Last 6 years we stayed at this park because of the spacious lots and proximity to town and being on the bus line to go to Jazz Fest. This year, the park is under new and great management with many improvements. The clean showers, new laundry machines, improved landscaping. The new manager on site is absolutely great, customer oriented and most helpful! We made reservations for the next year!
May 06, 2025 · Olga ElmanA wonderful park with large spaces, easy hookup, large private bathrooms. Cozy lounge with coffee, movies, and mini library. Perfectly affordable and safe place with an easy jump into town and just down the road from Smiley's Café - a place you don't want to miss for a great NOLA breakfast!
Apr 21, 2025 · Brandi JonesThis park is great and we plan to come back next fall. A safe gated area close to the city with reasonable rates. The spaces are large and grass covered. There is a gated pet area and our dog insists on visiting the manager every day. She is an asset to this park and is very nice to deal with.
Apr 25, 2025 · Judi RWe enjoyed our stay at Three Oaks and Pines RV resort. We got in after dark but spaces were large and obstacle free for backing up. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. It is clean and neat. We would highly recommend it. Close to the city too.
Feb 27, 2025 · Marcia LongWe had a great time! Very easy access to the french quarter. Bus system is right across the street. We used that during the day. At night it was uber time. Melissa was very helpful on where to eat with places close by as we were tired and wanted to get a bite and come back and rest. We highly suggest The Castnet Seafood restaurant. Very good. And the sites are wide as well. Thank you Melissa for a wonderful visit. We will be back.
