When choosing a place to live, especially within the category of "RV parks near me" which often implies a focus on community and amenities, it's crucial to consider various aspects such as the environment, services, and overall atmosphere. Tradewinds Mobile Lodge, as a mobile home park, typically offers spaces for manufactured homes and potentially long-term RV stays. These communities often provide a more stable living situation compared to short-term RV campgrounds, fostering a sense of neighborhood among residents.
However, it is essential to approach the selection of a long-term living situation with careful consideration. Publicly available customer reviews can offer valuable insights into the day-to-day experiences of residents. In the case of Tradewinds Mobile Lodge, some reviews paint a concerning picture regarding the management and maintenance of the property.
One review describes the management as "extremely unprofessional" and the maintenance as "terribly kept." This reviewer further alleges that repairs are infrequent, and the manager is often absent from the office. The review also raises serious concerns about noise disturbances, claiming that the manager encourages certain tenants to play loud music late into the night, disrupting the peace and quiet of the community. Additionally, this reviewer reports instances of vehicles being illegally towed from residents' driveways, suggesting potential issues with management overreach and a lack of respect for residents' property rights. The reviewer concludes by strongly advising against moving into Tradewinds Mobile Lodge, labeling it "the worst decision anyone can make."
Another former resident, who lived in the park for an extended period, from 2002 until seven months prior to their review, also expresses significant dissatisfaction with the current management. This review echoes the sentiment of unprofessionalism, stating that the current managers engage in arguments and use offensive language when confronted about their conduct. The reviewer specifically details troubling behavior from a male maintenance worker, alleging intimidation of women, trespassing, and invasion of privacy through window peeping. This individual is also accused of deliberately spreading trash onto residents' properties using a leaf blower while driving a golf cart, with the reviewer claiming to have smelled alcohol on his breath on several occasions. Furthermore, this review alleges that the maintenance worker antagonizes dogs, leading to complaints about barking, and that the manager, his girlfriend, consistently defends his actions.
The second review also raises serious allegations of retaliation against residents who contact corporate management, claiming that corporate sides with the on-site management, resulting in unwarranted notices for minor issues. Disturbingly, this reviewer also accuses the management of trapping residents' cats, despite a reported mouse infestation within the park, which the management allegedly fails to address. The reviewer reiterates the issue of privacy violations, stating that personal information is shared between tenants by the management. Ultimately, this former resident attributes their decision to move out to the high levels of stress and anxiety caused by these issues and expresses a longing for a previous manager, suggesting a decline in the community's quality of management. This reviewer characterizes the hiring of the current management as "the biggest mistake the owner did."
Considering these publicly available reviews, potential residents searching for "RV parks near me" or considering Tradewinds Mobile Lodge for long-term living should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence. While the basic infrastructure of a mobile home park might offer the stability and community often sought in long-term RV living or manufactured home ownership, the quality of management and the maintenance of the property are critical factors that significantly impact the living experience.
It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and opinions. However, the consistency and severity of the issues raised, including allegations of unprofessional behavior, inadequate maintenance, privacy violations, and potential harassment, warrant serious consideration. Prospective residents are strongly encouraged to visit the property in person, if possible, and attempt to speak with current residents to gain a more balanced and up-to-date understanding of the living conditions and management practices at Tradewinds Mobile Lodge.
When looking for "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home park, it is advisable to research multiple options in the San Jacinto area. Comparing the amenities, services, lot fees, and, most importantly, the experiences of current and former residents can help in making an informed decision. Exploring other mobile home parks or long-term RV communities in the vicinity might reveal options with more positive feedback regarding management, maintenance, and overall community environment.
For those specifically searching for "RV parks near me" that offer a more positive and well-managed environment, it would be beneficial to look for parks that advertise responsive management, well-maintained facilities, clear community rules, and a welcoming atmosphere. Reading online reviews from various sources and contacting the management of different parks directly to ask specific questions about their policies and procedures are crucial steps in this process.
In conclusion, while Tradewinds Mobile Lodge is located in San Jacinto, California, and can be found by those searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home living options, the publicly available reviews raise significant concerns about the professionalism of the management and the upkeep of the property. Potential residents should carefully weigh these concerns and conduct thorough research before making any decisions regarding residency at this location. Exploring alternative "RV parks near me" in the San Jacinto area is highly recommended to ensure a positive and comfortable long-term living experience.

Tradewinds Mobile Lodge Reviews
Management is extremely unprofessional. Maintenance is terribly kept by a 90 year old tweaker. Repairs never get done. Manager is never in office. Manager encourages problem tenants to blast music until 3am so good luck getting any sleep here. She often goes on a power trip and has tenants cars illegally towed out of their own driveway. Definitely the worst decision anyone can make is to move here.
Mar 11, 2025 · Ambient RaindropI lived in this park since 2002 and moved out 7 month's ago due to the managers they have now. They are the most unprofessional because they argue and curse at you if you correct or call them out on the way they conduct themselves. RUDE the man always tries to intimidate women he stares, goes on your property and look's into your windows, always arguing when you tell him to stop staring and tells you "make me". Lazy instead of picking up trash he uses a leaf blower to blow the trash onto your property while he is on a golf cart smelling like alcohol on several occasions. Antagonizing always trying to pick fights with women when they tell him to don't look at me. And his girlfriend the manager always defend's him when you report him. Liar's the retaliation when you call corporate is ridiculous, corporate backs them up and you will start getting ridiculous notices for the smallest things. Animal stealing.. they will trap your cat's even though there is a mouse infestation in the park. And they don't do anything to get rid of the mice at least the cat's did. Peeping tom on several occasions me along with other tenants have had issues with the man (maintenance) looking into our windows. He always whistles antagonizing the dog's to bark then they will give you a notice about your dog's barking. Privacy there isn't any they tell other tenants business to others in the park. I moved out of this place because of all of these reasons. My stress and anxiety levels have decreased since I moved. I honestly can say I miss Donna as the manager. The biggest mistake the owner did was to hire these people.
Nov 05, 2016 · Jeannette StoneThe management is rude and does things to make your guest feel uncomfortable. I went to visit a friend who lives there. I parked in the proper visitors parking. Was there a total of 20 minutes and the manager who has seen me visit atleast 50 times took down my license plate to try and have my vehicle towed. Every single time I pick my friend up he comes outside and stares at me. I wave and try to say hello and he still only stares. I have complained to corporate office who has done nothing.
Mar 16, 2017 · GetDownWith TheGardnerThief's! Don't rent from this place. You will never get your deposit back. After renting from this place for 3 years they have the audacity to keep your deposit for carpet cleaning, cleaning services and a gardener.... (which I must add) they never got a gardener! They are scum and the so called maintenance guy who drives around in his cart ( watch out ) he likes to peep through Windows and walk onto your property
Mar 24, 2020 · Carrie RodriguezI didnt even live here and I hate it lol! I went in and applied for the park (which we still have not gotten any updates like 2 weeks later). My parents went in to speak with the manager about the applications we put in and the maintenance guy kept coming in yelling at them to hurry up and cussing and being super aggressive to them during their sit down with the lady. And whenever we went by during business hours they were NEVER THERE we went morning noon and evening and there was never anyone there. And when we would call the numbers given they wouldnt answer. Out of control! I am actually sooooo glad it didnt work out. Management needs to be removed they are horrible.
