Anderson Pointe Reviews
Absolutely amazing place to live! The manager (Chris) is the absolute best! He always goes above and beyond for all of his tenants, and especially shows out for the kiddos! Since him being here, the entire environment has made a huge change, and for the better! I love everything they have done to turn this community around! From the park for the kiddos, to the safe environment, to excelling in needs, to the cleanliness, and most of all becoming a loving family oriented community! I have been here off and on since I was 17, currently 33, and this is the best thing that has ever come about of this community! Thank you to Anderson’s pointe and all the owners, and faculty for making this a dream! ❤️❤️❤️

Nov 01, 2024 · Rayann PerezI have lived here since January and it has been a really good place to live for me. The property manager, Chris, is very helpful and understanding. The maintenance people are extremely prompt to fix any issues I have. The property is clean and well-kept, the trailers are in decent shape. And all the neighbors are friendly, but also mind their business. It's also a pretty safe little spot. I recommend it to my friends who might be looking for a new place to live. I understand that the former property managers weren't very good, but I have not had any issues since moving here.
Jul 12, 2024 · Jenni Kthe place is mid, and the rent is extremely expensive for a trailer that's held together by mostly staples and nails that still stick from the floor. Chris is only nice because it raises his property value and puts money in his pocket. they take over a month to fix a single light switch that only takes like 5 minutes to fix because the only problem is that the switch is broken, but the people who come first say the l.e.d lights are "burnt out" and need a complete replacement that have to be obtained from a different country. most of the day you can smell weed and cat pee, because the place is full of stray cats. loud kids will always be screaming right outside your window. for some reason they tell you that if they mowed your tiny little sliver of land that is probably less than 100 square feet that you have to pay a $50 fine, but its also required to mow it. for some reason they put toilet covers on our toilets that are bigger than the toilet, although that's to be expected when their only concern is trying to make a profit. I also noticed that they are only saying thanks for the feedback to the 5 star reviews and not fixing the problems that are on the one star reviews which is kinda weird. do yourself a favor and keep looking for a different house if you plan on moving and only come here if you're desperate because your going to a trailer park that is just as good as they are in Sherwood, but the ones in Sherwood are usually cheaper.
