Melanie, the property manager, is kind, patient, and very down to earth. She's easily the best thing about this place. That being said, there are lots of pot holes that never stay filled and people who drive in the neighborhood refuse to go the posted 10mph speed limit. Maybe fixing potholes and installing speed bumps or even..automatic spike strips for the residences that enjoy going 40+mph? This community has so many children walking and biking around.
