Upland Meadows Mobile Home Park Introduce
When searching for "RV parks near me" in Upland, California, your results might include various options, from traditional recreational vehicle parks catering to short-term travelers to mobile home parks like Upland Meadows Mobile Home Park, located at 929 E Foothill Blvd, Upland, CA 91786, USA. While the platform category focuses on RV parks, understanding the nature of nearby mobile home parks can be beneficial, especially for those considering a more long-term or semi-permanent living arrangement in the area.
Upland Meadows Mobile Home Park can be contacted directly at (909) 982-8382 or +1 909-982-8382 for inquiries regarding residency, availability, and community details. It's important to recognize that mobile home parks primarily serve individuals and families who own or intend to purchase a mobile home and lease a lot within the park. They typically offer a different lifestyle and set of amenities compared to short-term RV parks.
Based on recent customer reviews available online, it appears that Upland Meadows Mobile Home Park has experienced a shift in its management style, which has, in turn, affected the living experience for some residents. Several reviews highlight concerns regarding the current management's approach to enforcing rules and interacting with residents. One reviewer mentions feeling "harassed" by the new manager, citing instances of photographs being taken of their home and threatening letters being issued for minor perceived infractions. This suggests a potentially strict and closely monitored environment within the park.
Another significant point of contention raised in the reviews concerns parking regulations. Despite the presence of "tons of visitor parking," one resident reported receiving a tow notice for parking in a visitor spot, indicating a potentially rigid enforcement of parking rules, even when ample space appears to be available. This level of strict enforcement, particularly in areas designated for visitors, has been a source of frustration for at least one resident.
Furthermore, the reviews mention specific restrictions related to the pool area. Residents have reportedly been informed that eating food, drinking beverages (other than presumably water), and even wearing sunscreen at the pool are prohibited. These rules suggest a highly regulated environment around communal facilities, which may impact residents' enjoyment and usability of these amenities. The mention of management monitoring the pool area via cameras adds another layer to the perceived level of scrutiny within the park.
It is important to consider that these reviews reflect individual experiences and may not represent the views of all residents at Upland Meadows Mobile Home Park. However, the consistency in the negative feedback regarding the current management style and rule enforcement warrants careful consideration for anyone contemplating residency in this community. Potential residents should be prepared for a potentially strict living environment with close management oversight.
When comparing mobile home parks to the "RV parks near me" that might appear in your search, the fundamental difference lies in the duration of stay and the nature of the accommodation. RV parks typically offer short-term rental spaces for recreational vehicles and often provide amenities tailored to travelers, such as daily or weekly rates, hookups for water, electricity, and sewage, and recreational facilities. Mobile home parks, on the other hand, are geared towards long-term residents who own their homes and lease the land, often fostering a more permanent community feel, albeit with potentially different sets of rules and regulations.
For individuals seeking a long-term living situation in Upland, exploring mobile home parks like Upland Meadows might be an option to consider. However, given the recent feedback regarding management practices, it is strongly recommended that prospective residents conduct thorough due diligence. This should include contacting the management directly to understand current policies and regulations, visiting the park to observe the environment firsthand, and if possible, speaking with current residents to gain a broader perspective on the living experience.
While Upland Meadows Mobile Home Park may offer a community setting and the opportunity for long-term residency in Upland, the online reviews serve as a cautionary note regarding potential management challenges and strict rule enforcement. These are crucial factors to weigh against the potential benefits of living in this type of community. If your search for "RV parks near me" is primarily focused on short-term recreational stays, Upland Meadows Mobile Home Park may not be the appropriate option. However, for those considering a more permanent mobile home living situation, it represents a local community that warrants careful investigation, especially in light of the recent resident feedback.
In conclusion, Upland Meadows Mobile Home Park in Upland, California, offers long-term living for mobile homeowners. Recent online reviews indicate potential concerns regarding management practices, including strict rule enforcement, parking regulations, and limitations on the use of communal facilities like the pool. Prospective residents are advised to conduct thorough research and visit the park to make an informed decision about whether this community aligns with their living preferences and expectations. When searching within the "RV parks near me" category, understanding the distinctions between traditional RV parks and mobile home parks is essential to finding the most suitable long-term or short-term accommodation.

Upland Meadows Mobile Home Park Reviews
This place used to be much better but new manager harasses residents. She takes pictures of your home and sends threatening letters if you have one thing you shouldn't have around your home. Living here is so hard when your being harassed all the time by management. There is tons of visitor parking, yet if a resident parks in one of the MANY VISITOR PARKING spots, the manager puts a threatening tow notice on your car!!! None of this happened with the previous manager. This new manager enforces every single role like a dictator. They watch you on their cameras at the pool. They said we cannot eat food or drink anything at the pool. They even said we couldn't have sunscreen on AT THE POOL. do NOT LIVE HERE.

Oct 04, 2023 · Luis SedanoThe kids playground can use a face lift. It very old and not maintained at all. Waste of space behind the playground with only one old wooden bench to sit on while you watch the kids play. The club house can use a little work. Paint needs touch up and the billiards room could use some TLC. Some of the wooden street signs are missing street names. We often get homeless and tweakers passing through the park. Mainly when the entry gates are broken. Wouldn’t mind chipping in for park security to be added to the monthly space rent.
