Situated in the 92583 zip code, this lodge can be contacted at (951) 651-6011 or +1 951-651-6011 for inquiries about residency, RV parking availability, and the unique features that make this community special.
The environment at Caravana Mobile Lodge is consistently praised for its upkeep and aesthetic appeal. One resident enthusiastically described it as "the nicest mobile home park I've ever seen." This positive sentiment speaks volumes about the care and attention given to maintaining the grounds. The presence of rules, such as the specific parking regulation (only in driveways, not in front), contributes to the orderliness and safety of the park, ensuring clear pathways for emergency vehicles. This focus on safety and organization creates a comfortable and secure living environment for all residents, especially the seniors who call Caravana Mobile Lodge home. The meticulous landscaping, with "grass always cut nice, and the trees are trimmed," further enhances the pleasant and welcoming atmosphere of the community.
Caravana Mobile Lodge offers a range of services and features designed to enhance the quality of life for its residents. A particularly appreciated service is the provision of "free bread for residents," a thoughtful touch that fosters a sense of care and community. The lodge also organizes regular social activities, including "bingo, and pot luck days," providing opportunities for residents to socialize, connect, and enjoy each other's company. These activities contribute to a vibrant and engaging community spirit, making it more than just a place to live.
The amenities at Caravana Mobile Lodge are noteworthy. Residents have access to an "inside jacuzzi," perfect for relaxation and unwinding. The "fabulous rec room" serves as a central hub for community interaction and entertainment, equipped with a "pool table, kitchen, dining area and living room." This well-appointed recreational space offers residents a place to gather, socialize, host events, and enjoy leisure activities without having to leave the community. Notably, for those who may have visiting family or friends with RVs, or for residents who themselves enjoy RV travel, Caravana Mobile Lodge even offers "rv parking!" This is a significant advantage for a mobile home park, catering to a broader range of needs and accommodating different lifestyles.
The positive reviews consistently highlight the dedicated staff who contribute to the smooth operation and welcoming atmosphere of Caravana Mobile Lodge. Gary and John are specifically mentioned for their excellent work in keeping the place maintained and beautifully landscaped. Their efforts ensure that the park remains visually appealing and well-cared for. Debbie, who works in the office, is praised for being "easily accessible and understanding," indicating a responsive and helpful management presence. The collective efforts of the staff contribute significantly to the positive living experience reported by residents, reinforcing the sense of a caring and well-managed community.
While the majority of the feedback is overwhelmingly positive, one review mentions a concern regarding "the big old manager" and suggests a need for someone more capable. This feedback, coming from a resident in number 40, indicates a potential area of concern that prospective residents might want to inquire about. It's important to consider all feedback when evaluating a community, and this comment suggests that there might be varying experiences or perceptions regarding the management. However, it is also crucial to weigh this against the numerous positive comments about the overall environment, staff, and amenities.
The positive review concludes with a heartfelt "Ty yo caravana for helping provide a clean safe park for our deserving seniors." This statement encapsulates the core values and the primary focus of Caravana Mobile Lodge: providing a clean and safe environment tailored to the needs and well-being of its senior residents. This emphasis on creating a secure and pleasant living space for seniors makes Caravana Mobile Lodge a particularly attractive option for those in the "RV parks near me" category who are seniors seeking a long-term, supportive community, or for family members looking for a suitable living arrangement for their loved ones.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in San Jacinto that offer more than just a parking spot, Caravana Mobile Lodge provides a comprehensive living experience, especially for seniors. The combination of well-maintained grounds, thoughtful amenities like the jacuzzi and recreational room, community activities such as bingo and potlucks, and the availability of RV parking make it a unique offering. The positive feedback regarding the staff and the overall cleanliness and safety of the park further enhance its appeal. While the comment about the manager should be noted, the overwhelming positive experiences shared by other residents paint a picture of a community that is genuinely committed to providing a high quality of life for its residents.

Mar 05, 2025 · Ken WebbThis is the nicest mobile home park I've ever seen. There are quite a few rules to follow but that keeps it so nice. For instance, you can only park in your driveway not in front. This is so emergency vehicles can come through. There's free bread for residents, bingo, and pot luck days. An inside jacuzzi, a fabulous rec room with a pool table, kitchen, dining area and living room. There is even rv parking!Gary and john keeps the place maintained and landscaped. Feb 10, 2025 · Ken WebbI have a relative that lives here and she likes it. It's clean, well-kept and relaxed. There is a pool and clubhouse that are pretty well-kept. Management is a bit weird and exaggerated but overall tolerable. Good place to live for seniors!
Jan 22, 2018 · Lorenzo WarfelThis is a 55+ mobile home community. My mother lives here and she seems pretty happy. The Park is in a VERY bad part of San Jacinto, but seems untouched by the trash surrounding it. Everyone is friendly, for the most part. The Park is clean, kept up, and has security patrolling it every night. Its has a nice pool, a decent sized club house with a pool table. Next door is a church ( most of the seniors attend) and on the other side is a Mexican Market. They have some really nice stuff there. They also have a cook in the back that makes hot for you. You need to try the Carnitas Burrito, it's amazing.
