You can reach Villa Del Monte at (951) 654-2406 or +1 951-654-2406 for inquiries about the community and the progress of the ongoing construction.
The environment surrounding Villa Del Monte in San Jacinto offers a blend of the natural beauty and suburban convenience typical of the region. Located in Riverside County, San Jacinto is known for its proximity to mountain ranges and open spaces, potentially providing residents of Villa Del Monte with scenic views and opportunities for outdoor activities in the wider area. However, based on recent feedback, the immediate environment within the mobile home park is currently impacted by construction. One reviewer noted, "they're doing a lot of construction and building their I think it's going to be a wonderful area once they're finished." This suggests that while there may be some disruption at present, the long-term vision for Villa Del Monte includes significant improvements to the infrastructure and overall aesthetics of the community.
The services and features currently available at Villa Del Monte are somewhat unclear due to the ongoing construction. Typically, mobile home parks offer essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity. For those considering Villa Del Monte as one of the "RV parks near me," it would be advisable to inquire specifically about RV amenities, including hookups, parking space sizes, and waste disposal facilities. Long-term mobile home communities often provide additional services like trash removal and common area maintenance. Given the construction phase, some of these services might be temporarily affected or are in the process of being upgraded. Direct communication with the management at the provided phone number is crucial to understand the current service offerings.
One of the significant features of Villa Del Monte at this time is the extensive construction and development underway. According to a recent review, "they're doing a lot of construction and building their I think it's going to be a wonderful area once they're finished." This indicates a substantial investment in the community, which could lead to improved infrastructure, better amenities, and an enhanced living experience for future residents. Specifically mentioned is the work being done on the roads: "right now the roads are like riding in a horse and buggy lol, as of yesterday the crew is out working on all of housing and surfacing of the roads." This highlights that significant improvements to the park's infrastructure are in progress, which could be a major draw for those looking for a community with modern and well-maintained facilities in the future.
However, it is important to address some of the more concerning feedback provided by residents. One reviewer described the place as "inhumane" and raised serious concerns about the management's approach to stray cats, stating, "Theyre going to trap all stray cats and dump them elsewhere versus actually trying to TNR?" The reviewer strongly advocated for a Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) program as a more humane and effective method of managing stray cat populations, also suggesting that management should encourage residents to fix their pets. These are significant animal welfare concerns that potential residents who are animal lovers should be aware of and may want to discuss with the management to understand their current policies and future plans regarding animal control.
On a more positive note, another reviewer shared a story about a friend who was facing homelessness and was temporarily able to find a room within the mobile home park through the help of a resident. This anecdote suggests that there may be a sense of community and willingness among some residents to support those in need. However, this situation also implies that there might be individuals living in the park who are facing housing insecurity, which could be a factor for potential long-term residents to consider in terms of the overall stability and demographics of the community.
Given the contrasting pieces of information – the ongoing construction with the promise of future improvements versus the serious concerns raised about animal welfare and the anecdotal mention of housing insecurity – it is challenging to provide a definitive assessment of Villa Del Monte at this time. The park appears to be in a state of transition, with significant upgrades underway that could drastically improve the living environment. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" who are open to a community undergoing development, Villa Del Monte might present an opportunity to become part of a revitalized area. However, it is crucial to weigh the potential benefits of these improvements against the current living conditions and the concerns raised by existing residents.
For any promotional information, it would be best to directly contact the management at (951) 654-2406. They would be able to provide the most up-to-date details on the construction progress, the expected completion dates for various projects (such as the road resurfacing mentioned), and any incentives or special offers for new residents, whether for RV stays or long-term mobile home living. They can also address any questions or concerns regarding the animal control policies and other aspects of community life raised in the reviews.
In conclusion, Villa Del Monte in San Jacinto is a mobile home park currently undergoing substantial construction and improvements, which could lead to a "wonderful area" in the future with better infrastructure, including the roads. For those seeking "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home in a community that is being upgraded, Villa Del Monte might be an option to explore. However, potential residents should also be aware of the serious concerns raised about the management's handling of stray cats and the anecdotal mention of housing insecurity within the park. A direct inquiry to the management is highly recommended to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current state of Villa Del Monte, the timeline for the ongoing improvements, and the community's policies on important issues such as animal welfare.

Villa Del Monte Reviews
Talk about an inhumane place to live..Theyre going to trap all stray cats and dump them elsewhere versus actually trying to TNR?TNR saves lives and helps with rodent control. And also this is highly inhumane. Cats will be put to sleep at the shelter through no fault of their own.Maybe management should instead work on getting their residents to actually fix their cats?
Mar 09, 2025 · Yena AI don't know much about this area or the mobile home I just know that I had a friend who was one step away from being homeless and was paying a month's worth of rent weekly to stay in the hotel and I was able to with the help of another Christian sister who knew someone who had a room available in that Mobile park. On the other hand they're doing a lot of construction and building their I think it's going to be a wonderful area once they're finished, right now the roads are like riding in a horse and buggy lol, as of yesterday the crew is out working on all of housing and surfacing of the roads.
Jun 10, 2023 · Noreen HicksI'm a visitor to this park, my mother got diagnosed with a fatal cancer about 7 months ago. I originally live in northern California, So in order to be by my mom's side, I stayed with my good friends (they live in park) , After about 2 weeks my friend starts getting calls about me. Complaints! About me. I literally have done nothing but yard work and help my friend with father that has dementia. The manager there has a huge ego problem, they started charging my friend $25 a day for me to stay there until my mother passed, plus $20 a month for my truck to be in guest parking. They DO NOT make anybody else pay for having extra people stay or live with them. And I don't even live there. I pray to God that manager gets old and nobody takes care of her cause she is a horrible person.
Oct 03, 2023 · ashley ritchieNice quite place to live. Close to everything I need and easy exit from Hemet. Gated, pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard (if that's your thing)and more goodies. A place to wash your car. Good people. As for management being rude then follow simple rules and they are great people. I for one like that they enforce the rules otherwise it wouldnt be quite and friendly
