Lot rent has went up over 300 dollars in less than two and 1/2 years with no improvements. Contract states no trailers over 3 years old can be moved in and I have seen 3 old trailers moved in in the last year It is loud with planes and trains. If I could afford to move out I would. Also when I moved in trash pick up was included now we pay 15 dollars a month for 1 trash can. Don't move here I started here with 185 a month now it’s 529 a month and nothing changes. They never answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. - Terry Morrison

If you are searching for "RV parks near me" or exploring options for mobile home living in the Maryville, Tennessee area, Stonecreek, located at 230 Harkleroad Cir, Maryville, TN 37801, USA, requires careful consideration based on recent and detailed customer feedback available online. Understanding the experiences shared by current and former residents is crucial for making an informed decision about this community.

Stonecreek primarily operates as a mobile home park, offering long-term residency. While it's possible that they may accommodate recreational vehicles, individuals specifically searching for "RV parks near me" should directly contact the management to inquire about the availability of RV sites, the types of hookups provided, and any amenities tailored for RV travelers. The available reviews focus predominantly on the experiences of mobile home residents.

The online reviews for Stonecreek paint a concerning picture for prospective residents. Multiple reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with various aspects of the park, including substantial rent increases, declining services, and unresponsive management. One long-term resident reports that their lot rent has increased by over $300 in less than two and a half years without any noticeable improvements to the park. This reviewer also points out an apparent inconsistency in the park's rules regarding the age of trailers being moved in, stating that despite a rule against trailers older than three years, they have observed several older trailers being moved in recently.

Adding to the concerns about the living environment, the same reviewer mentions noise issues from both planes and trains in the vicinity of the park. Furthermore, they detail a reduction in services, specifically the elimination of included trash pickup, with residents now paying an additional $15 per month for a single trash can. This resident strongly advises against moving to Stonecreek, citing the dramatic increase in lot rent from $185 to $529 per month without any corresponding improvements. They also report difficulties in contacting management, stating that phone calls are rarely answered or returned.

Another detailed review echoes the problems with trash pickup, describing it as "really stinks." This resident mentions going for two weeks without trash pickup and highlights the limitations imposed by the current waste management service, which only allows one can per household, forcing tenants to pay for dumping excess trash. They contrast this with the previous trash service, which was more comprehensive. This reviewer also expresses frustration with the mandatory trash pickup fee of $14 per month, even if residents prefer to arrange their own service. They further report the absence of an on-site manager and the difficulty in getting any response from management since the previous manager left.

Beyond the trash service issues, this long-term resident also points out a lack of promised amenities and inadequate street lighting. They recount a specific instance of a slow-draining plumbing issue that was not effectively addressed by the park's maintenance, despite the resident's expertise as a retired builder. This detailed account suggests potential neglect in property maintenance and a lack of understanding of proper repair procedures.

The same reviewer also raises concerns about a potential sewage leak, indicated by an area that remained unfrozen and water-filled during freezing temperatures. This serious maintenance issue appears to have been unresolved, further highlighting the challenges in getting management to address property maintenance beyond basic lawn care.

The overall tone of these reviews suggests a significant decline in the quality of living at Stonecreek, coupled with a perceived increase in costs and a decrease in management responsiveness. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me," these issues raise serious questions about the overall upkeep and management of the property, which could also impact the experience of RV guests.

For those considering Stonecreek for long-term mobile home residency, the reported rent increases without improvements, the problems with essential services like trash pickup, and the difficulties in communicating with management are significant deterrents. The alleged lack of attention to maintenance issues could also lead to further frustrations and expenses for residents.

Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback and the serious nature of the complaints, prospective residents should exercise extreme caution when considering Stonecreek Mobile Home Park. It is strongly recommended to explore alternative mobile home parks and RV parks in the Maryville, TN area that have more positive and consistent reviews regarding their management, services, and overall living conditions.

If you still choose to contact Stonecreek at (865) 381-9906 or +1 865-381-9906, be sure to ask detailed questions about the current lot rent, any planned future rent increases, the specifics of the trash pickup service, the availability of an on-site manager, and the procedures for addressing maintenance requests. It would also be wise to inquire about any amenities offered and to verify their current availability and condition.

In conclusion, the available online reviews for Stonecreek Mobile Home Park in Maryville, TN, present a concerning picture of increasing costs, declining services, and unresponsive management. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or long-term mobile home options in the area are strongly advised to carefully consider this feedback and thoroughly investigate alternatives before making any decisions. The reported issues suggest a potentially unsatisfactory living experience at Stonecreek.
