Breezewood Mobile Home Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Tampa, Florida area and are considering various housing options, including mobile home communities, Breezewood Mobile Home Park, located at 1701 Skipper Rd, Tampa, FL 33613, USA, is one such community to be aware of. You can contact them at (813) 979-4551 or +1 813-979-4551 for inquiries. It's important to approach any potential housing decision with careful consideration, especially when evaluating information based on publicly available feedback.
To provide an objective introduction to Breezewood Mobile Home Park for local users, particularly those who might be searching within the "RV parks near me" category but are open to longer-term mobile home living, it's necessary to analyze the available information, primarily derived from customer reviews. These reviews paint a concerning picture regarding the environment, services, and overall living conditions at Breezewood.
One customer review details a multitude of significant issues experienced while residing at Breezewood. These include severe maintenance problems such as electrical sockets leaking water, leaking windows and doors, and the presence of pests (mice). The review also highlights what the resident perceived as inconsistent and unreasonable enforcement of park rules, citing an instance where a child's small plastic pool was allegedly deemed unacceptable while a neighbor was allowed to hoard two trailers. Furthermore, this review mentions a potentially dangerous electrical cable hanging near a water hose and nails in tires, purportedly linked to park maintenance. The review also alleges strict guest policies requiring prior notice and inclusion on the lease, as well as accusations of non-payment of rent, necessitating the resident to provide proof of payment frequently. Finally, the review claims the landlord withheld the last payment and deposit upon departure, alleging damage to the property that the former resident disputes.
Another review from individuals who lived at Breezewood for 12 years corroborates the issues of poor maintenance and substandard living conditions. They report "numerous leaks, electrical shorts, floors with holes, cabinets disgusting and falling apart." According to this review, despite multiple complaints, only two repair jobs were purportedly "completed" over their 12-year residency. The review further recounts a significant incident where a large oak tree behind their trailer fell during Hurricane Milton, destroying their home. The former residents express extreme dissatisfaction with the landlord's alleged response and lack of assistance following this catastrophic event, claiming the landlord refused to answer questions or contact FEMA. This situation left them homeless and in a motel.
Based on these two publicly available customer reviews, it is challenging to provide a positive or promotional introduction to Breezewood Mobile Home Park. The feedback strongly suggests significant issues related to:
- Maintenance: Reports of unresolved leaks, electrical problems, damaged flooring and cabinets, and slow or inadequate repairs.
- Safety Concerns: Allegations of exposed electrical hazards and nails potentially causing tire damage.
- Pest Control: Mention of pest infestations (mice) without indication of effective management.
- Management Practices: Accusations of rude behavior, inconsistent rule enforcement, strict guest policies, and potential financial mismanagement (disputes over rent payments and security deposits).
- Environmental Hazards: The incident of a large tree falling and destroying a resident's home raises concerns about the safety and maintenance of the park's environment.
- Lack of Support During Emergencies: The alleged lack of support and refusal to assist residents after a natural disaster is a serious concern.
Given this information, it would be irresponsible to present Breezewood Mobile Home Park as a desirable option for those searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living in Tampa. The reviews do not provide any positive aspects regarding services, features, or the overall environment of the park. There is no mention of typical amenities often found in mobile home or RV parks, such as clubhouses, laundry facilities, recreational areas, or organized community activities.
For local users actively looking for "RV parks near me" that offer services and goods for sale, it is crucial to differentiate between a traditional RV park designed for temporary stays with amenities catering to recreational vehicles and a mobile home park intended for longer-term residency. While some mobile home parks might offer RV spaces, Breezewood appears to be primarily a residential mobile home community based on the reviews.
There is no promotional information available in the provided data. The customer reviews serve as stark warnings rather than endorsements. Therefore, any introduction must objectively reflect the serious concerns raised by former residents.
Prospective residents who might still consider Breezewood Mobile Home Park due to a lack of other immediate options or specific circumstances are strongly advised to:
- Visit the property in person: Carefully inspect the condition of available mobile homes and the overall park environment.
- Inquire extensively about maintenance procedures: Understand how maintenance requests are handled and the typical response times.
- Thoroughly review the lease agreement: Pay close attention to rules, guest policies, payment terms, and procedures for security deposits and move-out conditions.
- Speak with current residents (if possible): Gather firsthand accounts of their experiences living in the park.
- Document everything: Keep detailed records of all communications, payments, and the condition of the property upon move-in and throughout residency.
In conclusion, based on the provided customer reviews, Breezewood Mobile Home Park appears to have significant issues related to maintenance, safety, management practices, and the overall living environment. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living in Tampa, it would be prudent to exercise extreme caution and thoroughly investigate these concerns before making any decisions regarding residency at Breezewood Mobile Home Park. The available information does not support a positive introduction or any form of promotional messaging for this property at this time. Potential residents should prioritize their safety and well-being and seek housing options with a more positive and reliable track record.

Breezewood Mobile Home Park Reviews
As you can see in the photos I have posted for you all to enjoy.. my electrical sockets leaked water as well as my windows and doors. The mouse was to fast to take a picture of... the guy next door hoards 2 trailers but was told my sons 4 inch plastic pool needed to be cut up and thrown out. Also the electrical cable hanging next to the water hose outside along with nails in your tires from the maintenance/couple who lives there with there fridge outside but my kiddy pool big deal breaker. No guest without notice or putting them on the lease. Oh and will try to say you didn't pay so keep you receipts people !! Had to show proof every other month when she beats on the door! And claimed I broke windows and trashed the place when I left keeping my last payment and my deposit. Sorry for the rant just be cautious guys !!!
Aug 16, 2024 · Alisha SyzakBreezewood mobile home park on Skipper Rd. Me and my identical twin lived at breezewood for the past 12 yrs. We've had numerous leaks, electrical shorts, floors with holes, cabinets are disgusting and falling apart. We've complained many times and only had two repair jobs "completed".Recently Milton (hurricane) paid us a visit, we headed to a motel for safety, fearing what might happen. The next morning we expected to hear the park was destroyed. Instead the oversized and leaning giant oak tree behind our trailer fell and destroyed our house. Landlord Alicia said and I quote " well you had a good haul ". She refuses to answer any of our questions and will not be contacting FEMA.So now me and my brother are homeless and stuck in a motel. I hope KARMA pays her back 10 x.
Oct 20, 2024 · Gerry MckeeOver priced for 1970s to 80's trailers. Can never get in touch with these ppl. Then they call you back a week later and ask if you're still in need of a place. It is run down badly. Roads all broke up. The appearance of trailers. No maintenance ppl. Tells me. None is done. And there will be problems trying to get them done. Oh. The prices they ask for are the same as an apartment complex with amenities and maintenance. So may the odds be in your favor.
Jul 30, 2023 · Joey WemmeringHorrible landlord and horrible management all it is a money pit. Ran down moldy roach infested trailers and all they do is sit back and collect rent and don't want to fix anything this place needs to be shut down. The manager Alicia is an alcoholic whose friends with the owner so she is able to do and say whatever she wants to her tenants and nothing's done and anytime you point out one of her flaws or something that she does wrong she threatens to evict you or tells you you can leave.
Jun 16, 2022 · Alysa JacksonAlicia is the worse manager ever she doesn’t answer calls and they will not fix anything in your home,, I was also told I can’t have any guest over before 7 am and after 10pm after being told that they gave me a 7 day notice to leave and refuse to explain to me why I was being put out
