Based on recent customer reviews, Stewart's Trailer Park appears to be a community undergoing positive changes and appreciated by its residents. One long-term resident of two years describes it as "a nice place to live" where "no one bothers anyone" and "everyone keeps to themselves," suggesting a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. This reviewer also notes ongoing efforts to improve the park, stating, "They are cleaning it and getting rid of old unoccupied trailers," which indicates a commitment to maintaining and enhancing the property's appearance and functionality. Furthermore, they mention "Nice neighbors," a "Background check," and a policy for "dogs under 30 lbs," implying a focus on creating a safe and harmonious environment. The comment, "They are getting out riff raff daily," suggests proactive management in ensuring a positive community vibe. This reviewer also praises the property manager as a "nice lady" with "no issues."
Another individual with a long-standing connection to the park, whose mother has lived there for over 15 years and who themselves has lived there on and off for about 5 years, expresses being "extremely impressed" with the recent improvements, noting that it "actually got pretty cleaned up." This long-term perspective adds credibility to the positive changes occurring within the park. This reviewer also highlights the neighborly spirit by mentioning a "little love pantry" created by a young girl and their enjoyment of contributing to it with diapers, baby wipes, and food. Beyond the community aspect, they appreciate "all the nature," specifically mentioning deer, while humorously noting their fear of skunks due to an allergy. This reviewer concludes by commending the management, saying, "the management is doing a pretty good job thanks Rose you're doing a good job."
From these reviews, we can gather that Stewart's Trailer Park offers a relatively quiet living environment with a sense of community among neighbors. The ongoing efforts to clean up the park and remove unoccupied trailers suggest a management that is invested in improving the overall quality of life for its residents. The implementation of background checks and pet policies (dogs under 30 lbs) indicates an effort to ensure a safe and considerate community.
In the context of "RV parks near me," Stewart's Trailer Park might appeal to those seeking a more settled and potentially longer-term living situation than a typical RV park. The emphasis on a quiet atmosphere, friendly neighbors, and a management focused on improvement could be attractive to individuals or families looking for a stable community rather than a temporary stop. While it may not offer the transient-focused amenities of some RV parks, the sense of community and the ongoing improvements could be a significant draw.
Regarding the environment, the reviews highlight both the natural beauty, with mentions of deer, and the efforts to clean up the park. This suggests a setting that appreciates nature while also working towards a well-maintained living space. The quiet atmosphere reported by a resident also contributes positively to the overall environment.
Specific services and features aren't detailed extensively in the reviews, but we can infer some. The mention of cleaning and removal of old trailers implies property maintenance. The existence of neighbors and a property manager suggests a managed community. The pet policy indicates an accommodation for pet owners within certain guidelines. The reference to nature and deer suggests some green spaces or proximity to natural areas.

Nov 06, 2024 · Lisa RussellIt actually got pretty cleaned up my mother's live there for over 15 years I've lived there for probably 5 years on and off I'm extremely impressed and I leave gifts and special treats for little girl that made a little love pantry outside of her trailer it's always awesome I always put diapers of all sides in there and baby wipes food and I'm not talking about bagged beans and stuff that if you don't know how to cook you're not going to do you no good thing so that's my favorite part of the park plus all the nature the deers I don't appreciate the skunks just because I'm terrified of them being allergic to tomato soup besides that the management is doing a pretty good job thanks Rose you're doing a good job.
Jun 02, 2024 · Devon StarrIf you're looking for a fixer upper I don't suggest coming here cuz the live trailers are complete but the caregiver or the caretaker or the landlord best landlady ever
Aug 25, 2024 · Jason WayStewart park is not a bad place to live. I think if you’re a parent and you live here raise your kids to have boundaries about being on another persons property. Keep you dogs on a leash and stop leaving your cats behind when you move out. The manager Rose, I don’t have any issues with her.
May 19, 2023 · KaliBest location in town to live cheaper.Who want to live here must pass background check.Quite safe community here.Best school district in Southern Tear NY.Lot rent is good $340 a month+utilities.I spent $400+ in summer $500+ in winter. Not bad for 3 bed 2 bath trailer.Close to shopping, restaurant and University.Better than apartment with someone live above and below you.Get side yard to park the car or make a lawn.Quite tight at the front and middle of the park.Last row is the best, lots more space and quiet.Peace.
