Pine Meadow Introduce
Nestled in Jacksonville, Arkansas, Pine Meadow Mobile Home Park presents itself as a potentially peaceful and affordable housing option for local users seeking a sense of community. Located at 3000 John Harden Dr, Jacksonville, AR 72076, USA, Pine Meadow can be contacted at (501) 453-3613 or +1 501-453-3613 for inquiries about availability and services.
For individuals and families searching within the "RV parks near me" category, Pine Meadow offers a unique long-term residential experience distinct from typical short-term RV stays. While not explicitly an RV park catering to transient travelers, the community provides spaces for mobile homes, which can sometimes accommodate RVs on a longer-term basis depending on park regulations and lot availability. It's advisable to contact the management directly to inquire about specific accommodations for RVs and the terms of residency.
Based on available customer reviews, the environment at Pine Meadow appears to be a significant draw for some residents. One long-term resident describes it as "peaceful," highlighting its suitability for raising children and enjoying a tranquil atmosphere. This suggests that Pine Meadow fosters a calmer living environment, potentially away from the hustle and bustle of more central urban areas. If a serene and community-oriented setting is a priority, Pine Meadow could be a place to consider within the broader spectrum of housing options near Jacksonville.
The same positive review also emphasizes the impact of the new management, particularly mentioning Ms. Savannah. The resident praises her helpfulness, her commitment to tenant safety, and her efforts to improve the overall atmosphere of the park. This positive feedback indicates a potentially responsive and caring management team dedicated to enhancing the living experience for residents. While specific services aren't detailed in this review, the mention of addressing fixes and striving for better service suggests that the management is actively working to maintain and improve the community's infrastructure and responsiveness to resident needs.
Affordability is another key aspect highlighted in the positive review. The resident explicitly states that Pine Meadow "really is affordable," making it an attractive option for those seeking budget-friendly housing solutions in the Jacksonville area. This affordability, coupled with the perceived peaceful environment, could be a significant advantage for individuals and families prioritizing cost-effectiveness and a quiet lifestyle.
However, it's crucial to present a balanced perspective by acknowledging all available feedback. Another review paints a less favorable picture, stating that the reviewer lived in a "rundown trailer that code enforcement finally condemned." This review further mentions that the condemned trailer remained on the property for an extended period. This negative feedback raises concerns about the condition of some of the housing units and the responsiveness to property maintenance issues in the past. While the positive review suggests improvements under new management, this past experience warrants consideration and further inquiry into the current state of the park and its properties.
Considering both perspectives, Pine Meadow Mobile Home Park appears to be a community in transition. The positive review indicates a potentially improving environment under new management, with a focus on peace, safety, and affordability. The negative review highlights past issues with property conditions that prospective residents should be aware of. Therefore, it is highly recommended that anyone considering residing at Pine Meadow conduct a thorough site visit, inquire about the current condition of available lots and homes, and speak with current residents to gain a comprehensive understanding of the present living conditions and services offered.
For local users in the "RV parks near me" category who might be exploring long-term living options beyond typical recreational stays, Pine Meadow could present an alternative. However, it is essential to verify with the management whether RVs are permitted for long-term residency and what specific amenities and services are available for such arrangements. Given the primary focus on mobile homes, the infrastructure and services might be geared more towards permanent residents than transient RVers.
In conclusion, Pine Meadow Mobile Home Park offers a potentially affordable and peaceful living environment in Jacksonville, Arkansas, with recent positive feedback regarding the new management's commitment to improvement. However, prospective residents should also be mindful of past negative experiences and conduct thorough due diligence to ensure it meets their individual needs and expectations. Contacting the park directly at (501) 453-3613 or +1 501-453-3613 is the best way to obtain the most current information on availability, services, and community standards.

Dec 13, 2024 · Ginny MorganAs a family man being turned down numerous times to get house for rent bc of certain situations is not good but by the Grace of God our times have changed whenever I got recommended by a friend to Pine Meadows in Jacksonville, Arkansas..BRITTANY SEARCY the project manager will do anything to help her clients out for success. As they were moving from the back office to the front office, she took her time to answer all of my questions and send me the link for the application to file for a rental for the process to begin. I would highly recommend to come here and look at all the rentals they are going to have. It's a very nice and quiet peaceful trailer park to be living in..AGAIN I WANT TO THANK BRITTANY FOR DEDICATION TO HELP A CLIENT FOR A RENTAL PROPERTY
Nov 17, 2023 · Zeffrey TibbsIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. I DO NOT recommend anyone to buy or rent a trailer in this park! The management is awful. The gas has been shut of for a month now so multiple people have been without heat, ways to cook or even just have hot water. They never send a notice out or let anyone know when they shut the water or heat. Just last summer they shut the power off to update poles. If I didn't ask the workers I would of never knew what was going on. Oh and don't get me started on how we still have to pay for gas but don't have it, paid for lawn care for 2 years and never once got it. Worst place I've ever lived!
Mar 22, 2023 · Elizabeth CritesI called and inquired about a trailer for me and my 3 children. I gasped when she said $800 for a 3 bedroom in such a dangerous trailer park. I was going to deal with the danger if I could afford it because we're desperate. After I said thank you and hung up the phone, Tomia called me back to back for almost an hour until I blocked the trailer park's number because I wasn't interested anymore. I know people that live there and the trailers are most certainly not worth $800 a month, especially if dealing with the management they have. If that was just a taste of the harassment I would receive as a tenant, I don't think anybody should live here. They seem very hostile toward their tenants
