This mobile home park gives nothing for having lot rents at nearly 800 a month. They don't pay for anything and provide nothing for their tenants except a bunch of rules and they only force the rules on you if you are an American. They provide no information about the owner of the property. The management of the park is the only contact available at all times. They raise the rent every year if not twice a year. You have to maintain your own property but really aren't able to do much to the property. They acted like the place is a high society community. It's one thing to enforce keeping the place looking nice but not allowing people to do things to their lots that they are paying almost a mortgage on is crazy.
