County View Mobile Court Introduce
County View Mobile Court, located at 109 Holland Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23462, USA, functions as a residential community primarily for manufactured homes. For inquiries, the community can be reached at (757) 497-4118 or +1 757-497-4118. It is important to clarify that while some individuals searching on platforms like "RV Parks Near Me" might encounter this listing, County View Mobile Court is fundamentally designed for long-term residency in manufactured homes, rather than short-term recreational vehicle stays. This introduction aims to provide a comprehensive and objective overview based on available public information, including direct feedback from residents.
County View Mobile Court is situated in Virginia Beach, Virginia, a large coastal city offering diverse living environments. The community's environment is subject to sharply contrasting reviews. One resident describes it as an "Awesome place to enjoy the good life at VA Beach!" suggesting a positive and enjoyable living experience. However, another long-term resident expresses significant concerns, stating the place is "getting worse and worse every year." This latter review highlights issues such as "poor illumination in the street" and "poor drainage in the streets," which directly impact the physical living conditions and safety within the community. The overall aesthetic and functional aspects of the park's infrastructure, therefore, appear to be inconsistent or deteriorating for some. As a mobile home court, it typically consists of individual lots for manufactured homes and internal roads. The maintenance of common areas, including lighting and drainage, significantly affects the perceived quality of the environment. The broader Virginia Beach area offers residents access to numerous amenities, including shopping, dining, entertainment, and recreational opportunities, which would be accessible from the mobile court. However, the internal environment of the park itself, particularly regarding safety and infrastructure, seems to be a significant point of contention among residents.
As a mobile home community, County View Mobile Court primarily provides leased lots for manufactured homes. Residents who own their homes lease the land from the park management. The services typically offered by such a community include the provision of land for manufactured homes, basic infrastructure like roads, and management oversight of community rules and regulations. Reviews offer conflicting perspectives on the quality of services. One positive review praises "Friendly staff and the owner is great person who has a heart of gold," specifically mentioning "Mrs. Conne" as a helpful point of contact for newcomers. This suggests a personalized and supportive approach from some members of the management team. Conversely, a negative review claims "poor service at the main office," with the front desk staff being perceived as unhelpful and there "to screw you not to help you." This indicates a potential inconsistency in service quality and responsiveness from the management. Furthermore, issues like "poor drainage in the streets" and the management's involvement with a "tow truck company to come and tow your car while you’re sleeping" suggest shortcomings in facility maintenance and potentially aggressive enforcement of parking rules, which are direct services or actions undertaken by the park management. Prospective residents should inquire directly about specific services included in the lot rent, utility arrangements, and the park's policies regarding maintenance and vehicle parking.
The primary feature of County View Mobile Court is its provision of individual lots for manufactured homes, offering a residential option in Virginia Beach. The community's features are viewed differently by residents. Positive feedback highlights the friendly nature of some staff members and the positive interactions with the owner, which contribute to a sense of community for some. However, negative feedback brings to light several concerning features. The presence of "criminals going into people’s trailers and sheds and still stuff" points to significant security concerns within the community, indicating a lack of effective safety measures or patrols. The complaint about "no recreational parks for kids to play" suggests a lack of amenities for children, limiting opportunities for on-site recreation. Issues with "poor illumination in the street" directly impact safety and visibility within the park, especially at night. Furthermore, "poor drainage in the streets" indicates inadequate infrastructure that can lead to flooding or stagnant water. The policy involving a "tow truck company to come and tow your car while you’re sleeping" points to stringent or aggressive parking enforcement that some residents find problematic. While the community offers a place for manufactured home living, these features, particularly the negative ones, are crucial considerations for potential residents. The core offering is a space for manufactured homes, with the overall experience heavily influenced by management practices and community conditions.
For individuals searching within the "RV Parks Near Me" platform category, it is absolutely essential to understand that County View Mobile Court is fundamentally a residential community for manufactured homes, designed for long-term living, and is not a short-term recreational vehicle (RV) park. Therefore, if your search on "RV Parks Near Me" is for a temporary camping spot, an overnight stay for your RV, or a recreational vehicle hook-up for a short vacation, County View Mobile Court would not be the appropriate destination. Its "promotional" appeal is directed towards those seeking to purchase or long-term rent a manufactured home and establish a permanent residence in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Historically, some residents have perceived it as an "awesome place to enjoy the good life," highlighting positive interactions with staff and the owner. However, prospective residents must be fully aware of the serious concerns raised in other reviews, including allegations of increased crime, poor maintenance of basic infrastructure like street lighting and drainage, and the lack of recreational amenities for children. The mixed and often conflicting nature of the reviews makes direct investigation paramount. Individuals interested in long-term manufactured home living at County View Mobile Court should contact the management directly at (757) 497-4118 or +1 757-497-4118. It is highly recommended to inquire about available lots, home sales or rentals, detailed lease terms, and to schedule a visit to the community. Critically, during the visit, potential residents should pay close attention to the overall state of the infrastructure (lighting, roads, drainage), observe the general security measures, and if possible, speak with current residents to gain a comprehensive and realistic understanding of daily life and the prevailing conditions within the community before making a long-term commitment. This thorough due diligence is crucial to ensure the community aligns with individual expectations for a permanent residential setting, especially given the significant disparities in reported experiences.

Awesome place to enjoy the good life at VA Beach! Friendly staff and the owner is great person who has a heart of gold. Mrs.Conne is one of the coolest ladies I know who handles all the new comers. I feel blessed to have been able to spend time with people here and so will you!
Jul 16, 2021 · david brookeThis place is getting worse and worse every yearCriminals going into people’s trailers and sheds and still stuff , poor service at the main office its looks like the lady sitting in the front desk is there to screw you not to help you, there is poor illumination in the street ,poor drainage in the streets , no recreational parks for kids to play, they got a tow truck company to come and tow your car while you’re sleeping it’s sad how this is out of control
Oct 03, 2024 · chinchuling 07This used to be a very classy looking mobile home community. It is now very dilapidated. No one with the exception of a very few are taking any pride in their homes. They all seem to be just fine with throwing their empty trash right out of their car windows into the street that they live on. Save yourself a headache of looking for a mobile home park to live in. This one is straight up nasty!
Jun 15, 2022 · Christi GrayI have lived here since 2003 and the first 15 years were great for me (despite rent that goes up every single year) FIVE STARSBut now in the last 2 years the Hispanic folks have taken over and they are all very trashy and SUPER SUPER LOUD with their music. I'm sorry cuz i sound super racist but that's not the case, these people (at least the ones that live around me) are very loud. FOUR STARSKeep raising that damn rent and it may soon be THREE STARS
Apr 06, 2023 · PLAYLISTtheonlyThis management needs to look into large & huge trees falling or hanging on power lines & trailers also vehicles. When a storm & windy conditions hits. This is very dangerous could cause fires & including damages & deaths. They need to cut down trees that are hanging over power lines, trailers & cars. Just last week trees were falling on trailers & cars. I hope the Management looks into this serious situation cause it is too dangerous period. 😅
