Now I am homeless.UPDATE:At yesterday’s open Board meeting (April 1, 2025) this rogue HOA Board announced that they now “own” my Space 9 mobile home and all of my possessions therein. They asked MSV members to help them dispose of its contents.My lawyer tells me that this is legal! It’s because of their horribly written Occupancy Agreement that they make every one sign when they buy a mobile in their demonic park.They’ve already stolen everything on the outside: all my firewood, all my potted plants, my picnic table, $2,000 of my river rock.Now they claim for themselves and my zombified neighbors ALL that’s left of my life inside my home.Isn’t it bad enough that they evicted me for 5 months? What’s worse is that this HOA won’t let me sell it to Brubaker Culton Real-estate.As a condition of that sell, my mobile appraised for $200,000.
