Rock N Robin RV Resort Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Alvarado, Texas area? Rock N Robin RV Resort, located at 5729 US-67, Alvarado, TX 76009, USA, presents itself as a potentially welcoming option. You can reach them at (682) 478-9208 or their mobile number +1 682-478-9208 to inquire about availability. However, it's crucial to consider the contrasting experiences shared by past residents to form an objective understanding of this RV resort.
One former resident, Chico, who stayed at Rock N Robin RV Resort since 2019, offers a glowing review, describing it as the "best" of all the RV places they had visited. Chico highly praises the landlord, Robin, as "one of the most amazing Landlords a person can ask for," noting her extreme friendliness and helpfulness. Bryan, who reportedly handles most of the maintenance, is also commended for his willingness to go above and beyond for the residents. According to Chico, Robin and Bryan create a complementary dynamic that enhances the RV park's atmosphere. They reportedly treat residents like family and are always ready to assist in making their stay as comfortable as possible. Chico expresses regret at having to leave due to work relocation and fondly remembers the staff and the "homey" feel of the place. Practical amenities such as accessible showers, laundry room, and dumpsters are also mentioned as positives. Furthermore, Chico highlights that Rock N Robin RV Resort is dog-friendly with a designated area for pets. The sense of community among the neighbors is also praised, with residents described as great, friendly, and always looking out for one another. Chico's positive experience led them to consider Rock N Robin RV Resort as their "go to place."
In stark contrast, another former resident who lived at the resort from 2017 to 2021 shares a deeply troubling experience. This individual states they were "GOOD friends" with Robin, who runs the park. However, their positive perception drastically changed following a domestic violence issue. The reviewer alleges they were evicted from the RV park with only one day's notice while they were at work. More seriously, they accuse Robin and her ex-husband, Mike, of breaking into their RV without their consent while they were away. The stated intention was to move the RV. Additionally, the reviewer claims that a resident named Gary, who worked for the park, had already begun disassembling their porch, even though they had informed another resident they could have it. As a result of this experience, this former resident strongly advises against living at Rock N Robin RV Resort. They express feeling betrayed by someone they considered a good friend and report having had no contact with anyone from the park since their eviction.
Considering these two reviews, the environment at Rock N Robin RV Resort appears to have the potential for a strong sense of community and a friendly atmosphere, particularly fostered by Robin and Bryan, according to one long-term resident. The park is also described as dog-friendly, which is a significant plus for pet owners. The accessibility of essential amenities like showers, laundry, and dumpsters is also noted as a benefit. However, the second review casts a dark shadow on this positive image, alleging serious breaches of privacy and questionable eviction practices. This suggests that while some residents may experience a welcoming and supportive environment, others may face significant and distressing issues.
In terms of services and features, the positive review highlights accessible showers, a laundry room, and dumpsters as convenient amenities. The dog-friendly policy with a designated pet area is another notable feature. The on-site maintenance provided by Bryan is also mentioned as a valuable service. However, the negative review does not provide specific details about the park's services or features, instead focusing on the alleged mismanagement and eviction process.
Regarding promotional information, the glowing testimonial from Chico, emphasizing the friendly and helpful staff, the homey atmosphere, the dog-friendly environment, and the strong sense of community, could serve as positive promotion for Rock N Robin RV Resort. The long-term stay of this resident (from 2019 until their work relocation) also speaks to the potential for a stable and enjoyable living situation for some. However, this positive image is severely undermined by the allegations in the second review, which strongly advises against living there due to the alleged invasive actions and unfair eviction.
Objectively, it is impossible to provide a straightforwardly positive or negative introduction to Rock N Robin RV Resort based on these conflicting accounts. One long-term resident experienced a very positive and supportive environment, highlighting the friendliness of the management and the strong community spirit. This suggests that for some, Rock N Robin RV Resort could indeed be a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.
However, the second review presents serious allegations of misconduct by the management, including unauthorized entry into a resident's RV and a seemingly abrupt and harsh eviction process. These are significant concerns that potential residents must consider. The stark contrast between these two experiences suggests that the actual environment and management practices at Rock N Robin RV Resort may be inconsistent or that different residents have had vastly different interactions and experiences.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Alvarado, TX, Rock N Robin RV Resort presents a complex picture. While the positive testimonial speaks to a friendly and community-oriented environment with accessible amenities and a dog-friendly policy, the serious allegations from another former resident regarding management behavior cannot be ignored. Potential residents should carefully weigh these conflicting accounts and consider conducting further due diligence, such as attempting to speak with current residents (if possible) and directly inquiring with the management about their policies and practices, particularly regarding evictions and respecting residents' privacy.
In conclusion, Rock N Robin RV Resort in Alvarado, TX, appears to be a place where some residents have experienced a warm and welcoming community with friendly and helpful management. However, serious allegations from another former resident regarding invasive actions and unfair eviction practices raise significant concerns. Potential visitors and long-term residents should be aware of these contrasting experiences and conduct thorough research before making a decision about staying at Rock N Robin RV Resort. The information available online does not provide a uniformly positive picture, and caution is advised.

Rock N Robin RV Resort Reviews
Hi my name is Chico. I had been there since 2019. Of all the RV places I visited and stayed at . This one for me was the best. Robin is one of the most amazing Landlords a person can ask for. Extremely friendly and very helpful. Bryan does most of the maintenance there and will give you the shirt off his back if needed. Together they compliment the RV Park. I wish I was still there. They treat you as family and help in any way they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I regret having to leave and miss them very much. Showers, laundry room and dumpsters are all very accessible. This is the go to place in my book. It's a very homey place. Staff is amazing. Miss you guys very much. Good luck out there Robin and Bryan. Oh! Dog friendly place and area for the pets to go. Also everyone there , meaning the neighbors around are great, friendly and always look out for one another. I only had to move due to my work. Otherwise I would still be there.
Feb 26, 2025 · Elio munguiaI lived there from 2017-2021. I was GOOD friends w Robin, she runs the park. I was involved in a domestic violence issue, and was evicted from the park, mind you, I was at work when this all went down. I was evicted from the RV park w 1 day to move out. Robin and her ex husband, Mike, broke into my RV when I was at work! They were trying to move my RV!!! Then the resident Gary, who worked for them, was already taking my porch apart! I had told another resident that they could have the porch. I DO NOT RECOMMEND living here. Me and Robin were really good friends, or that's what she lead me to believe, and I have not spoke to anyone since I was evicted.
Apr 25, 2024 · Stacy Renee'Love it!!! Robin is so nice & the price is very affordable & pet friendly. They have a 24 hour laundry room, restrooms with shower accommodation's, a small store inside the office that sells ice, drinks & snacks. Definitely recommend this place. Best of the best.
May 18, 2023 · Yvette Howard (69Redvette)I spent 7 years of my life here, and Never had any problems with Robin&Mike.Always humble&super nice.Very clean&convenient to any part of the towns near by.Seriously thinking of coming back,if they will have me!Love you both!
Sep 07, 2022 · Steven “Dekkem62” CollinsWell I visited here because my boyfriend moved in. I also had my dog which happens to be a bully and was asked not to bring her back. Its ashame people judge couple of bad apples as being the whole bunch. They do have nice shower facilities and rent is rather cheap. But also a very busy park all hours of day into night.
