Blue Fountain Mobile Home Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the San Jacinto, California area, Blue Fountain Mobile Home Park, located at 1600 S San Jacinto Ave #59, might be a community to consider for a long-term stay. While primarily a mobile home park, some such communities do accommodate RVs for extended periods, offering a unique residential experience. Based on the available feedback from residents, Blue Fountain Mobile Home Park presents a generally positive picture, characterized by cleanliness and a responsive owner, although there are a few points to consider.
One resident describes the area as a "nice little area" and notes that it is "clean for the most part." This suggests that the park management and residents likely take some pride in maintaining a tidy environment, which is an important factor for anyone considering a long-term stay, including RV owners who value a clean and well-kept living space. This positive comment about cleanliness can be a significant draw when evaluating potential "RV parks near me."
The same reviewer, however, raises a potential security concern, mentioning that "at night homeless people walk the area but keep to themselves, they try their best not to be seen." While the reviewer notes that these individuals generally do not bother residents, this information is still relevant for prospective residents, especially those who prioritize a completely secure and secluded environment. It's important to be aware of the surrounding area and any potential after-dark activity, even if it is reported as non-threatening.
A significant drawback highlighted in one of the reviews for those who rely heavily on internet connectivity is the issue with Wi-Fi. The reviewer states, "If looking to buy here and wifi is something you need to live your everyday then don’t live here. Spectrum is capable of servicing the park but the owner will tell you he has to pay out of pocket for them to service which doesn’t make any sense but whatever. The future is now and owner refuses to change with the times." This suggests that while a major internet provider can service the park, the owner's policy or reluctance to invest in the infrastructure might result in limited or unavailable high-speed internet access for residents. For RV owners who work remotely, stream frequently, or otherwise require reliable internet, this could be a major deterrent. It is crucial to inquire about the availability and quality of internet service for RV spaces if considering a long-term stay at Blue Fountain Mobile Home Park.
On a more positive note, the first reviewer mentions that "the older folk are very friendly," indicating a potentially welcoming and neighborly atmosphere within the community. A friendly environment can contribute significantly to the overall quality of life for long-term residents, fostering a sense of belonging and community spirit. This could be particularly appealing to RV owners looking for a more community-oriented experience than what might be found in a typical transient RV park.
The second review offers high praise for the park owner, Jon. A recent purchaser of a mobile home in the park describes him as "really attentive" and "an upstanding guy who wants to be fair." This positive feedback regarding the owner's character and responsiveness is a significant advantage. The reviewer shares an experience of having post-escrow issues that Jon voluntarily resolved, even though he was not legally obligated to do so, demonstrating a genuine care for the park, its appearance, and the happiness of the residents. The reviewer also notes that Jon "has made many wonderful improvements," suggesting an ongoing commitment to enhancing the community.
While the reviews do not explicitly detail the specific services and features available for long-term RV residents at Blue Fountain Mobile Home Park, we can infer some possibilities based on the fact that it is a mobile home park. Typically, such parks offer essential utility hookups, including water, sewer, and electricity. Depending on the park's amenities, there might also be laundry facilities, restrooms, and communal areas. However, to get precise information about what is offered to RV residents, it is essential to contact the management directly.
There is no promotional information provided in the available text. Therefore, any potential incentives or special offers for long-term RV stays at Blue Fountain Mobile Home Park are unknown. Interested individuals would need to inquire directly with the park's management to learn about any such promotions or the current rates for RV spaces.
To determine if Blue Fountain Mobile Home Park is a suitable option for your long-term RV living needs in the San Jacinto area, it is highly recommended to contact them directly at (951) 654-4622 or +1 951-654-4622. When you call, be sure to ask about their policies regarding RVs, the availability and size of RV spaces, the utility hookups provided, the cost of renting a space, the availability and quality of internet service for RV residents, and any amenities accessible to RV occupants. Inquiring about security measures and any specific rules or regulations for RV residents would also be beneficial.
In conclusion, Blue Fountain Mobile Home Park appears to be a generally clean community with friendly older residents and an attentive and fair owner who is actively working to improve the park. However, potential long-term RV residents should be aware of the reported nighttime homeless activity in the area and the potential limitations regarding internet access. Direct communication with the park's management is crucial to obtain detailed information about RV accommodations and to assess whether Blue Fountain Mobile Home Park meets your specific needs and preferences for a long-term stay in the San Jacinto area.

Mar 04, 2025 · Chad PowersI recently purchase a mobile home @ Blue Fountain as a weekend “granny pad” so I can visit my granddaughters in S CA. I had a few issues AFTER closing escrow. Some park owners might just ignore my requests because the deal was closed, but the owner, Jon, was really attentive. The best way to describe him is an upstanding guy who wants to be fair. He didn’t have to resolve the issues, legally, but he did because it was the right thing to do. He truly cares about the park, how it looks, and the happiness of the residents. There are some things out of his control, but he certainly has made many wonderful improvements.
Dec 13, 2024 · Lisa LeThis is a very poorly run park. Owner doesn't do anything the blue signs up say about rules regulations etc. Can't use the clubhouse facilities for all the homeless hanging around cooking in clubhouse sleeping on the tables swimming in the pool with their filthy clothes actually some residents in the pool with clothes on. Streets are filthy with trash- beer cans etc. cars speed like crazy not all streets have speed bumps cars trucks parked all over park streets blocking ambulances and fire trucks very unsafe. Harassment from powers that be when you complain. Many complaints to the city council which are worthless San Jacinto elect a new council. When you call 911 about homeless no action. Burglaries right in day light . Homeless stealing anything not nailed down sleeping in empty units or on our carports. Anyone writing a descent review is nuts! The best was the neighbor tossing out a almost dead cat out of their yard into the street!
Oct 03, 2024 · linda pillowA friend resides here for many yrs. and needs help getting his rent in on time monthly. The maintenance man as well as 3 tenants didn't know or realize they have a drop box for the rent. Now my friend is also aware of the drop box and it's location. I'm so glad I called Jennifer and asked a young man walking to the rec room at the time, they were very helpful..
Aug 09, 2024 · Inah GreenBlue Fountain is a Clean Park with a nice Pool and BBQ area with picnic tables. There is also a Recreation Room inside with tables and chairs, TV and a kitchen. In another room there is a Pool Table. The Restrooms are Clean but beware you will be questioned if you dare to use them! The Laundry Room needs to be expanded. It had only two sets of washers and dryers for the entire Park and it is quite large !The only issue is the Security Guard Car that seems to hassle anyone walking in the Park. I thought I was behind the Berlin Wall for a minute.
