If you can't enjoy living here you can't enjoy anywhere. Love the management very dedicated very informed to the book on rules very important for me as that means a lot for overall ell being of the community. There are places that may not be UP to standard of the by laws prospectus but wow the majority are well landscaped just beautiful. CLUBHOUSE wonderful, Swimming pool very nice, shuffle board courts and so much more. I love it here and keep in mind there will alway be people who just have a negative outlook you must see this for yourself. ITS A WONDERFUL MAGICAL PLACE very affordable and classy

People park any place they wish, on the street, across the side walks...cars speed I mean going well over the 10 miles per hour that is posted. Many many house look like junk yards...small fences with tons of items behind then. Side walks, houses with mold on them...trees not being trimmed in the swell and else where. We have had 3 mangers in 3 years!! Really?? There is NO ONE to work with here, we are told it's up to corporate, it's up to corporate...The office is being totally remodels AGAIN! Second time in 2 years!!! We did not even have the center of the main street decorated for the holidays..DISGRACEFUL!!! Right now I am writing this here, I will be writing on the sites that the general public will be able to view.Corporate thinks its fine to raise our lot rents $25-30.00 per year, yet we see nothing for it!! The rules were put in place by Corporate yet corporate does not follow nor enforce them. There are many many times the security gate is left opened. It is a know fact there are young toddlers, teenagers that live here..This is a 55+ . SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE!!!
