Pleasant Meadows Community Introduce
For local individuals and families exploring housing options in the Cleburne, Texas area, and perhaps searching within the broad category of "RV parks near me" (though Pleasant Meadows Community is a mobile home park), Pleasant Meadows Community, located at 3901 County Rd 317, Cleburne, TX 76031, USA, offers long-term residential living. To inquire about potential residency, you can contact them at (817) 618-9121 or their mobile number +1 817-618-9121.
Based on the available feedback from residents, Pleasant Meadows Community appears to present a complex and potentially challenging living environment. Several reviewers have expressed significant dissatisfaction with the management and overall atmosphere of the park. One former resident who lived there for four years alleged that the "Manager is an alcoholic and she was always gone," indicating potential issues with accessibility and leadership. This reviewer also claimed that the "maintenance guy Brandon will confront you if you pull up close to your home to wash your car," describing him as a "punk!" These accounts suggest potential conflicts and a lack of clear or reasonable community rules and enforcement.
Furthermore, this former resident warned, "If you have issues and report to her bosses they will team up and write you fines for small stuff to get even!" advising prospective residents to "Be careful this is called jungle town for a reason!" This strong and negative characterization of the community raises serious concerns about the safety, order, and management practices within Pleasant Meadows Community.
Another reviewer identified "Patricia Miller" as the manager, noting that she also "lives at Wallen park as well," and cautioned, "Beware you do not wanna move your home here or rent here!" This reinforces the negative sentiment regarding the management and advises against choosing Pleasant Meadows Community as a place to live.
Adding to the concerns, another former resident who also claimed to have endured "4 years of hell!!" advised, "Make sure you have a good lawyer if you move here and document everything." This extreme warning suggests significant and ongoing issues that could potentially lead to legal disputes for residents.
Financial aspects were also criticized, with one comment stating, "Yes rent will increase sometimes twice in one year," highlighting potential instability and unpredictability in housing costs for residents of Pleasant Meadows Community.
In stark contrast to these overwhelmingly negative accounts, one reviewer expressed a positive sentiment, stating, "I love it there, it is a nice place to hang out at. Everyone is nice there." However, this positive feedback was immediately followed by a concerning complaint about "these certain kids who are crazy outside and run around naked<0xF0><0x9F><0xA4><0xB9>." This single positive review is significantly outweighed by the multiple negative experiences reported, and even it includes a troubling observation about the environment.
The limited information available does not provide specific details about the amenities or services offered at Pleasant Meadows Community. There is no mention of facilities such as laundry rooms, recreational areas, playgrounds (despite the concerning comment about unsupervised children), pet policies, or security measures. The feedback focuses almost entirely on the perceived issues with management and the overall living environment.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," it is crucial to understand that Pleasant Meadows Community is a mobile home park offering long-term residency rather than short-term RV accommodations. The experiences reported by former residents suggest significant challenges within this community that prospective residents should carefully consider.
The allegations of an absent and potentially impaired manager, confrontational maintenance staff, retaliatory fines, and unpredictable rent increases paint a concerning picture of the management and operational practices at Pleasant Meadows Community. The extreme warnings from former residents, including the advice to have a lawyer and document everything, should not be taken lightly.
While one positive review mentions a nice atmosphere and friendly people, this is contradicted by the numerous negative accounts and the concerning behavior observed by the positive reviewer. The overall impression from the available feedback is that Pleasant Meadows Community may be a problematic place to live for many individuals and families.
Prospective residents are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough and independent investigation before considering Pleasant Meadows Community as a place to live. This should include contacting the management directly to address the serious allegations raised in the reviews and to inquire about their policies and procedures. Visiting the property in person to assess the environment and, if possible, speaking with current residents (outside of management presence) would be crucial steps in gathering more reliable information.
Given the significant negative feedback regarding management, maintenance, safety concerns ("jungle town"), and financial instability (frequent rent increases), local users seeking long-term housing in a mobile home park in Cleburne, TX, should carefully weigh these risks against any potential benefits. Exploring alternative mobile home communities in the area with more positive or at least more balanced reviews would be a prudent approach to finding a safe and stable living environment.
In conclusion, the available online feedback for Pleasant Meadows Community in Cleburne, TX, raises serious concerns about the management, maintenance, safety, and financial stability of the park. While one positive review exists, it is overshadowed by multiple negative accounts detailing significant issues. Local users searching for housing options should proceed with extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering residency at Pleasant Meadows Community.

Nov 01, 2024 · Yaerelis GonzalezHaven’t even lived here for a full year and they’re already upping the rent. They’re also not too nice with how you park considering my sister and I constantly have to be moving our cars so the other can leave our driveway and they won’t let us park side by side. Also the people here really let their kids do whatever they want. Anytime my parents or friends come to visit they have to be careful because the kids like to jump in front of the cars like it’s a game, it’s really annoying.
Apr 02, 2019 · Amy HManager is never there, never returns calls. They changed the rent but the property is nasty. Kids are all over the place and if your allergic to cats don’t live here.
Nov 03, 2022 · Jessica CookstonProperty is nice. Management wasn't on site nor did they pick up or return my call.
