- A potentially quieter atmosphere due to its location in a smaller town.
Possible Services and Amenities: Mobile home parks often provide fundamental services for long-term residents, and these may extend to RV occupants as well. Potential services and amenities could include:
- Utility Hookups: Depending on the sites available for RVs, these might include water, electricity, and sewer connections. It is crucial to verify the availability and capacity of these hookups for RV use.
- Waste Management: Basic trash disposal services are typically provided.

Important Considerations Based on Reviews: The provided customer reviews offer crucial insights that potential residents or visitors should consider:
- Aesthetic Concerns: The comment about the park not being the "greatest looking" suggests that visual appeal might be a factor for some individuals.
- Law Enforcement Presence: The review stating "Constantly have cops in the trailer park" is a significant concern. This could indicate potential safety or security issues within the community and warrants careful consideration and further inquiry.
Promotional Information (Hypothetical): Without specific promotional details, we can outline potential incentives that Virginia City Mobile Home Court might consider, keeping in mind the need to address the concerns raised in the reviews:
- Affordable Rates: Given the aesthetic concerns, the park might offer competitive pricing for long-term stays or RV spots.
- Basic Utility Packages: Bundling utility costs into the rental fee for simplicity.
- Focus on Community Improvement: Highlighting any ongoing efforts to improve the park's appearance and safety.
- Long-Term Stay Discounts: Offering reduced rates for extended stays in mobile homes or RVs.
Recommendations for Interested Individuals: Given the limited positive information and the negative reviews, it is strongly recommended that anyone considering Virginia City Mobile Home Court as an "RV park near me" or for mobile home living take the following steps:

- Inquire About Security Measures: Specifically ask about the reasons for the frequent police presence and what measures are in place to ensure resident safety.
- Visit the Park in Person: If possible, schedule a visit to assess the environment, the condition of the facilities, and the overall atmosphere firsthand.

- Compare with Other Options: Explore other RV parks and mobile home communities in the Port Crane area to make an informed decision.
In conclusion, Virginia City Mobile Home Court in Port Crane, NY, offers a potentially affordable option for those seeking RV parks or mobile home living in the area. However, the limited positive information and the concerning customer review regarding police presence necessitate thorough due diligence. Prospective residents and visitors should prioritize direct communication with the management and a personal visit to assess whether the park meets their needs and safety expectations. It is crucial to weigh the potential benefits of the location against the reported drawbacks before making a decision.

Virginia City Mobile Home Court Reviews
Not the greatest looking trailer park I've ever seen, but Google maps got me there & home w/no problems
Jun 21, 2024 · Brittany WConstantly have cops in the trailer park.
Feb 28, 2025 · TommyCurrently the park is listing a 2 bed home available on Craigslist at 5k which reportedly needs windows, carpeting, and "TLC" It's a '72 meaning it's pre hud approved and banks won't lend. Of course most posters require cash payments and ask price gouging prices are unless as in this case it's a property owner posing as home owner. The home was reportedly purchased from the owner 21 yrs yet no bill of sale is available to verify ownership thus the only person who can easily provide one is the original owner ( property owner). The narrative is allegedly Ray (seller) moved in with girlfriend one year prior although all personal belongings remain covering potential problems on floors/ walls etc. Sounds more like someone passed, was evicted and/or abandoned the property with the latter more likely 6 months after the moratorium was lifted permitting evictions several ads on Craigslist indicate evictions are high for mobile homes due to unpaid lot rent, of course property owners reap the profits, not online recovering lot rent but repossession of the home at no cost usually selling at a more reasonable price than home owners who often aren't aware prospective buyers for pre 1976 homes can only pay cash and/ or banks won't lend 25 k for an old home knowing that will be lost once housing prices recover from the boom. One obvious indication the seller is the property owner rather than home owner, land Lords have a tendency to deflect from problems ie if neighbors are " obnoxious" or the home/ apartment is located above/next to noise (bar etc) a landlord will claim it's "not noisy" stating "looking for someone who is out all day" avoiding the noise. Of course whom ever purchases the home will learn the seller is the park owner/ employee verified by the bill of sale, do not buy unless you're able to see who the original owner is and that it was properly transferred, at least pre 1995 homes don't need a title transfer.
