The area is nice and grounds are well taken care of. The management is nice and has been great to work with. My only concern is the potable water pressure but it's from a well and we're in a drought so..
Nov 05, 2021 · Jason MerrillNice quiet well place in a small country settings great little spot to get away from city life check this place
Nov 01, 2024 · Rios PachecoFor reference, we have a 2016 Bighorn, it ts 41' long, has 3 slide outs, w/2 AC units, a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. The Good: Easy to get in and out of. Quiet. Relatively clean. They plow snow with consistency. They are the only long term place in 45 Miles. The Bad: Even though management is polite you will feel like you are living at home as a teenager. The lawn maintenance will run over pretty much everything, and don't be surprised if they hit your rig with the weed whacker on the regular. The Ugly: You've probably already read about the water, but you don't understand. It's secondary water and you cannot drink it (really, we've had it tested, don't drink it). There is so little water pressure that you can't shower with it (unless you are cool with taking 20 mintes to try and rinse the shampoo/soap from your hair). If someone else in the park is also trying to do something crazy, like shower or wash some dishes; you'll need to wait your turn. You will have to run your pump or pressurize your own system another way to make it liveable for more than a long weekend (the water will destroy these things, so be prepared to replace them often). Even then, you will no longer have any white clothing and all of it will be pretty crunchy.Got AC or appliances? Be prepared to be nagged to death about using them even if you are willing to pay more for it. Rent is variable without much notice of increase so do be prepared to pay $500+ per month if you do something wild like try to keep your rig around 70 Degrees in the summer so your food doesn't spoil in the fridge. They are the only long term place in 45 Miles.
Jan 28, 2019 · Penny PritchardIt's worth mentioning they're discriminatory toward large families. Our travel trailer sleeps 10, and we would only be there to sleep at night with our 8 mild mannered kids. However, we are not welcome since their sites "aren't built to handle that many people." Which is, of course, patently false.
May 07, 2021 · Tara LofleyThe Austin family is a great family that helped me out immensely 😅😅.I'll stay here for two summers and they have room to park your extra trailers cars etc.
