Siesta Mobile Home Village Introduce
For individuals exploring "RV parks near me" in the Tampa, Florida region, and considering various housing options including mobile home communities, Siesta Mobile Home Village, situated at 14714 N Florida Ave, Tampa, FL 33613, USA, warrants careful consideration. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," it's important to recognize that Siesta Mobile Home Village operates primarily as a mobile home park, which typically caters to longer-term residents and may offer a different living experience compared to a traditional RV park designed for short-term stays. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Siesta Mobile Home Village based on the candid and contrasting feedback found in online reviews.
One review comes from an individual residing in an adjacent apartment complex, offering an external perspective on the noise levels emanating from Siesta Mobile Home Village. This reviewer strongly disputes any characterization of the park as quiet, labeling such claims as "false and lies." They specifically mention frequently hearing "blaring Spanish bullshit music" originating from the property, describing it as "extremely disrespectful." The reviewer's statement also includes a derogatory remark about "most Spanish people," which is important to note as part of the review content but should be understood as a subjective and potentially biased opinion, not necessarily reflective of the entire community within the mobile home park.
The second review comes from a former resident who lived within Siesta Mobile Home Village for several years, providing a more direct and critical perspective on the internal environment and management. This former resident highlights significant issues encountered during their time there. A key concern raised is the frequent turnover in management, with the assertion that "no one could ever be trusted." This instability in leadership can often lead to inconsistent policies, poor communication, and a lack of accountability, negatively impacting the residents' quality of life.
Furthermore, the former resident describes the community as having "less than savory" individuals, alleging instances of "rude, drug dealing" behavior. Such serious accusations, if accurate, would understandably create an unsafe and unpleasant living environment. The reviewer also suggests that the alleged "nosey" behavior of some residents might be attributed to a need to "watch the block" due to these issues. It is crucial to acknowledge that these are serious allegations from one individual's experience.
The physical layout of Siesta Mobile Home Village is also criticized in this review. The park is described as "small and narrow," leading to close proximity between neighbors. This close proximity is cited as a factor in the reviewer being subjected to the "stench of hoarding neighbors." The mention of "hoarders" suggests potential issues with property maintenance and cleanliness within the park, which could affect the overall living environment and potentially attract pests or create health concerns.
The former resident notes a significant turnover in the community during their initial years there, stating that "within the first 2 years of moving there all the original tenants had moved," and they express a complete understanding of why this occurred. Based on their overall experience, the reviewer gives Siesta Mobile Home Village a "10 out of 10 would never recommend" rating, strongly advising others to "Don’t waste your money" and characterizing their time there as "One of the worst experiences of my life." This extremely negative assessment underscores the severity of the issues perceived by this former resident.
Based on these two reviews, the environment of Siesta Mobile Home Village appears to be a point of significant contention. One external observer reports loud and disruptive noise, while a former resident describes a community with unsavory elements, potential drug dealing, and issues with hoarding neighbors, exacerbated by the close living quarters. The management is also heavily criticized for frequent turnover and a lack of trustworthiness, according to the former resident.
The reviews provide very limited information about the services and features of Siesta Mobile Home Village. The mention of close proximity to neighbors suggests a potentially higher density of homes and smaller individual lots. The reference to potential drug dealing implies a lack of adequate security or enforcement of community rules, if such rules exist. The issue of hoarding suggests a lack of effective property maintenance standards or enforcement.
No promotional information is available in the provided text. To obtain any details about lot rentals, potential amenities (which are not mentioned in the reviews), community rules, and any current promotions, it is essential to contact Siesta Mobile Home Village directly. You can reach them by phone at (813) 968-1411 or their mobile number +1 813-968-1411. However, given the extremely negative feedback regarding the management and overall living environment, prospective residents should approach with significant caution and seek to verify any information obtained from the management with independent sources or by visiting the property to assess the conditions firsthand.
In conclusion, the limited online feedback for Siesta Mobile Home Village in Tampa, Florida, paints a concerning picture. One external review highlights issues with disruptive noise, while a former long-term resident describes a community plagued by untrustworthy management, unsavory neighbors allegedly involved in drug dealing, problems with hoarding, and a generally negative living experience. For individuals searching within the "RV parks near me" category who might be considering mobile home living, Siesta Mobile Home Village appears to have significant drawbacks based on these accounts. Prospective residents are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution, conduct thorough due diligence, and seek multiple perspectives before considering this mobile home park as a potential place to live. Visiting the property at different times, speaking with current residents (if possible), and carefully evaluating the management's responsiveness and the overall environment are crucial steps before making any decisions.

Siesta Mobile Home Village Reviews
All these bullshit reviews that call this place quiet are false and lies. Especially when I live in the apartment complex next door. And am forced to listen to the blaring Spanish bullshit music coming from this dump. Extremely disrespectful, like most Spanish people.
Feb 17, 2025 · Theo WeissIn the years I lived there management changed hands many times and no one could ever be trusted. The people that live there were less than savory, rude, drug dealing and that probably one of many reasons why they are nosey because they have the watch the block. The park is small and narrow so you’re in close quarters to your neighbors and with that you pick up the stench of hoarding neighbors. Yes hoarders! Within the first 2 years of moving there all the original tenants had moved and I totally see why. 10 out of 10 would never recommend. Don’t waste your money. One of the worst experiences of my life.
Jul 03, 2024 · Lakisha OldsThis is a very nice and very clean mobile home park. The layout is nicely done with one way streets throughout the park. There is laundry facilities, and the homes are spaced apart nicely. Most of the homes I've seen in this park are very well up kept. I came to visit a friend, so I can't speak for the people who live here, but the couple of people I did encounter were very nice, and very polite.
