Save your monthly lot rent that’s astronomical and increases every single year without fail. This place has gone downhill FAST since 2021 and is getting worse into 2025.We have gone through so many “managers” that don’t stay long, are not there to help the residents at all, and often times no management at all for long periods of time. Our water is CONTINUALLY being shut off for repairs and you have to “boil water” often a week or more.NO PARKING for visitors AND TWO CARS ALLOWED ONLY PER LOTThere is literally NO parking for visitors in this place. Residents and anyone at all can use the limited spots available for visitors, even people who don’t live here freely come and, if an inconsiderate resident hasn’t taken visitor parking already, they come and drink alcohol or do their drugs in a nice spot no one bothers them in. One of the limited “visitor parking” spots has junk stored in it.Police are here ALL THE TIME…NO JOKE, but sadly it seems because they come so much that when help is needed they don’t put much effort anymore. There are vehicles here in residential lots that dont have vehicle tags, so I am assuming that is allowed now, storing unregistered vehicles with no license plate. Most rules have become obsolete since about 2023. Homes are being let deteriorate as well as lots with junk stored all around, even in homeowners carports. Each lot is only allowed TWO vehicles, even though it went from a senior only to all ages. They put stickers on your car and threaten to tow if you have more, though some get to have more than two and its no problem, not sure how that works.Use caution with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you read, and if you leave an unfavorable review you may want to see if it stays on because somehow reviews that aren’t favorable magically disappear! - A-child OfGod

The Meadows FL Introduce

If you are searching for "RV parks near me" with potential long-term mobile home options in the Palm Beach Gardens, Florida area, The Meadows FL, located at 2555 PGA Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410, presents a concerning picture based on recent and consistent negative feedback from its residents. Multiple reviews paint a portrait of a community facing significant challenges related to management, infrastructure, rules enforcement, and overall quality of life. Potential residents should carefully consider these serious issues before considering The Meadows FL as a place to live.

One of the most prominent and frequently mentioned issues is the escalating cost of monthly lot rent. Residents describe the increases as "astronomical" and note that they occur every single year without fail. One long-term resident who has lived in The Meadows for approximately five years details how their lot rent has risen from around $1,200 to $1,500 over that period for a "spit of area" that they do not own. This represents a substantial financial burden, especially when combined with a mortgage payment for the mobile home itself. The reviewer expresses being forced to sell in the near future due to the unaffordability caused by these consistent 10% annual increases, questioning the fairness and ethical implications of such practices.

Adding to the financial strain is the apparent mismanagement of the community. Residents report a high turnover rate of "managers" who do not stay long and are perceived as unhelpful. At times, the community reportedly lacks any on-site management for extended periods, leaving residents without a point of contact for issues and concerns. This lack of stable and effective management likely contributes to the other problems highlighted in the reviews.

Infrastructure issues, particularly concerning the water supply, are another significant source of frustration for residents. Multiple accounts describe the water being "CONTINUALLY" shut off for repairs, often necessitating "boil water" advisories for a week or more at a time. This frequent disruption to a basic utility service poses a considerable inconvenience and potential health risk to residents.

Parking is also a major problem at The Meadows FL. Residents emphasize that there is literally "NO PARKING for visitors." The limited visitor spots are reportedly used by residents and even individuals who do not live in the community, who allegedly use these spaces to loiter and engage in disruptive behavior such as drinking alcohol and using drugs without being bothered. One visitor parking spot is even described as being used for junk storage, further reducing the already scarce availability. Additionally, the community enforces a strict limit of only two cars per lot, which can be problematic for households with more than two vehicles or when residents have guests.

Security is another serious concern raised by residents. The reviews state that the police are at The Meadows "ALL THE TIME…NO JOKE." However, the high frequency of police presence seems to have desensitized law enforcement, with one reviewer sadly noting that when help is actually needed, the police "don’t put much effort anymore." This suggests a potentially unsafe environment despite the regular police presence.

Furthermore, residents report a decline in community standards and rules enforcement since around 2023. Vehicles without current tags are allegedly being stored on residential lots, and homes and lots are being allowed to deteriorate, with junk accumulating even in homeowners' carports. This indicates a lack of adherence to community rules and a potential decline in the overall aesthetic and quality of life within The Meadows.

The two-vehicle limit per lot is strictly enforced with car stickers and threats of towing, yet some residents seemingly are allowed to have more than two vehicles without consequence, creating a sense of unfairness and inconsistent rule application. This inconsistency further contributes to the perception of poor management and declining standards.

Finally, one reviewer cautions potential residents to be wary of overly positive reviews, suggesting that unfavorable reviews may be removed. This raises concerns about the transparency and accuracy of the online feedback available for The Meadows FL.

Based on this overwhelmingly negative feedback, the environment at The Meadows FL appears to be one of increasing financial burden due to escalating lot rents, frequent utility disruptions, significant parking limitations, potential security concerns, and declining community standards. The lack of effective and stable management seems to be a contributing factor to many of these issues.

The services and features typically expected at a mobile home park, such as reliable utilities, adequate parking for residents and visitors, consistent rules enforcement, and a safe environment, appear to be compromised at The Meadows FL according to these reviews. While the location on PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens is mentioned as "great" by one reviewer, the numerous and serious problems within the community seem to outweigh this locational advantage for many residents.

There is absolutely no promotional information to be gleaned from these reviews. Instead, the consistent message is one of caution and dissatisfaction. Potential local users searching for "RV parks near me" that might offer long-term mobile home living options should be extremely wary of the issues raised by current residents of The Meadows FL.

Given the severity and consistency of the negative feedback, it is strongly recommended that potential residents avoid The Meadows FL until significant and verifiable improvements are made to the management, infrastructure, and overall living conditions. Relying on the experiences shared by current residents, this mobile home park appears to be facing substantial challenges that could negatively impact the quality of life for anyone choosing to live there. Thoroughly researching alternative mobile home parks or RV parks in the Palm Beach Gardens area would be a prudent course of action.
