Californian Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Hemet, California, Californian Mobile Home Park, located at 1150 N Kirby St SPC 20, offers a residential option for those seeking long-term living in manufactured homes. While the search category might initially suggest temporary RV accommodations, mobile home parks like Californian typically provide spaces for permanent or semi-permanent residents. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Californian Mobile Home Park based on the limited customer feedback available online, highlighting both its positive aspects and potential challenges.
The two customer reviews offer insights into the park's maintenance and regulations, as well as potential issues with management. These points should be carefully considered by prospective residents to gain a balanced understanding of the living environment at Californian Mobile Home Park.
Environment and Location: Situated in Hemet, California
Californian Mobile Home Park is located in Hemet, a city in the Inland Empire region of Southern California. Hemet offers a more inland setting with a warmer climate and a valley landscape. The park's address on North Kirby Street places it within access to the general amenities and services available in Hemet:
- Local Amenities: Residents can find shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, and essential services within the city of Hemet.
- Recreational Activities: The surrounding area provides opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking in the nearby mountains and visits to local parks and lakes, including Diamond Valley Lake.
- Community Services: Hemet offers community centers, libraries, and healthcare facilities for its residents.
- Transportation: North Kirby Street likely provides access to local transportation routes and major roadways in the Hemet area.
One reviewer notes that the park is "very well maintained," suggesting a positive aspect of the physical environment within Californian Mobile Home Park.
Features and Living Experience: Well-Maintained with Parking Restrictions and Management Concerns
The customer reviews provide specific details about the features and living experience at Californian Mobile Home Park:
- Well-Maintained Grounds: One reviewer explicitly states that the park is "very well maintained," indicating attention to the upkeep of the community's common areas and possibly individual spaces. This can be a significant advantage for residents seeking a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment.
- Strict Parking Regulations: A significant concern raised by one reviewer is the "parking problem." They recount their personal experience of having their vehicle towed for parking in front of their mobile home space. The advice given is to "make sure you park along the outer perimeter wall to play it safe." This indicates strict and potentially inconvenient parking rules that prospective residents must be aware of and adhere to.
- Potential Management Issues: Another reviewer, who lived in the park for seven years, attributes their departure to a new manager named Lorraine. The feedback suggests that this manager "complained about everything" and made the resident feel "uncomfortable," ultimately leading to their decision to move. This raises concerns about potential management style and its impact on resident satisfaction.
The limited number of reviews makes it difficult to generalize these experiences to all residents. However, the specific nature of the comments regarding parking and management warrants careful consideration by potential residents.
Information regarding other common mobile home park features and services, such as laundry facilities, community areas, pet policies, or utility provisions, is not available in the provided text. Potential residents should inquire directly about these aspects to gain a comprehensive understanding of what the park offers.
Services and Management: Mixed Feedback with Potential Concerns
While one reviewer commends the overall maintenance of the park, the other raises a significant concern regarding the management style of a new manager. This suggests a potential inconsistency in the resident experience depending on management personnel. The reported issues with the manager's behavior and the strict enforcement of parking rules could impact the overall quality of life for residents.
Prospective residents should seek to understand the current management policies and how they are enforced, particularly regarding parking. It might also be beneficial to inquire about resident relations and how management addresses concerns.
Promotional Information and Call to Action: A Well-Kept Park with Important Considerations
Californian Mobile Home Park in Hemet appears to be a well-maintained community, which can be a significant draw for those seeking a clean and orderly living environment. However, potential residents must be aware of the strict parking regulations and consider the reported negative experience with a new manager.
Key Considerations for Potential Residents:
- Well-Maintained: The park is described as "very well maintained," suggesting a commitment to upkeep.
- Strict Parking: Be aware of strict parking rules, with parking in front of mobile home spaces potentially leading to towing. Parking along the outer perimeter is advised.
- Potential Management Issues: A former long-term resident reported feeling uncomfortable and ultimately moving due to the actions of a new manager.
- Limited Information on Amenities: Details regarding other services and amenities are not provided in the reviews.
Before making a decision about Californian Mobile Home Park, local users are strongly encouraged to:
- Visit the Property: Conduct a thorough on-site visit to assess the maintenance of the park and the layout, particularly in relation to parking.
- Inquire About Parking Rules: Obtain a clear and comprehensive understanding of the parking regulations and designated parking areas to avoid potential issues.
- Inquire About Management: If possible, inquire about the current management and their approach to resident relations and community standards. Speaking with current residents (if feasible) could provide further insights into management experiences.
- Assess Personal Needs: Consider whether the strict parking rules and the potential for management-related issues align with your individual needs and preferences for long-term living.
- Compare with Other Options: Explore other mobile home parks in the Hemet area to compare maintenance standards, parking policies, management reputations, and overall community environment.
While Californian Mobile Home Park may offer a well-maintained living environment, prospective residents should carefully weigh the reported parking restrictions and potential management concerns before making a decision.

Californian Mobile Home Park Reviews
Very well maintained but there is a parking problem here be aware if you park your vehicle in front of the mobile home space it will be towed I found that out the hard way Make sure you park along the outer perimeter wall to play it safe.
Oct 08, 2024 · Victor M. Castro Jr.I had lived here for 7 years until we got a new manager, Lorraine, and she complained about everything. She was the reason I had to move from this park. Everything bothers her she makes people feel uncomfortable.
Mar 08, 2024 · Estela AguilarMe and my family has been here for 5 years prior to us moving in we would observe the community to see how it was would come early mornings, late evening, and late nights before we decided to buy our home. When we first moved in it was a lot of kids who were very disrespectful and destroying things. The community went through maybe 4 office manager before getting someone who cared the property, I like the current office staff and Jim is great and helpful and Pam is polite and professional when doing business. If I could request two thing to change that would be to allow us to have alcohol in the clubhouse when hosting parties, and big dog where I can't enjoy my backyard due to the smell of dog poop. Overall everything is great and I look forward to staying here for a long time.
Mar 28, 2018 · Dayshwan TownsendSo far we have gotten one car towed for parking in front of our place. But no one else's cars get towed when parked outside their own homes. The place is nice, and comfortable, but seems like a lot of double standards and favoritism.
