The Property Country Living Introduce
For those searching for "RV parks near me" in the Orange, Texas area, The Property Country Living, situated at 2371 W Norman Cir, Orange, TX 77630, USA, offers a potentially appealing option. They can be contacted at (409) 883-9828 or via mobile at +1 409-883-9828. This introduction aims to provide local users with details about the park's environment, services, and features as gleaned from available online reviews.
The name "The Property Country Living" suggests a setting that embraces a more rural and peaceful atmosphere. This could translate to a quieter environment compared to RV parks located directly within busier urban areas. The mention of "pretty nice scenery" in one of the reviews further supports the idea of a pleasant and possibly natural setting. For individuals seeking "RV parks near me" that offer a respite from city life and an opportunity to enjoy a more tranquil environment, The Property Country Living might be worth considering.
Based on the positive review, the owner, referred to as "Miss B," is described as "great" and "personable," who "goes out of her way to make sure your RVing needs are met." This suggests a level of personalized and attentive service that can significantly enhance the RV living experience. A responsive and caring owner can contribute greatly to a welcoming and supportive community within the RV park. This personal touch could be a significant feature for those looking for a more intimate and well-managed "RV parks near me."
The park's location is also highlighted as "conveniently located off 105 and 62!" This accessibility to major roads can be a significant advantage for travelers, providing ease of access to and from the park, as well as to local amenities and attractions in the Orange, TX area and beyond. For RVers who are passing through or those who wish to explore the region, convenient access is often a key factor when choosing "RV parks near me."
However, it is crucial to address the more unusual and concerning part of the second review. The reviewer initially describes the place as "nice quiet" with "pretty nice scenery" but then details a disturbing encounter with "mutants," including a "living skeleton" and a "pig that learned to walk on its hind legs," along with a "mange ridden dog." This description is highly atypical and raises serious questions about the reviewer's experience and the overall environment at the time of their stay. It is important to note the subjective and potentially exaggerated nature of this account. The reviewer does follow up with "All good now though ;)," which suggests that these issues were perhaps temporary or have been resolved. Nevertheless, this part of the review warrants attention and consideration.
Given the stark contrast between the two reviews, potential visitors to The Property Country Living should approach with a balanced perspective. The positive review emphasizes the personable owner and convenient location, suggesting a well-managed and accessible park. The second review, while starting positively regarding the ambiance, introduces bizarre and unsettling elements that could be indicative of past issues or simply a very unusual and potentially exaggerated experience. The subsequent "All good now though ;)" implies a possible resolution, but the nature of the initial complaint is still noteworthy.
For those considering The Property Country Living as one of their options when searching for "RV parks near me," it would be prudent to seek more recent information and potentially contact the owner directly to inquire about the current environment and any past issues that may have been raised in online reviews. Asking about the general atmosphere, pet policies (in light of the mention of a "mange ridden dog"), and the overall upkeep of the property could provide a clearer picture of the current state of the RV park.
As The Property Country Living is described as a "little RV park," it might offer a more intimate and less crowded experience compared to larger, more commercial RV resorts. This could be appealing to those who prefer a quieter and more community-oriented setting. The personal attention from the owner, as highlighted in the positive review, could further contribute to this type of atmosphere.
In conclusion, The Property Country Living in Orange, TX, presents itself as a conveniently located and potentially serene RV park with a personable owner. The positive review strongly recommends the park and highlights the owner's dedication to meeting RVers' needs. However, the second review introduces a highly unusual and concerning narrative, albeit with a seemingly positive resolution indicated by "All good now though ;)." Local users searching for "RV parks near me" should weigh these contrasting perspectives and consider seeking more current information to make an informed decision. Contacting the owner directly and potentially looking for more recent reviews could provide a clearer understanding of the current environment and services offered at The Property Country Living.

The Property Country Living Reviews
Great personable little RV park conveniently located off 105 and 62! The owner, Miss B, goes out of her way to make sure your RVing needs are met! Highly recommend this park!
Mar 12, 2025 · Sabrina HallNice quiet place with pretty nice scenery to take in. Now, I'd recommend to anyone, that the mutants are gone. I haven't seen anything like it. A living skeleton and what looked like a pig that learned to walk on its hind legs and their mange ridden dog that they just let defecate in anyone's yard >:(All good now though ;)
Dec 06, 2021 · Derek RogersMy opinion this place is TRASH! The land lord just is not a good person. I mean she called the cops cause my dog got loose and I was looking for him it seems like if she does not like you she talks down on you. No place to spend time with people. You have to stay outside or go in their place.
Dec 16, 2021 · Tia MillsSmall, quiet, country setting park. Away from all of the hustle and bustle, but close enough for convenience. My husband was working in Lake Charles, but we decided to stay here (about a 40 minute commute), definitely worth it to not be in a busy, crowded park.
