At Country Lake, the environment is one of our standout features. As the name suggests, a beautiful lake is central to our community, offering residents picturesque views and opportunities for leisurely activities. One of our residents enthusiastically shared, "My husband loves his fishing, loves the lake." Imagine starting your day with a tranquil walk by the water or spending a relaxing afternoon casting a line. Beyond the lake, the community is embraced by stunning scenery, with mountains providing a breathtaking backdrop. This natural beauty contributes to the "very beautiful and peaceful" atmosphere that our residents often mention. The sense of privacy and quietness is another aspect that many find appealing, making Country Lake a true sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Our dedicated management team, Ali and Natasha, are frequently commended for their polite and courteous service. Residents have highlighted their responsiveness, noting that "whatever questions or concerns we had they both addressed them right away." This commitment to addressing resident needs promptly contributes significantly to the positive living experience at Country Lake. Furthermore, the entire staff at Country Lake is recognized for their hard work in maintaining a beautiful, clean, and safe community. Their dedication ensures that the grounds are well-kept and that residents can enjoy a pleasant living environment.
Country Lake Mobile Home Community fosters a sense of community, with opportunities for residents to connect and engage. While one resident noted a less-than-positive experience with community meetings, they also highlighted the presence of "lots of activities for the residents here as well." This suggests that there are various avenues for social interaction and recreation within the park, allowing residents to build connections and enjoy their leisure time. We encourage prospective residents to experience the community firsthand and discover the activities that resonate with their interests.
It's important to acknowledge some of the feedback shared by our residents. One long-term resident expressed concerns about changes following the park's acquisition by Boa Vida, mentioning issues with the enforcement of rules and regulations, the handling of problem residents, and ongoing water shutdowns. The delayed remodeling of the old and outdated clubhouse was also noted as a point of dissatisfaction. We understand these concerns and are actively working to address them. The mention of new day-to-day management and the anticipation of a new regional manager offers a positive outlook for potential improvements and a renewed focus on enhancing the living experience for all residents.
Despite these challenges, the overall sentiment from many residents remains positive, with one stating, "I would definitely recommend living here at Country Lake. It is such a beautiful place to live." They also wisely advise, "don't let a few bad apples ruin your future here it's a beautiful place to live." This perspective underscores the strong sense of community and the inherent appeal of the location and its amenities.

Country Lake Mobile Home Community Reviews
My husband and I just bought our forever home here at Country Lake. In San Jacinto California just recently. My husband loves his fishing lovesthe lake.I love the scenery, the mountains, and the privacy and the quietness very beautiful and peaceful..Ali and Natasha our management they are both very polite and courteous .whatever questions or concerns we had they both addressed them right away. The community meetings were not anything I would recommend. my husband and I attended our first one to introduce ourselves. To get to know the residents they're at Country Lake. it was very unhealthy , disturbing and disrespectful towards management and some of the residents .wasn't productive at all. which is sad.We should all mind our own business and stop keeping tabs on all residents every move.Disrespecting the management or any other resident here is not acceptable. and discrimination also is NOT appropriate. And should NEVER be tolerated IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM . We're not in high school anymore .Natasha and Ali it is not fair to them. they both are trying their best to accommodate to everyone.they are new to the job. i do want to acknowledge all the staff who work here aswell at Country Lakes .they are amazing .they do a great job to keep our community beautiful and clean and safe. I would definitely recomend living here at Country Lake. It is such a beautiful place to live. lots of activities for the residents here as well .don't let a few bad apples ruin your future here its a beautiful place to live.
Mar 05, 2025 · Holguin HolguinJust not what it used to be prior to Boa Vida buying the park. Rules and regulations are not enforced or selectively enforced. Problem residents are not dealt with and some pose danger to park. Still dealing with water shutdowns. Old and outdated clubhouse was supposed to be remodeled we are still waiting on that. They do have new day to day management and are bringing in a new regional manager and hopefully things will start to change. I would not recommend to anyone moving here until they have proven they are dedicated to making some positive changes.
Jan 03, 2025 · ken stottsThe new management team is doing a wonderful job, in my opinion. There’s been hiccups the last year and a half, however management has been taking care of all my service request quickly and I see them activate throughout the park🙂. as well as getting feedback from residence, checking on our well-being.

Dec 27, 2024 · Logan KashHello, i have been living in this place for so long With my mother, and it may be beautiful place to stay and enjoy and everything was fine. Nice people around and love. until, lately I noticed for a year now they have keep turning off the water every 2-4 times a month for whole day for two sometimes if we're lucky just 1-3 hours for whole place and it's hard to enjoy your day when you can't shower, water our plants, get some chores done, or use the restroom when there's no water. especially there are people who go to work and need to get ready, smell nice or look clean. There are times our gas off for a bit but it's emergency reasons I understand but water issue been over a year now it's to the point it feels it's non-stop. If there is a issue keep happening would you think you would need to check why it keeps happening so you can find away to replace it instead wasting time and money. I wonder even why pay the water bill if keeps turning off when we need it especially if we pay the water bill.Update is next week and their turning off the water again for 2 days. This is just annoying
