Logan River Estates Introduce
Welcome to Logan River Estates, a mobile home park located at 1798 S 1330 W, Logan, UT 84321, USA. While platforms listing "RV parks near me" might include mobile home communities, Logan River Estates primarily caters to long-term residential living in mobile homes. Situated in Logan, Utah, this community offers a neighborhood environment; however, it's important to consider recent feedback from residents regarding management and pricing policies.
One resident describes Logan River Estates as a "decent neighborhood," indicating that the community itself may have positive aspects in terms of its physical environment and possibly the interactions among residents. This suggests that there might be a sense of community and a pleasant atmosphere within the park. The reviewer also mentions a desire to have stayed in the community, implying some initial satisfaction with the living situation.
However, the primary concerns raised in the available reviews revolve around the management and the increasing costs of living at Logan River Estates. One resident details ongoing issues with a manager named Tina, alleging a pattern of unwanted lawn mowing services being performed and then billed at a significant cost of $75 per instance, even when residents handle their own lawn care. This suggests potential issues with communication, billing practices, and a perceived abuse of authority. The reviewer further states that this individual's "poor attitude towards her job and customers" has led to multiple residents moving out of the community.
Another significant concern raised by a former resident is the consistent increase in lot rents. This reviewer states that the price hikes became so substantial that at least nine trailers, including their own, were put up for sale because residents were "no longer willing to pay those prices for... well, trailers." This indicates a potential issue with the affordability of living at Logan River Estates and suggests that the management's pricing policies may be a significant factor in residents' decisions to leave the community. The phrase "for... well, trailers" might imply that the perceived value did not align with the increasing cost of lot rental.
These reviews paint a picture of a community with potential for a decent neighborhood environment but with significant challenges related to management practices and increasing living costs. Potential residents should carefully consider these concerns and seek further information to make an informed decision.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of the current situation at Logan River Estates, it is crucial to contact the park management directly. You can reach them by phone at (435) 752-3418 or via their mobile number +1 435-752-3418. When contacting the management, prospective residents should inquire specifically about the current lot rental rates, any policies regarding lawn care and other services, and the management's approach to addressing resident concerns. It would also be beneficial to ask about the overall stability of the community and any planned changes in policies or pricing.
Logan, Utah, the location of Logan River Estates, is situated in Cache Valley and offers a range of amenities and attractions. The city is home to Utah State University, providing a cultural and educational hub. Residents of Logan River Estates would have access to local shopping, dining, and recreational opportunities in the surrounding area. The Cache Valley is also known for its scenic beauty and outdoor activities, such as hiking, skiing, and exploring the nearby mountains and rivers.
However, the negative feedback regarding management and increasing costs at Logan River Estates suggests that the internal environment and financial aspects of living in this community may outweigh the benefits of its location for some individuals. It is essential for potential residents to weigh the pros and cons carefully based on their personal priorities and financial situations.
In conclusion, while Logan River Estates in Logan, Utah, may offer a "decent neighborhood" in terms of its physical setting, recent reviews highlight significant concerns regarding management practices, particularly concerning unwanted services and billing, as well as substantial increases in lot rental rates leading to residents leaving the community. Prospective residents are strongly advised to contact the management directly to seek clarification on these issues and to gather current information about the policies and costs associated with living at Logan River Estates before making a decision.

Logan River Estates Reviews
We always have issues with Tina over her goons supposedly mowing my lawn every week and charging $75 each time. We mow it ourselves but she will get it mowed a few days later. It’s obvious she’s just on a power trip plenty of people moved out just due to her poor attitude towards her job and customers.
Sep 03, 2023 · Joebonis GutirrezIt's a decent neighborhood, and had we been able to we would have stayed. But they kept raising the prices - to the point at least 9 separate trailers, nincluding our own, went up for sale because we were no longer willing to pay those prices for... well, trailers.

Jul 04, 2023 · David JorgensenIf i could give zero stars i would. We were evicted due to the owner stealing our rent money! Tina Aldina is a thief. She has stolen over $1,000 in rent we paid only to evict us for not paying rent! She did not turn on the sprinklers during the summer and blamed us for not watering the yard when in the rules it said she takes care of the watering of yards. She also did in fact know we had a service animal and still tried to charge us 100$ per month for the animal. If anything do not rent from her ar all!
Dec 16, 2019 · Ciena CoxI feel that this trailor park is nice and kept up well however its. Management lady is not there for its renters.
