Valrico Introduce
For those searching within the "RV parks near me" category who might also be considering mobile home living options in the vicinity, this introduction focuses on Valrico Mobile Home Park, located at 1221 N Valrico Rd, Valrico, FL 33594, USA. The park can be contacted at (813) 381-3412 or via mobile phone at +1 813-381-3412 for inquiries about potential residency or available properties. It is important to conduct thorough research when considering any residential community, and the publicly available feedback for Valrico Mobile Home Park offers some insights that warrant careful review.
The online reviews for Valrico Mobile Home Park raise significant concerns regarding maintenance responsiveness and the application process. One detailed review describes a critical maintenance issue involving a flooded toilet that occurred on a Sunday when the office was closed. The resident reported having to turn off the water supply and appreciated the new manager's initial response and attempt to address the problem. However, the review indicates that maintenance did not appear on Monday, leaving the resident without a functioning toilet or running water, hindering basic daily activities such as washing dishes and bathing children. The resident also mentions pre-existing water damage to the subfloor that had not been properly addressed over four years of living there. A key point of concern raised is the alleged lack of a direct maintenance contact number, requiring residents to report issues through the office and wait for maintenance to become available. The reviewer expresses frustration with the delays in repairs, describing them as taking "days to weeks" for both minor and major issues, with some remaining unresolved. The situation is described as severely impacting the livability of the home, affecting basic human rights such as access to sanitation and clean water.
Another review details a negative experience with the application process. The prospective resident states that they applied on May 17th and waited two weeks for an email requesting documents. After submitting the documents, a month passed with no further communication despite numerous calls and emails. The applicant reports that their application fee was taken, but they were subsequently "ghosted." An update to this review indicates that after reporting the issue to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the application fee was refunded via a check, but then the payment was stopped. The reviewer questions the business practices of the mobile home park based on this experience.
Given these publicly available accounts, it is challenging to provide a positive or detailed introduction to the environment, services, and features of Valrico Mobile Home Park based solely on internet reviews. The feedback primarily highlights significant issues related to maintenance responsiveness and administrative processes, specifically the application procedure.
Prospective residents considering Valrico Mobile Home Park should be aware of these reported experiences and conduct thorough due diligence. This should include direct and detailed inquiries with the park management regarding their maintenance protocols, emergency procedures, average response times for repairs, and the process for submitting and tracking maintenance requests. It would also be prudent to inquire about the application process, including timelines, required documentation, and refund policies for application fees.
To gain a more comprehensive understanding of the community, a visit to Valrico Mobile Home Park is highly recommended. During a visit, potential residents can observe the overall condition of the park, the appearance of the homes, and any common areas or amenities that may be available. If possible, speaking with current residents (if they are willing to share their experiences) could provide valuable firsthand insights into the day-to-day living conditions and the responsiveness of the management to resident concerns.
Valrico, Florida, where the mobile home park is located, is a suburb of Tampa in Hillsborough County. Researching the local area can provide information about nearby amenities such as shopping centers, schools, healthcare facilities, and recreational opportunities. Understanding the surrounding community can help potential residents assess the overall suitability of the location.
However, in the context of this introduction, it is crucial to emphasize the serious concerns raised in the available online reviews regarding maintenance and the application process at Valrico Mobile Home Park. These issues appear to have significantly impacted the experiences of at least two individuals. Therefore, any prospective residents should approach this mobile home park with caution and prioritize obtaining clear and verifiable information directly from the management and, if possible, from current residents.
While Valrico Mobile Home Park is an option to consider when searching for "mobile home parks near me" in the Valrico area, the publicly available feedback suggests potential challenges related to maintenance and administrative practices. It is imperative for interested individuals to conduct thorough personal research and seek direct communication with the park management to address the concerns raised in the reviews and to gain a clear understanding of the current living conditions and management practices at Valrico Mobile Home Park. This proactive approach will be essential in making an informed decision about whether this community meets their housing needs and expectations.
In conclusion, Valrico Mobile Home Park, located in Valrico, Florida, can be contacted at (813) 381-3412 or +1 813-381-3412. However, publicly available online reviews indicate significant issues with maintenance responsiveness and the application process. Prospective residents are strongly advised to conduct thorough personal investigation, including direct communication with the management and a visit to the property, to gain a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of the community before making any decisions about residency.

Valrico Reviews
Can we get on call maintenance or something my toilet flooded Sunday the office is closed had to turn water off the new manager was a doll and responded and tried to fix but needed maintenance anyways Monday maintenance didnt ahow up . my subfloor has waterdamage from before we moved in and after I lived here 4 years and they can't fix it properly ! Why ?? Can't wash dishes so I can cook my kids. Meals or wash my baby's bottle . school starts tomorrow I can't bathe my kids or flush my toilet and they don't trust tenants to report maintenance request for some reason because there's NO MAINTENANCE NUMBER ! we have to report it to the officeand wait until the maintenance people feel they finally have time to "fix" something there times to valuable to do there jobs I guess . So it's either just either have no water or a toilet water pool in all rooms . With a constant fountain in the bath room and no use of a toilet. I won't post the toilet pictures it was frantic but here's some pictures of just some of the maintenance issues at this mobile home park I had to wait days to weeks to get fixed some minor most major ![most still not fixed these are old damage under the trailer was before I moved in apparently ] I just want livable conditions oh yea and my toilet and water fixed would be great to I feel I'm entitled to basic human right as are my children
Aug 09, 2022 · Annmarie WoodsonI applied to this mobile home May 17, took them 2 weeks to email back requesting documents. It's been 1 month and still no response from them. I've been calling and calling and emailing and not 1 email or phone call back. They took me and my sons application fee then ghosted us. We just trying to find a place to live. I wonder if I dispute my app fee will they call or is this normal practice from mobile homes?Update on Oct 30, 2024.I have reported to the BBB after countless effort they refunded my application fee with no explanation sent the check then stopped payment. Is this the type of business this is? Just awful over $80.

Nov 28, 2024 · Michael DavisI am due to move in today. After being on a wait list since Feb 2022 I signed a lease. I was called last night at 5PM and told the property is not ready and I cant move in today. The reason im being told is because the manager quit THE UNIT HAS FLEAS AND IT HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED OR PAINTED. They collected over $2000 from me. her quitting should not prevent me from moving in. They ask for 1 wk I gave them 2 wks. No one can tell me who's in charge. Now i must disconnect the electric but still have to pay the electric dep and I have to cxl the internet. They have 3 options....MY MONEY MY PLACE OR BE ON THE NEWS AND BE SUED!!!! I AM NOT GOING AWAY....
May 13, 2022 · QUEEN CLEOPATRAAwful management at any time of day. Went in around April 1st looking for a new place and luckily found one, or so I thought. My friend and I placed our $400 hold on one of their trailers and was told we would 100 percent be able to move in on the 16th. Come the 12-16th of April we hadn’t heard back from Elizabeth at all and when we went to the park on the 16th we had to wait 4 hours to speak to her, only for her to say that she didn’t have keys for the apartment. You can imagine our surprise. We immediately pulled out and they gave us a FORM to fill out and mail into their accounting office to get our $400 back. Absolutely atrocious management and honestly the whole experience was ruined by Elizabeth and her lack of communication. I DO NOT recommend placing a hold or staying at these trailers at all. DO NOT RENT OR PLACE A HOLD YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER.
