A beautiful manufactured home park, built in such a way as to accentuate the majestic Ponderosa Pines of the region. We will be moving in to a home at the very edge of the park, looking out onto forest. If the people of this community are as beautiful as the setting, it will be a joy to live here. A real plus is that it is a 55+ community. While many people babysit their grandchildren, and this adds youthful life to the community, it is a relief in a college town to know that university students will not move in next door and hold loud parties until 3:00 AM.
