Yes Communities Introduce
Yes Communities, situated at 2501 W Sublett Rd, Arlington, TX 76017, USA, is a manufactured home community that offers a potential housing solution in the Arlington area. While the platform category is "rv parks near me," individuals seeking more permanent housing options might also explore manufactured home communities like Yes Communities. The community can be contacted at (817) 557-4446 or +1 817-557-4446 for inquiries.
Based on recent reviews from individuals who have interacted with or reside within Yes Communities (specifically referencing "Mesquite Meadows," which appears to be the name of the specific community at this address or a related entity managed by Yes Communities), several significant concerns have been raised that prospective residents should carefully consider. These reviews touch upon communication issues, the suitability of the community for senior citizens, noise levels, alleged illegal activities, and overall safety and peace of mind.
One potential issue highlighted by a prospective resident involves the communication process regarding the availability of homes. This individual recounts a situation where they were not informed that home sales were on a first-come, first-served basis. Despite falling in love with a home and receiving approval, they were unable to proceed with the purchase due to their payment schedule. This lack of upfront communication reportedly caused significant disappointment and potential negative impacts on the applicant's credit score, raising concerns about the transparency of the sales process.
Multiple reviewers express serious concerns regarding the suitability of Yes Communities for senior citizens. One reviewer explicitly states, "Not for senior citizens," and another echoes this sentiment with "It's not for the elderly." These statements suggest that the community environment may not be conducive to the needs and preferences of older adults.
A significant complaint revolves around the issue of excessive noise. A resident reports "constantly loud music that rumbles through your trailer," indicating a lack of quiet and potentially disruptive living conditions. This persistent noise pollution could be particularly distressing for individuals seeking a peaceful and comfortable home environment, especially those with health issues or sensitivities to noise.
More alarmingly, a resident describes witnessing illegal activities within the community, specifically mentioning "drug deals that go on in front of our trailer." Such allegations raise serious concerns about the safety and security of the neighborhood and the potential impact on the well-being of residents.
Adding to the safety concerns, the same resident reports incidents of "teenagers shoot their guns off in the middle of the night." This dangerous behavior not only disrupts the peace but also creates a climate of fear and insecurity for residents, as expressed by the reviewer stating, "I'm really starting to fear for our lives." The fact that the loud music continues even as the resident writes their review further underscores the ongoing nature of the disturbances.
These reviews collectively paint a concerning picture of a community where residents may experience issues with noise, potential criminal activity, and a lack of consideration for the needs of senior citizens. Prospective residents should carefully weigh these reported experiences against their own lifestyle preferences and safety requirements.
It is crucial to acknowledge that these reviews represent individual experiences and perspectives at a specific point in time. However, the consistency and severity of the issues raised, particularly concerning safety and the well-being of vulnerable residents, warrant careful consideration by anyone contemplating moving into Yes Communities.
Individuals considering Yes Communities as a long-term housing option, perhaps as an alternative found while searching for "rv parks near me," should recognize the fundamental differences between RV parks, which typically offer temporary accommodations, and manufactured home communities, which are designed for more permanent residency. The regulations, community rules, and overall living experience can vary significantly between these types of communities.
Prospective residents are strongly encouraged to conduct thorough due diligence before making any decisions. This should include visiting the community in person at different times of day and night to assess the noise levels and general atmosphere, speaking directly with current residents to gather a broader range of opinions and experiences, and thoroughly reviewing the community's rules and regulations.
Asking specific questions of the management regarding the issues raised in the reviews, such as their policies on noise control, security measures, and procedures for handling resident complaints, is also essential. Understanding the community's response to these concerns can provide valuable insight into their management practices and commitment to resident well-being.
At this time, no promotional information or specific details about amenities or services offered by Yes Communities at this location are available within the provided text. Therefore, prospective residents will need to contact the management directly to inquire about lot rents, community features, and any current incentives or special offers.
In conclusion, while Yes Communities in Arlington, TX, offers a manufactured housing option, publicly available reviews raise significant concerns regarding communication, noise levels, safety, and the suitability of the community for senior citizens. Potential residents are strongly advised to conduct thorough research and directly engage with the community and its residents to determine if it aligns with their housing needs and expectations for a peaceful and safe living environment.

Yes Communities Reviews
Location I went to did not inform me that they were going on a first come first serve basis. Which is really upsetting because I fell in love with a home. Was approved, everything! And because I get paid on a certain day now I have to start a new search. It's what it is, but if they would have told me that they were first come first serve. I would not have applied, especially because I been working on my credit and I know this will affect my score.
