can be a significant factor in choosing a place to live.
In conclusion, Twin Oaks Manufactured Home Community in Wichita, KS, stands out for its highly praised management team, Trish and Sarah, who are described as effective problem-solvers, respectful, and genuinely caring. The community appears to offer opportunities for affordable homeownership and prioritizes resident support and a smooth transition process for newcomers. While specific details about services and amenities are limited in the available reviews, the overwhelmingly positive feedback regarding the management suggests a community that values its residents. Local users seeking a well-managed and potentially affordable housing option in Wichita should consider contacting Twin Oaks Manufactured Home Community for more information.

Apr 09, 2025 · Krystal DoyleSarah C. Was wonderful to us! We were in a bad situation and she helped us out of it by getting us into a nice home. We only paid 11,000 for it and she helped us get approved with not the best credit! She always promptly answered my and my husband Jeremy bates emails and calls even on the days we called multiple times. She never got aggravated and even signed our papers earlier than most places would to help us get in here! This was the easiest move in process we have ever been through and we have now been in our home almost a week! That’s pretty impressive seeing as it was less than a month ago when we applied! She is awesome! She not only answered my questions but did so meticulously so I understood how things worked and why they were that way! We moved in right after signing the papers and she came over here with us and checked to make sure everything was okay before she left! She even followed up after we moved in to make sure everything was going good! I cannot stress enough what a gem you guys have working there! Thank you Sarah! For everything! Because of you our daughter has a Xmas tree she got to decorate and presents under it to open Christmas morning in her home!!! We are so grateful for you! Thank you so much. Really. B028
Dec 23, 2024 · Cecily WadeThey won’t allow you to build a fence. I was also told that I couldn’t build a shed either. These managers are so nit picky. They want the lawn perfectly kept up but anywhere you try to store lawn equipment outside gets a harassment note on the door and non compliance results in a minimum $50 charge added to your rent and thats $50 per hour. Then they’ll send their maintenance over to do piss poor work and if you complain about the job they did… well tough luck. But if you do the same quality of work guess what, another $50. They find an excuse to raise the rent every year but can’t provide basic lawn care. They let their grass get long and just an hour after they mow their side they start passing out their harassment letters. But hey at least we got a pool thats closed most of the summer because one kid breaks a rule and the whole trailer park doesn’t get to swim. And not mention they put an eviction notice on your door if you haven’t paid rent the same week it’s due. Don’t live here if you don’t have to.
