Vesta Mobile Home & RV Park Reviews
More people should review it now. It's obviously improved. I am an older female who lives alone and has a lot of anxiety, which has greatly diminished while residing here. I lost my home in Hurricane Ida & needed a place to park an RV. Hazel, the park manager, is so sweet and so helpful that she's definitely an asset to the community. Paul is also very friendly & ready to help. They are both caring and compassionate towards tenants. Also, the neighbors are friendly, kind, and caring. It's quiet and peaceful place to live, at least where my RV is parked. There's cameras pointed at the lots, and I know for a fact that they are monitored. There's no fighting or crime that I've ever seen in the nearly 2 years I've lived here, and everyone I've met or seen in passing has been nice. The rent isn't dirt cheap, but compared to other places, it certainly isn't exhorbitant, either. Garbage pickup, water, & electricity (up to a certain amount) are included, and rent is fair & and affordable, in my opinion. I hope it stays that way. I'm grateful to have a spot to call home here. It's close to shopping centers, hospital/medical services, laundromats & restaurants. It's near I-10 & Airline Hwy. I really can't think of anything negative to say about Vesta in 2025. I recommend it highly for those who don't have a traditional home & own a camper. It stays full & sometimes there's a waiting list.

Jul 02, 2024 · R HPrevious management was better at keeping things in order and clean. Took care of things right away. Need to fix the street right away because its horrible.
Aug 30, 2018 · lisbeth moralesThe streets (driveway) is horrible. There are so many holes in the street. It needs to be repaved. The worst place to drive a new or decent car. My car was damaged from the horrible street condition.
Jun 08, 2019 · Dee GlowMobile homes are basically on top of each other. Park is not well kept at all. Mostly Hispanic community and no background checks are done.
