Flying Cloud Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users in the Tampa, Florida area searching within the platform category of "RV parks near me," it's important to also consider the broader spectrum of residential communities that might meet housing needs. While Flying Cloud Mobile Home Park, located at 14205 N Nebraska Ave, Tampa, FL 33613, USA, is a mobile home park rather than a traditional RV park catering to short-term stays, it represents a segment of the housing market that can offer long-term residency options. Understanding the characteristics and resident experiences of mobile home parks like Flying Cloud can provide valuable insights for those exploring various living arrangements in the local area.
Flying Cloud Mobile Home Park can be contacted by phone at (813) 971-7192 or via mobile at +1 813-971-7192. These contact details are essential for local users who wish to inquire about lot availability, application processes, community rules, and any other specific information. For individuals actively seeking a place to live in Tampa, having direct contact information is a crucial first step in their research.
When considering a place to reside, whether it's an RV park or a mobile home park, factors such as affordability, maintenance, and essential utilities play significant roles in the overall living experience. The limited feedback available for Flying Cloud Mobile Home Park from online reviews provides some initial insights into these aspects. One reviewer mentioned "affordable rent" as a positive attribute. In the Tampa area, where housing costs can be a concern for many, the affordability of Flying Cloud Mobile Home Park could be a significant advantage for budget-conscious local users.
However, this same reviewer also noted "terrible maintenance work done" and the inconvenience of "Hard Well water." These are crucial points for prospective residents to consider. Poor maintenance can impact the quality of life within the community and potentially lead to unresolved issues with individual mobile homes or communal areas. Similarly, hard well water can present challenges for daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and even personal hygiene, and may require residents to invest in water softening systems or other solutions.
The reviewer's comment, "WE ALL Do as you can till ECONOMY PRICES COME BACK DOWN AS NEEDED TO BE NOW 2025," seems to reflect a broader sentiment about the current economic climate and its impact on housing affordability. While not directly related to the park's features, it provides context about the financial pressures some residents might be facing and the importance of affordable housing options like those potentially offered at Flying Cloud.
Another reviewer expressed difficulty in contacting the landlord due to their work schedule, highlighting a potential challenge in communication or accessibility of the park's management outside of standard business hours. This could be a factor for local users who have demanding work schedules and need to communicate with management at specific times. The reviewer's urgent need for a place to live underscores the importance of efficient and accessible communication with potential landlords or park management.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," it's important to reiterate that mobile home parks like Flying Cloud typically cater to a different type of residency than traditional RV parks. While some RV parks might offer extended stays, mobile home parks are designed for individuals and families who own their mobile homes and lease the land on which they are situated. The services and features of a mobile home park are usually geared towards a more permanent living arrangement, potentially including amenities like community centers, laundry facilities, and long-term infrastructure for utilities.
Based on the limited feedback, Flying Cloud Mobile Home Park appears to offer the potential benefit of affordable rent in the Tampa area. However, prospective local users should be aware of the reported issues with maintenance and the inconvenience of hard well water. The challenges in contacting the landlord, as mentioned by one reviewer, could also be a factor to consider regarding communication and management responsiveness.
For local users interested in exploring Flying Cloud Mobile Home Park further, it is strongly recommended to contact the management directly using the provided phone numbers to inquire about the current situation regarding maintenance practices and water quality. Asking specific questions based on the concerns raised in the reviews can provide valuable insights. Additionally, inquiring about lot rental fees, community rules and regulations, and the process of becoming a resident would be essential next steps.
Visiting the mobile home park in person, if possible, could also offer a firsthand perspective on the overall environment, the condition of the community areas, and the general atmosphere. Speaking with current residents, if the opportunity arises, could also provide valuable insights into their experiences living at Flying Cloud Mobile Home Park.
While the available reviews are limited and present both a potential benefit (affordability) and significant drawbacks (maintenance, water quality, communication), local users seeking housing in the Tampa area may still find it worthwhile to investigate further, especially if budget is a primary concern. However, it is crucial to weigh the potential cost savings against the reported issues and consider whether these drawbacks would significantly impact their quality of life.
In conclusion, Flying Cloud Mobile Home Park in Tampa, Florida, is presented as a potentially affordable housing option for local users. However, the available customer feedback highlights concerns regarding maintenance quality, hard well water, and potential communication challenges with the landlord. Local users exploring "RV parks near me" and considering mobile home living should carefully weigh these factors and conduct thorough due diligence before making any decisions regarding residency at Flying Cloud Mobile Home Park.

Apr 25, 2025 · Kelly BarnesDoes anyone have a better phone number to reach the landlord? My work schedule prohibits me from being there before 6pm and I keep trying to call but no answer. Need place to live, thanks.
Feb 06, 2024 · Angie LaylaIf your looking for a run down 1960's trailer this is your place
Jan 01, 2025 · Stephen MearesThis place is a dump. Code enforcement needs to shut this place down. The landlord does not even care about tenants nor does he care about the condition the park is. He is nothing but $$$ and greed. Don’t move here.
Aug 12, 2023 · Robert SkaatsDo not rent from them. They have horrible bookkeeping and will Jack U 4 rent they say is unpaid. They tried to get me for $300 but I moved out on their ass. They're trailers have rats bed bugs and roaches. You really need to stay away from this trailer park I've lived there twice and both experiences were absolutely horrifying. Trailers or not up to code the floors are not flat I just highly advise that you stay away. The owner Ray is getting old and senile. So you already know how that's going to go
