I like the neighborhood & my neighbors. 4 years haved passed with no improvements , but lot rent keeps going up. Road is horrible. Dont like riding my bike on this road . Can only imagine the damage to others vehicles. Kids need park area instead of playing in road. Nice open are already here . Just need owners to improve the property. For the most, neighbors are peaceful and freindly within the area. Which is probably the only thing that keeps me here. - Scott Smith
