Westglen Mobile Home Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Flagstaff, Arizona area with the potential for a longer-term living situation, or if you are exploring options for mobile home communities, Westglen Mobile Home Park, located at 1450 W Kaibab Ln, Flagstaff, AZ 86001, USA, presents a community with notable feedback from its residents. It is important to consider a range of perspectives when evaluating potential living situations, and the available reviews for Westglen Mobile Home Park offer insights into the experiences of some of its residents and those who have attempted to become residents.
One long-term resident, who had been living in Westglen Mobile Home Park for 17 years, expressed significant concerns about the park's decline over time. This resident noted issues such as speeding within the park, an abundance of cats, and the deteriorating appearance of trailers and lots. Furthermore, they expressed dissatisfaction with the current management, contrasting it with a more positive experience when they initially moved in. This perspective suggests a potential downturn in the overall quality of the community and its management over a considerable period.
The long-term resident also highlighted specific issues affecting the living environment, such as constant dog barking due to the close proximity of homes within the park. They emphasized the importance of respect among residents and suggested that management needs to enforce park rules more effectively, potentially proposing a "three strikes and you're out" policy to address ongoing disturbances. This feedback indicates potential challenges related to noise levels and the enforcement of community standards within Westglen Mobile Home Park.
In addition to concerns from a long-term resident, a prospective resident shared a negative experience regarding the application process at Westglen Mobile Home Park. This individual reported an "unpleasant experience" while attempting to apply, alleging that property managers in the front office were disrespectful and failed to comply with Arizona's Fair Housing laws. The reviewer further claimed discriminatory practices and judgmental behavior during the application process. This account raises serious concerns about the professionalism and adherence to legal standards by the property management at Westglen Mobile Home Park.
The prospective resident's negative application experience ultimately led them to seek and find another place to live, which they described as being "filled with respectable people." This outcome underscores the significant impact of property management and the application process on individuals seeking housing within a mobile home community. It also highlights the importance of fair and respectful treatment for all applicants.
Considering the platform category of "RV parks near me," it is important to note that Westglen Mobile Home Park primarily functions as a mobile home community for longer-term residents rather than a short-term RV park. Therefore, individuals specifically seeking temporary RV parking may need to look at other options in the Flagstaff area. However, those who might be considering a more permanent or long-term living situation in a mobile home community should carefully weigh the feedback provided by current and prospective residents of Westglen Mobile Home Park.
The stark contrast between the positive experience reported by the long-term resident from 17 years ago and their current negative assessment suggests a significant shift in the management and overall environment of Westglen Mobile Home Park over time. This raises questions about the current state of the community and the effectiveness of its management in addressing resident concerns and maintaining community standards.
The allegations of disrespectful behavior and potential violations of Fair Housing laws during the application process are particularly serious and should be carefully considered by anyone contemplating applying to live in Westglen Mobile Home Park. Fair and equitable treatment is a fundamental expectation in housing, and such claims warrant thorough consideration.
Given the limited information available and the negative nature of the recent feedback, it is difficult to provide a comprehensive overview of the environment, services, and features of Westglen Mobile Home Park. The reviews primarily focus on issues related to management, community standards, and the application process, rather than highlighting positive aspects or amenities. Therefore, prospective residents would need to conduct further due diligence to gain a more complete understanding of what living in this community entails.
If you are considering Westglen Mobile Home Park as a potential long-term living option based on its categorization under "RV parks near me" or your search for mobile home communities in Flagstaff, it is strongly recommended that you contact the management directly at (928) 779-0522 or +1 928-779-0522 to inquire about current conditions, policies, and procedures. It would also be beneficial to speak with current residents, if possible, to gain a broader range of perspectives on the community and its management.
In conclusion, the available reviews for Westglen Mobile Home Park present a concerning picture, with allegations of declining community standards, poor management, and unprofessional behavior during the application process. While it is important to consider that these are individual experiences, the consistency of the negative feedback regarding management and community issues warrants careful consideration for anyone exploring long-term living options in Flagstaff. Prospective residents should conduct thorough research and seek multiple perspectives before making a decision about Westglen Mobile Home Park.

Westglen Mobile Home Park Reviews
This park has went down hill ever since I moved in here.speeding, cats everywhere, trailers and lots look very bad! Very poor management.was pretty nice when I moved in 17 years ago. I rate is park now at a 2 star maybe???some people forget that we don't want to here there dogs bark constantly, when people live ten feet apart! It's called respect for others in the park. I think the manager has to keep. Law and order in the park because it is getting bad! How about three strikes and your out???maybe that will help some??? There is rules in the park and yes they need to be inforced
May 29, 2024 · robert riesHad quite an unpleasant experience attempting to apply for this mobile home park. Property managers at the front office talk to you like if you’re stupid and they fail to comply with Arizonas Fair Housing laws. This place will discriminate against you and be extremely quick to judge. Fortunately we were lucky enough to find another place filled with respectable people.
Aug 09, 2024 · monse arizmendiGrew up here from '98-'09. Watched it to go downhill rapidly. My parents still live there, unfortunately, but not by choice! When Ray was management, it was pretty good. He actually put the tenants' needs first. Then, he left it to Bernadette, who seemed to be way over her head. People like to steal things off porches. I guess it's cheaper there than an apartment, but if I could get my parents a new place, it wouldn't be in that park.
Feb 27, 2024 · Amber FlackI love and hate living here. It is affordable compared to $1200 for a 1 bedroom apartment here is flagstaff. Paying close to $600 a month in lot rent for a little piece of land and water sucks, but it is what it is. The train is very close and loud, although you get used to it and don’t hear it after a while. Bernadette is nice when you apply to live here and then useless once you’re living here. Luckily she’s almost always out of the office and the other office ladies are very nice. If you park anywhere other then designated parking spots on your Lot you will get booted. So depending on how many parking spots you have in your driveway you may have to park all the way on the street, because you will get towed if you park in the visitor spots (depending on who you are and if Bernadette likes you). The speed bumps are high and need to be gone over slowly. Some of them will bottom your car out despite how slow or what angle you go at.It is a clean and safe neighborhood. All my neighbors are nice and had a background check prior to moving in.
Oct 18, 2018 · Gabrielle KahnSo called office Mgr is Bernadette who has a horrible attitude. She will not work with you on anything. I read some of the commits and they all say the same about her. Not a very good place to live. She will call tow truck on you even if you sitting in the vehicle. Poor management. Heard and seen her argue with tenants in streets.
