Live here. Don't like them telling you when you need to mow and other things. Like they left a note to mow yard and do landscaping. Also we had a trailer where we bought wood to redo our porch and while we had it we hauled the stuff wanted to the dump. We had the trailer there 4 to5 days then we removed it from property. During that time they took pictures. The paper were it was written up May 19th we received it June 6th told us we had til June 20th. By the way the yard was mowed before received note. What about the pond in front that has algea in it over a month? The ducks won't even swim in it. There a lot of people in this park with respiratory problems and it makes it worse. It is what it is. - Johnnie Jennings

Tyrone Village Introduce

Welcome to Tyrone Village, a mobile home community located at 13618 N Florida Ave, Tampa, FL 33613, USA. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me," it's important to clarify that Tyrone Village primarily serves as a mobile home community offering sites for manufactured homes, typically for long-term residency rather than transient RV stays. The park can be reached by phone at (813) 961-6477 or +1 813-961-6477.

The environment at Tyrone Village, based on resident feedback, presents a nuanced picture. While one resident lives there, their comments indicate a degree of frustration with management practices regarding property upkeep. The park evidently has regulations concerning yard maintenance and landscaping, as residents receive notices for these tasks. However, concerns are raised about the timeliness of these notices, with one instance where a note about mowing the yard was received significantly after the fact, and after the task had already been completed. This suggests a potential disconnect in communication or an outdated system for tracking property maintenance. A significant environmental concern highlighted is the presence of "algae in it over a month" in "the pond in front," to the extent that "The ducks won't even swim in it." This unkempt pond is linked to potential health concerns, with the resident noting, "There a lot of people in this park with respiratory problems and it makes it worse." This indicates a perceived lack of proper environmental maintenance in common areas that impacts residents' well-being. Despite these issues, the park is described as "what it is," suggesting a level of acceptance, and implies a generally quiet atmosphere from the residents' perspective.

In terms of services and features, Tyrone Village primarily provides lots for mobile homes, where residents own their homes and lease the land. While specific amenities beyond the pond are not detailed in the provided reviews, mobile home communities typically offer essential services like utilities hookups (water, sewer, electric) and communal waste disposal. The existence of a pond implies some natural aesthetic or recreational feature, though its current condition, as described, detracts from this. The focus on residents owning their homes means that the park's services largely revolve around maintaining common areas and enforcing community rules. However, the feedback suggests challenges in the efficiency and fairness of these services, particularly regarding property maintenance enforcement and the upkeep of shared natural elements.

Promotional information for Tyrone Village, given the provided feedback, would need to acknowledge both its existence as a mobile home community in Tampa and the critical aspects raised by residents. While parks typically highlight their location, affordability, and amenities, the reviews primarily focus on dissatisfaction with management and environmental concerns. The park's location on N Florida Ave in Tampa provides access to city amenities, services, and transportation. However, the management's approach to enforcing rules and maintaining common areas, as described, could be a significant deterrent for prospective residents. The accusation that "Management is a bully towards the people who have been there a long time" suggests an adversarial relationship, particularly with older residents. The reviewer speculates that this behavior might be an attempt to "move them out because they want to flip the mobile homes into new ones or remove the old mobile homes and replace them with new ones so they can make a better profit." This raises concerns about potential gentrification or displacement, which would be a critical factor for long-term residents, particularly those with limited housing alternatives. The statement, "that's not fare to the older people that have nowhere else to go. Shame on ya," underscores the emotional impact of these alleged practices on vulnerable residents.

For those searching for "RV parks near me," it is crucial to understand that Tyrone Village is a long-term mobile home community and not designed for temporary RV stays. Prospective residents interested in purchasing a mobile home and leasing a lot here should be prepared to thoroughly investigate the park's current management practices, understand the lease agreements fully, and inquire about property maintenance expectations and common area upkeep, especially concerning the pond. The concerns about management bullying long-term residents and the potential for property redevelopment to displace existing residents are very serious allegations that warrant careful consideration. It is advisable to visit the park, observe the common areas, and, if possible, discreetly speak with current residents to gain a comprehensive understanding of the living experience before making any commitments. The contrast between the potential for quiet living and the reported issues with management and environmental maintenance creates a complex picture that demands thorough due diligence from any interested party.
