Parkview Estates Introduce
Parkview Estates, situated at 913 S Grand Ave in San Jacinto, California, is an all-ages mobile home park catering to families seeking a community environment. For those searching for "mobile home parks near me" in the San Jacinto area that specifically welcome families, Parkview Estates presents itself as an option in a region where such parks may be less common. Located in a generally quiet area, Parkview Estates aims to provide a residential setting for individuals and families alike. You can reach the park management at (951) 654-3900 or via mobile at +1 951-654-3900 for inquiries.
According to a resident who currently lives in Parkview Estates, the park is appreciated for its quiet atmosphere for the most part. This can be a significant draw for those seeking a peaceful living environment. The resident also highlights the fact that Parkview Estates is an all-families park, noting that such communities are not as prevalent in the surrounding area. This emphasis on being a family-oriented park suggests that it could be an attractive option for those with children or who prefer a multi-generational living environment.
However, the experiences shared by residents also indicate potential drawbacks that prospective residents should carefully consider. One resident mentions issues with neighboring noise, specifically frequent yelling and cursing. While the park itself may be generally quiet, disturbances from nearby residents can impact the overall peace and tranquility of one's living experience. This suggests that while the park aims for a quiet environment, individual experiences may vary depending on the proximity and behavior of neighbors.
Another significant concern raised by a resident pertains to the park's management and their approach to maintaining the aesthetic standards of individual homes and yards. The resident describes the park as being "really picky" about upkeep, to the point where it feels like harassment. This suggests a potentially stringent enforcement of rules and regulations regarding property maintenance, which could be a source of stress for some residents. The feeling of constant scrutiny and pressure to maintain one's property to a very specific standard is a notable point of feedback.
A long-term resident of approximately ten years provides a more extensive critique of the management and the overall living experience at Parkview Estates. This resident states that the park's rules are "not worth it," expressing a feeling of being constantly restricted and told what can and cannot be done. Even after diligently cleaning and maintaining their property, it is perceived as "never enough," leading to a stressful experience of feeling like they could receive a notice or citation ("paper") for virtually anything.
The long-term resident also points out a significant issue with the frequent turnover of park managers. This instability in management has been so persistent that the resident has "given up on learning who is the new manager or that we even have a new manager." Such frequent changes in leadership can lead to inconsistencies in policy enforcement, a lack of clear communication, and a diminished sense of stability within the community.
Furthermore, the functionality of the park's main entrance and exit gate appears to be a recurring problem. The resident reports that the gate is "always either breaking or you can't enter the park because the box does not work." This can be a significant inconvenience and potentially a security concern for residents, affecting their ability to enter and exit the community smoothly and reliably. Such issues with essential infrastructure can detract from the overall quality of life within the park.
The long-term resident explicitly states that it is "very displeasing to live here," underscoring the negative experiences encountered over their decade of residency. This strong sentiment suggests that the issues raised are not isolated incidents but rather contribute to a pervasive sense of dissatisfaction for at least some residents.
Adding to the concerns about management, the resident recounts negative interactions between the park managers and their mother. The managers experienced over time are described as having acted rudely towards the resident's mother, who is characterized as a polite person simply asking questions to ensure compliance with park rules. The current manager is even accused of raising his voice at her, a behavior contrasted with the respectful conduct of the resident's father. This paints a picture of potentially unprofessional or disrespectful interactions with residents by the park's management.
The resident further generalizes that "all the managers have always been somewhat passive aggressive or aggressive," providing another reason to avoid the park office. This perception of the management's communication style can create an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere for residents who may need to seek assistance or clarification on park matters.
The observation that "the managers are always riding a golf cart more than they are in the office" raises questions about their accessibility and availability to address resident concerns. If management is frequently out of the office, it could be challenging for residents to get the assistance they need in a timely manner.
In a deeply personal reflection, the long-term resident concludes by stating that they "truthfully regret spending my childhood here," highlighting the negative impact of their long-term experience at Parkview Estates. This powerful statement underscores the extent of the dissatisfaction felt by this resident and serves as a significant piece of feedback for prospective residents to consider.
In summary, Parkview Estates in San Jacinto, CA, is an all-ages mobile home park that offers a family-friendly environment in a generally quiet location. However, feedback from residents raises several important concerns. These include issues with noisy neighbors, potentially overly strict and harassing enforcement of property maintenance rules, frequent turnover of park managers, malfunctioning entrance and exit gates, and experiences of rude or unprofessional behavior from the management. While the park's all-ages policy might be appealing to some, the reported negative experiences suggest that prospective residents should exercise caution and thoroughly investigate the current living conditions and management practices before making a decision.
For individuals searching for "mobile home parks near me" in San Jacinto, Parkview Estates presents itself as a family-oriented option. However, the critical feedback from long-term residents regarding management style, maintenance expectations, and infrastructure issues warrants careful consideration. It is strongly recommended that potential residents visit Parkview Estates, speak with current residents if possible, and thoroughly assess the current environment and management responsiveness to gain a comprehensive understanding before committing to living in this community. Contacting the park at (951) 654-3900 or +1 951-654-3900 for further information and a tour may provide additional insights to help in the decision-making process.

Parkview Estates Reviews
I live here. I like that it's quiet for the most part, but my neighbors are always yelling and cursing. The park is really picky about you maintaining your house and yard to where it's almost like harassment. I like that it's an all families park as there aren't too many of these around here.
Sep 20, 2024 · Jesus DeliraHonestly, I've lived her for 10 years or so. The rules are not worth it. You literally cannot do anything without being told something. We have cleaned outside to the best of our ability and it is never enough. It is stressful and feels like burden coming home to a place where you can get a paper for basically anything and everything. The managers come and go so frequently that I gave up on learning who is the new manager or that we even have a new manager. The main entrance and exit gate are always either breaking or you can't enter the park because the box does not work. It is very displeasing to live here. Als, the managers thatI have experienced have always acted rudely to my mother who is not a rude person and asks questions to help her not get any slips and what not. The current one raises his voice at her something my father never once has done.all the managers have always been somewhat passive aggressive or aggressive another reason to avoid the office. The managers are always riding a golf cart more than they are in the office. Truthfully regret spending my childhood here.
Sep 19, 2022 · ValWe live here since 2015. Zero concern. Management changes a lot but they’re all polite, friendly and respectful.
May 07, 2024 · Ma RuPlace is nice to live but they are getting so strict with everything and so many rules. What you can't have in your property. Manager keeps bugging about cleaning the outside and after cleaning they keep saying is not good enough. They keep sending letters to clean more and fix things in your mobile home that don't even need fixing done.
Jun 01, 2019 · D. VDon't live here!!!!! It's not worth it the managers will take pictures of your yard everytime they see something wrong, and even though they have extremely high security in the pool (cameras at every corner) they are still extremely strict on the people who can go to the pool, you are only offer a single key (God forbidden if you lost it) live here if you want limited freedom in your own home.
