Tampa Sun Estates 3 Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home parks in the Tampa, Florida area, Tampa Sun Estates 3, located at 10603 N Nebraska Ave, Tampa, FL 33612, USA, has received recent feedback from individuals claiming to be residents or investors that raises significant concerns. For those considering long-term residency for their RVs or seeking to invest in properties within this park, it is crucial to carefully consider these serious allegations.
Contact information for Tampa Sun Estates 3, such as a phone number or website, was not provided in the available information. Therefore, prospective residents or investors would need to visit the address directly to make inquiries. However, the experiences shared online strongly suggest that such inquiries should be approached with caution and a thorough understanding of the issues raised.
One extensive review details extremely troubling allegations against individuals named Danny Concepcion and Peter, purportedly associated with the management of Tampa Sun Estates 3. The reviewer claims that innocent people have been wrongfully evicted from the park. The allegations include disrespectful behavior by Danny Concepcion, allowing staff to manipulate tenants through physical violence and manipulated statistics. A particularly disturbing claim involves the eviction of a 65-year resident allegedly so that management could take her home, which tragically led to her suicide due to heartbreak. The veracity of these claims would need to be independently verified, but their seriousness warrants significant attention.
The same reviewer identifies themselves as owning seven properties within Tampa Sun Estates 3 and describes being consistently redirected in conversations with Danny Concepcion, who is portrayed as evasive and often absent. There are also claims of intentional obstruction, such as instructing an employee to feign a lack of English proficiency. Furthermore, Danny and Peter are accused of taking pleasure in informing residents about upcoming evictions. The timeline for these alleged events is stated as being "since May," following instances where residents reportedly spent substantial sums on building improvements only to be told they were not allowed and subsequently had to demolish their work.
A significant accusation involves the management allegedly attempting to evict residents who have invested in fixing their homes, purportedly with the aim of selling the park and the trailer homes. The reviewer, identifying as an investor, claims significant financial losses due to these actions and calls for these practices to be exposed. Additionally, the reviewer alleges personal discrimination based on their ethnicity and religious beliefs by Danny Concepcion, who is quoted as making prejudiced remarks. There are also claims of undocumented workers being employed at the park.
The reviewer further urges individuals to visit the park office and request W2 forms and audit the park's files to allegedly reveal a lack of proper paperwork concerning the land and salvage park. This suggests potential irregularities in the park's operational and legal standing.
In stark contrast to this detailed and highly critical account, another review offers a much more neutral perspective, describing Tampa Sun Estates 3 as "just a basic trailer park." This reviewer notes that the park is "not too messy but not too clean either" and suggests it is a "good economical place to live if on a budget." This view focuses solely on the physical environment and affordability, without addressing the serious management and ethical concerns raised in the other review.
Given the extreme disparity between these two accounts, it is challenging to provide a definitive introduction to Tampa Sun Estates 3. However, it is imperative to highlight the severe allegations made by one reviewer regarding the management's conduct, eviction practices, ethical behavior, and potential legal and operational irregularities. These claims, if substantiated, would have profound implications for the safety, security, and financial well-being of residents and investors.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering Tampa Sun Estates 3 for mobile home living or investment, the following points must be carefully considered:
- **Serious Allegations of Wrongful Evictions:** Claims of evicting long-term residents under questionable circumstances, allegedly for personal gain.
- **Disturbing Claims of Management Misconduct:** Accusations of disrespectful behavior, manipulation, intimidation, and discriminatory remarks by individuals in management.
- **Allegations of Financial Mismanagement and Potential Illegal Practices:** Suggestions of improper billing, lack of necessary paperwork, and employing undocumented workers.
- **Conflicting Views on Park Environment:** One reviewer describes a basic, economically viable park, while the other focuses on severe management issues and their impact on residents.
- **Potential for Legal and Regulatory Issues:** The claim of contacting authorities and urging an audit of park files indicates potential legal and regulatory scrutiny.
Due to the gravity of the allegations presented in one of the reviews, prospective residents and investors should exercise extreme caution. It is strongly recommended to seek independent verification of these claims through official channels and by speaking with multiple current residents (if possible) who are not associated with the management. Understanding the full context of the situation is crucial before making any decisions regarding Tampa Sun Estates 3.
There is no positive promotional information available based on the provided reviews. The neutral review focuses solely on the basic physical aspects of the park, while the detailed negative review overshadows any potential benefits with serious ethical and legal concerns.
In conclusion, Tampa Sun Estates 3 in Tampa, FL, presents a complex and potentially troubling picture based on recent resident feedback. While one reviewer suggests it is a basic and economical option, another makes severe allegations regarding wrongful evictions, management misconduct, discrimination, and potential legal irregularities. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering this mobile home park, a thorough and cautious investigation into these claims is absolutely essential before making any commitment to residency or investment.

This place has wrongfully evicted innocent people . Danny concepcion has truly disrespected individuals and allowed for staff to manipulate tenants through physical violence and manipulation statistics . They kicked out someone who has been in the park for 65 years , because they wanted her home to live in . The lady out of heart ache committed suicide . I own 7 properties here and have been redirected every conversation because he doesn’t remember anything he says and is always in Tallahassee hiding and tells his employee to act like they don’t speak English . Danny along with Peter had mad enjoyment and pleasure telling people who is next in line to get evicted . This has been since may after ppl have spent thousands of dollars to build and after building we have to demolished because we weren’t allowed. No one owes tittles and they want to evict people who fixed there homes so they can sell the park and trailer homes . Us investors had lost a lot in this and this needs to be exposed . He discriminated against me one stating we don’t accept his kind here and talked about my religious beliefs system . He has ppl working under the table and with out documentation . Go to the office and ask for w2 and audit there files of the mobile homes to see that they don’t even have paper work on behalf of the land and salvage park
