For local users seeking “RV parks near me” in the Jacksonville, Arkansas area, Tall Pines RV Park, located at 3102 John Harden Dr, Jacksonville, AR 72076, USA, can be contacted at (501) 982-0090 or their mobile number, +1 501-982-0090, for inquiries about availability and rates. Based on the available online reviews, the experiences at Tall Pines RV Park appear to be varied, offering both positive and negative perspectives that potential residents should consider.
One reviewer shared a decidedly positive experience, describing Tall Pines RV Park as “one of the most pleasant and peaceful places that I've been in some time now.” They highlighted the park’s “very laid-back clean and down-to-earth” atmosphere and noted that it “looks to be very non-judgmental.” This individual expressed happiness with their lot and overall contentment, suggesting a comfortable and welcoming environment for some residents.
In contrast, another reviewer recounted a significantly less favorable experience during their approximately three-and-a-half-month stay. This individual reported moving out two weeks into a month, implying dissatisfaction with their living situation. A serious concern raised in this review involves financial dealings with the owner, whom they described as “shady” and unwilling to return money owed to tenants. The reviewer explicitly stated, “I would not recommend this place to anyone,” and advised others to “check them out before this one,” suggesting that there are “much better, cheaper places close by.”
The discrepancy in the reported weekly and monthly rates is also noteworthy. The dissatisfied reviewer mentioned the owner quoting $225.00 per week but stated they paid $475.00 per month and “never by the week.” This inconsistency in pricing information could be a point of confusion or concern for potential residents and warrants clarification from the park management.
Considering these two contrasting reviews, it is challenging to form a definitive overall assessment of Tall Pines RV Park. The positive review emphasizes a peaceful and laid-back environment with a sense of community, while the negative review raises serious allegations about the owner’s business practices and financial integrity. Potential local users searching for “RV parks near me” should be aware of these differing opinions and exercise caution when considering this park.
Information regarding the specific environment, services, and features of Tall Pines RV Park is limited in these reviews. The positive review mentions a “laid-back clean and down-to-earth place” and contentment with the lot, but does not provide details about the physical surroundings, such as the presence of trees, landscaping, or the size of the lots. Similarly, there is no information about the availability or quality of essential services like RV hookups (water, electricity, sewer), restroom and shower facilities, laundry options, or Wi-Fi. The presence of any recreational amenities, pet policies, or long-term stay options beyond the monthly rate mentioned in the negative review are also not discussed.
Jacksonville, Arkansas, is a city located in Pulaski County, near Little Rock. It offers a range of local amenities, including shopping centers, restaurants, and medical facilities. The location of Tall Pines RV Park on John Harden Drive suggests it is within the Jacksonville area, potentially offering reasonable access to these conveniences. However, the reviews do not provide any specific insights into the park’s proximity to these amenities or the overall neighborhood environment.
For local users exploring “RV parks near me,” Tall Pines RV Park presents a complex picture based on the limited available feedback. The positive account suggests a pleasant living experience for at least one resident, while the negative account raises significant red flags regarding management and financial practices. Given this stark contrast, it is crucial for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence before making a decision. This should include contacting the park management directly to inquire about rates, policies, and amenities, as well as potentially seeking out additional reviews or testimonials from other residents if possible.
It would be prudent to ask specific questions about the weekly and monthly rates, the terms of any rental agreements, and the park’s policies regarding refunds or security deposits. Additionally, inquiring about the specific amenities available, the condition of the facilities, and the overall environment of the park would help potential residents form a more informed opinion. Visiting the park in person, if feasible, could also provide valuable insights into the actual conditions and atmosphere.
In conclusion, Tall Pines RV Park in Jacksonville, Arkansas, has received both positive feedback regarding its peaceful atmosphere and negative feedback concerning its management and financial practices. Local users searching for “RV parks near me” should carefully consider these contrasting experiences and conduct thorough research before committing to a stay. The limited information about the park’s specific amenities and environment necessitates direct inquiry with the management to ensure it meets individual needs and expectations. The significant concerns raised in one of the reviews warrant a cautious approach and a thorough investigation of all aspects of the park before making a decision.

Aug 17, 2022 · Teresa HaleMy husband, one year old daughter and I stayed here for 1 month. During that time, the snow storm hit and she turned the water off for a week straight. She has noone to fix anything there. A few days before we were due to pay for the month again, we were asked if we were staying another month and i told her im not sure. She tells us we need to leave because she has already made reservation for the lot. Then the day we are going to move she texts me at work at 12:30 pm telling me check out is at noon. She never told my family this before. But i was nice to her and said ok ill let you know when we are gone. Then she text back and said she would charge 30 if we were not out by 3. Her name is Diana and she literally makes things up as she goes. She is totally unprofessional and was very rude to my family. Please don't come here because she may make up new "policies" that you had no idea about. Stay somewhere where the supervisor has basic empathy for people.
Feb 26, 2021 · Jackie WedgeThis was perfect for me. I was in the area for work and stayed here for a month. It's close to shopping and fast food. The owner and maintenance guy are really nice.
Jul 19, 2023 · james wCalled in as emergency needs alternator belt broke and was running engine off generator. The wife of the owner answered and said, can't get a hold of my husband to see if available space, so good luck to you. I reiterated all we needed was a place to park the RV to be safe so that we could awaken the next day and call for the belt as today was labor day but only response was good luck to you. We did not need hook up just a place to park. Would never recommend a place with people who run their business as this.
