Understanding the experiences of previous and current residents can provide valuable insights as you make your housing decisions.
Daisy Estates Mobile Home Park primarily functions as a long-term residential community for mobile homes. While it is possible that the park may accommodate recreational vehicles on a temporary or long-term basis, individuals specifically searching for "RV parks near me" should inquire directly about the availability of RV sites, hookups, and related amenities. The focus of the available reviews pertains primarily to the experiences of mobile home renters.
The online reviews for Daisy Estates Mobile Home Park paint a concerning picture regarding the living conditions and management practices. One reviewer expresses strong dissatisfaction, stating that renters are treated with a lack of respect. A significant complaint highlighted is the poor condition of the park's gravel roads, which are described as becoming a "disaster" with "holes everywhere" when it rains, making them difficult to navigate. This reviewer also felt that despite making monthly payments, they were treated as if they were paying on a weekly basis, indicating a perceived lack of professionalism in management interactions.
Another review echoes these negative sentiments and raises serious concerns about the park's ownership and management practices. This reviewer alleges that a Texas-based company acquired the trailer park using a federal loan with the primary intention of raising rents. They claim that despite the rent increases, no improvements have been made to the park. The reviewer describes the road maintenance as minimal, with a truck driving through only once every three months. This individual strongly advises against renting at Daisy Estates, suggesting a propensity for eviction and a general disregard for residents. This review serves as a stark warning to potential tenants.
The issues raised in these reviews are significant and directly impact the quality of life for residents. Poor road conditions can lead to vehicle damage and inconvenience. A perceived lack of respect from management can create a stressful and unpleasant living environment. Unjustified rent increases without corresponding improvements can strain residents financially. The alleged threat of eviction further contributes to an unstable and unwelcome atmosphere.
For individuals specifically looking for "RV parks near me," the negative reviews concerning the overall maintenance and management of Daisy Estates should be a point of caution. While the reviews do not explicitly detail the RV facilities, the general sentiment suggests potential issues with infrastructure and management that could also affect RV guests. It would be prudent to seek alternative RV parks in the Maryville area that have more positive feedback regarding their services and upkeep.
For those considering long-term mobile home residency, the reviews present serious red flags. The allegations of disrespectful treatment, poor road maintenance, rent gouging, and potential for unfair eviction practices should not be taken lightly. It is crucial to thoroughly investigate these claims and consider the potential implications for your living experience and financial well-being.
Given the severity of the issues raised in the online reviews, it is strongly recommended that prospective residents exercise extreme caution before considering Daisy Estates Mobile Home Park. If you are still considering this park, it is imperative to conduct a thorough on-site visit and attempt to speak with current residents to gain a broader perspective beyond the online feedback. Pay close attention to the condition of the roads and the overall maintenance of the park. Assess the responsiveness and professionalism of the management during your interactions.
Before making any commitment, it would be wise to research tenant rights in Tennessee and understand the legal protections available to mobile home residents. Familiarizing yourself with eviction laws and lease agreements can help you safeguard your interests.
Due to the overwhelmingly negative nature of the available online reviews, and the serious allegations made regarding management practices and living conditions, it is difficult to recommend Daisy Estates Mobile Home Park based solely on this information. Potential residents searching for "RV parks near me" or long-term mobile home options in Maryville, TN, may find more suitable and reputable communities by exploring other alternatives.

Request to see the lease agreement and clarify any concerns you may have based on the online reviews. It is always better to be well-informed before making a significant housing decision.
In conclusion, the available online reviews for Daisy Estates Mobile Home Park in Maryville, TN, raise significant concerns regarding the treatment of renters, the condition of the park's infrastructure, and the management's practices. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or long-term mobile home options in the area should carefully consider this feedback and conduct thorough due diligence before making any commitments. Exploring alternative mobile home and RV parks in Maryville with more positive and consistent reviews is strongly advised to ensure a more positive and stable living experience.

Daisy Estates Mobile Home Park Reviews
They treat their renters with no respect. Their gravel road sucks. When it rains, it's a disaster and holes everywhere. It's hard to drive on. You're on a monthly payment, but they treat you like u pay weekly or something. I was very respectful, but they didn't show respect.
Jan 20, 2025 · Allison clickA Texas company got a federal loan to solely buy trailer parks. This is a practice being funded by the federal government and nobody cares. These company come in and buy lots purely to raise rent. Which is exactly what's happened. No changes have been made to the park with the raised rent. They have a truck run through the roads once every 3 months and call that maintenance, do not rent here they will evict you like they are everybody. You've been warned fairly.
Oct 28, 2022 · Jay RisingI have relatives living here. But I wouldn't recommend anyone moving into it rental or buying, they changed ownership lot rent close to $450.00 don't want u to have any of your kids toys anywhere in your own yard. We visited a lot now there saying they are getting to many visitors like he's some kind drug dealers I assure you he's not..not a good place to reside!
Mar 12, 2022 · Robert LovedayI think y'all should do a better job of keeping up with the trailer park itself. The driveway is horrible when it rains and with all the money that the owners make off the people who stay here they could at least fix it up a little bit better.
Aug 17, 2019 · Christina CodyThe park has come a long way in the past year and a half. New management kicked out the drug dealers and the trash. They are also enforcing the rules and cleaned up the park dramatically.
