Upland Cascade Mobile Home Park Introduce
Located at 1350 San Bernardino Rd in the city of Upland, California, Upland Cascade Mobile Home Park presents a mobile home living option with mixed feedback from its residents. For individuals searching within the "RV parks near me" category, particularly those considering long-term residential options rather than short-term recreational vehicle stays, Upland Cascade offers a community where maintenance efforts are acknowledged, but concerns have been raised regarding management and overall community upkeep.
Environment and Location: Upland is situated in San Bernardino County, known for its residential character and proximity to the San Gabriel Mountains. The location of Upland Cascade Mobile Home Park on San Bernardino Road suggests accessibility to local amenities, transportation, and services within Upland. However, resident reviews provide contrasting views on the environment within the park itself. One review highlights a significant issue with residents not properly managing trash, leading to overflowing bins and discarded items. This negatively impacts the cleanliness and overall environment of the community. In contrast, the same review praises a maintenance employee named Jason for his efforts in cleaning the dumpster areas promptly on pickup days, indicating that there are efforts to address these issues. Another review echoes the problem of overflowing trash and garbage throughout the community, further suggesting that this is a persistent concern for some residents.
Services and Amenities: Information regarding specific services and amenities at Upland Cascade Mobile Home Park is somewhat limited and is primarily gleaned from the resident reviews:
- Utilities: As with most mobile home parks, residents likely have access to essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity hookups. Prospective residents should contact the management to confirm whether these are included in the lot rent or billed separately.
- Maintenance: One review specifically commends a maintenance employee, Jason, for his dedication to cleaning the trash areas. This suggests that there is some level of maintenance being performed within the park.
- Management (Concerns Raised): One review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the management, describing them as "unprofessional" and difficult to reach at the main office. The reviewer also alleges issues with unexpected lease increases and late delivery of lease due notices. These are serious concerns that prospective residents should consider and investigate further.
- Community Issues: The recurring theme in the negative reviews is the problem of residents not properly disposing of trash, leading to unsanitary conditions in the community trash areas. Additionally, one review mentions the presence of drug use (smoking weed) in common areas and frequent police presence, indicating potential safety or community standard issues.
For individuals considering Upland Cascade Mobile Home Park as a long-term option found through searches for "RV parks near me," it's important to recognize that mobile home parks primarily cater to manufactured homes. The concerns raised about management and community upkeep might be particularly relevant for those seeking a stable and well-managed long-term residential setting for their RV, provided the park accommodates such arrangements. Direct and thorough inquiry with the management is crucial to address these concerns.
Features and Lifestyle: Living at Upland Cascade Mobile Home Park, based on the limited and mixed resident feedback, presents a complex picture:
- Dedicated Maintenance Employee: The positive feedback regarding the maintenance employee, Jason, suggests that at least one individual is working to address the cleanliness issues within the park.
- Potential for Community Issues: The negative reviews highlight significant concerns about trash management by residents, alleged unprofessional management, potential safety issues indicated by frequent police presence, and issues with lease practices.
- Unclear Community Standards: The reports of improper trash disposal and drug use in common areas suggest potential challenges in maintaining community standards and a pleasant living environment for all residents.
- Location in Upland: The park's location in Upland provides access to the city's amenities, but the internal environment and management practices appear to be significant factors to consider.
Promotional Information and Considerations: As an AI, I do not have access to any promotional information for Upland Cascade Mobile Home Park. Given the significant concerns raised in the resident reviews, prospective residents should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence:
- Contact Management Directly: Use the provided phone number, (909) 985-9711 or +1 909-985-9711, to contact the management of Upland Cascade Mobile Home Park. Inquire about lot availability, pricing (lot rent), specific amenities offered, park rules, and the application process. It is crucial to directly address the concerns raised in the reviews regarding management professionalism, lease practices, trash management, and security. If interested in long-term RV living, specifically ask if the park accommodates RVs for extended periods and what the regulations are.
- Visit the Property: A visit to Upland Cascade Mobile Home Park is strongly recommended. During the visit, pay close attention to the cleanliness of the community areas, particularly the trash disposal sites. Attempt to assess the general atmosphere and observe any activities that align with the concerns raised in the reviews.
- Speak with Current Residents (If Possible): If you have the opportunity, try to speak with current residents to get a broader and more balanced perspective on the living conditions, management, and community environment within the park.
- Inquire About Trash Management Policies: Ask the management about the park's policies and procedures for trash disposal and how they address issues with residents not following these guidelines.
- Ask About Security Measures: Inquire about any security measures in place and the reasons for the reported frequent police presence.
- Clarify Lease Terms and Practices: Obtain detailed information about the lease agreement, including how rent increases are handled and the procedures for delivering notices to residents.
In conclusion, Upland Cascade Mobile Home Park in Upland, California, presents a situation where positive feedback about a maintenance employee contrasts sharply with significant concerns raised about management, community upkeep (specifically regarding trash), and potential safety issues. For individuals seeking a long-term residential option within the "RV parks near me" category, a thorough investigation, including direct interaction with the management and a careful assessment of the property and its residents, is essential before making a decision about Upland Cascade Mobile Home Park.

Upland Cascade Mobile Home Park Reviews
This review is going to be about an employee of this park. Not the park itself. He’s name is Jason and he maintains the property. One of the biggest issues living here is the resident don’t take care of the trash areas. People dump items that are too big that should be broken down to fit or when the bin is full they just throw trash on top or on the sides filling the area out side the trash bin. Or items that should not be left like mattresses. The trash company will come once a month to pick up bulk teams for people. Just call the company for bulk pick up. People don’t wait until pick up day to put trash in an empty bin. Jason keeps up with cleaning the dumpster areas right away on pick up day. He is friendly and even is willing to help you out if needed. Keep up the good work Jason. Ty
Dec 21, 2023 · James RancourManagement is so unprofessional, I have been living here for 2 years and it is difficult to find someone at the main office, community trash is always full and there is garbage all over the place, people smoking weed right in front of the office, police has been here every month since I moved in, they tried to raise my lease before my first year of living here. They often deliver our lease due notice two days before due date.
Dec 28, 2024 · Julian BThis place is TRASH. I used to manage this park and the management company would have me get on residents and their spaces and when I would write them up, the resident would complain to corporate office and they would let them slide. I kept up that park and according to the “Regional Manager” I did not do a good job. Funny because half of the things that a park manager does she has no knowledge or clue how to do them! Go figure. Anyway, I passed by today cause we were in the area and the park looks like trash! Cars parked everywhere on the street. The pool area was full of people drinking. So glad I got out of this dump. Advice for people looking to live here, please don’t do it! Worse place to live. Not worth it! Coming from someone that worked for themanagement company. Worse place I have ever worked for!!!! Worst Regional mananger! For those who live here, I feel for you

Jan 23, 2024 · Rafael VidrioBeautiful place and well kept. Current manager Richard Chandroo is on a power trip harassing the tenants. I thought I found a great place for my family lived and my parent to retired peacefully until God comes knocking on the door to say is time to come home. What type of business are you running that harassing tenants and senior as well.
